  • We recently moved into a home and were surrounded by moving boxes. The same week we moved in, I fell and significantly sprained an ankle - bringing our unpacking process to a halt. I sent an email inquiry on a Sunday asking for information and availability for Finely Organized to help unpack and organize the main areas of our home. Dawn responded within a couple hours and was able to come out the very next day to get started. She spent two full days at our home and unpacked 90% of the boxes in all areas of the house - fully organizing our kitchen/pantry/dining area and part of a living area as well. Her organizing expertise was outstanding and she worked very quickly. After the work was completed, she also followed up with an email of product recommendations to help with further organization (and links where I could purchase them) as well as charities that offer donation pick-up and other related items we had discussed. I would HIGHLY recommend Dawn. I will hire her again and she is worth every penny!

  • I have worked with Dawn since 2009.  She is professional, patient, knowledgeable, punctual and gets the job done!  I've referred her to my own clients before.  Organizing someone's personal items can sometimes be mixed with memories and steeped in emotions.  Dawn is gracious, respectful and purposeful in her manor.  I trust her with my prized memories and she was able to get me to a point where I was not only completely organized but have been able to manage and maintain my spaces.  I've also had her work with my 78 year old mother.  While weary in the beginning she quickly felt at peace with Dawn and was able to organize a space that had been needed attention for 8 years!  Her services are worth every penny.   • The details are: We had scheduled our first date and it rained. It rained ALOT. We scheduled a second date but I developed a health issue so we decided to hold off until after the holidays. I went to Texas to visit family and  decided it would be best if I moved closer to them. I was gone a month, returned and started moving. During this whole process Tova had great communication, stayed flexible, and was a delight to speak with. I had even started cleaning up the garage because I was too embarrassed for her to see the mess. So it did help to use her.

  • The installers came within the one hour window scheduled and got right to work.  The two installers completed the job in about two hours, and left the area clean.  I was very pleased!
    The cabinets turned out to be more spacious than I had imagined!  The only flaw I found was on the top of a metal strip on the door, the metal was rough, like it was a new cut and had not been sanded smooth.  However, this was any issue only on one door and I found it an easy fix and not worth calling them back.

  • Tova was on time, and ready to work. Although her website says she will help you make decisionst free of judgement, her own personality became evident when she came across tools wich she was not familiar, asking "do you really use this?!" While I 'm very happy with the outcome, the price was a little more than I wanted to pay. I had paid for 3 hours thru on A Big Deal, and ended up using her for 7.5 additional hours at her standard rate. Overall I'm pleased, but not sure I would hire her again based on cost.

  • I first got my master closet designed by Katherine.  She did an excellent job and was so nice with which to work.  They took out the old shelving and painted my closet.  Excellent job.  Then, they installed new shelving and drawers.  I absolutely love it!
    I then decided to have them redo the shelving in my pantry which was not very usable.  Now, it is so much more efficient!  I never thought I would get excited by a pantry, but I love it!

  • What a difference organized space makes! Walk In Kitchen Pantry: I am a cooking instructor so have an large assortment of kitchen appliances and supplies. My spice and herb collection requires a substantial amount of space plus I need room for pantry essentials and groceries. I had hoped the space could be designed to accommodate a portion on my cookbook collection. Jeff exceeded my expectations! I?ve included pictures of the contents of my pantry (3 large tables full) along with pictures of the final pantry fully stocked. The pictures do not do justice to this incredibly well used space. The shelves in the back are deeper than the side shelves. This accommodates appliances and oversized items. Jeff also was able to give me space to place almost 100 of my cookbooks in the pantry. This pantry serves as a mini office as there is space on one wall for bulletin boards to organize lists, notes and a place to hang aprons. It?s my favorite room in the house! Walk In Master Closet: Although this closet had an existing closet organizer, we were not able to put many of our garments in the closet. Jeff redesigned the space to accommodate shoes and accessories, and even off season clothing. We each have a set of drawers which gives us a true dressing room. 2 laundry pull out baskets have cloth liners to easily take laundry into the laundry room. We even have some unused hanger space to accommodate new clothes! Guest Room Closet: As Jeff was designing the two major projects, we talked about the lifestyle of our family and the challenges of a growing family. With the arrival of a new grandchild, I was looking for space to store playpen, high chair and toys. Sewing supplies, fabric and craft materials also needed a place as did the tablecloths and gift wrapping supplies Oh Yes, we also needed room for guest to hang their clothes. Jeff designed a flexible space with adjustable shelves, dual hanging and ?bonus? spaces to accommodate all these needs. There is a place for everything.

  • I just haven't used them as yet. I was very happy with him. I picked them out because I wanted to use a particular company for the doors and I found out that he orders from that company. Our kitchen doors were from the same company. I made that connection there and that's why I wanted to use him. He was fabulous. He gave me a great estimate. He was very professional and thorough. He answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend him. It was the money. Not having enough money for the project was the only thing. His responsiveness was really good. I haven't unfortunately gotten back to him about putting the project on hold and he has never called me back. He is super busy so I didn't really take it personal. It would have been nice to have a follow-up phone call from him to touch base with me since I didn't have the opportunity to get back to him. I definitely want to use his services in the future. Our washer dryer went out so unfortunately that money had to go towards a new washer and dryer. He was very good about being on time.
