    I took my car in for an oil change. They have never changes, always received good service. What I like about my service in the past, is that they will always go a little bit beyond and check other things that might be a concern. They take note of it and give me a sheet, they have a yellow, green, red for area. They always bring that stuff to my attention to know what to look for or notice. They check the tire treads and let you know they are in the green and know that they will last a long time.

    They have always been good to me. I have always had good service with them and brought my car back for maintenance. They are currently working on my car. I've always had good service with them. I have always had good service with them. I think they have good prices. 
    I would say they are very courteous and provide good service. Normally they get the work done in a day or so, and if it's going to be longer they offer a rental or loaner car. They do have a shuttle service and brought me back here. It's normally a quick response, turn around time. Generally you drop it off in the morning and it's done.

    It was a lot. It was $1300 but it's a dealership. There's good communication and I don't feel like they're doing anything that I don't need done. They break it down into categories: for safety, what do I need to do, and what do I not have to do. I personally ask for that. They said they would match prices with me as well, if I found it someplace else, like for example my tires. They do have a loaner car, but that day they didn't have a loaner available. They said, "you're here a lone and this is taking a little longer than we thought. We'll take you home and pick you up tomorrow when it is ready". It wasn't like I had to shuttle around with other people. It was like "we're driving you directly home and we'll pick you up tomorrow when it is ready" and then you don't have other people in the car with you, so you aren't making a bunch of stops.

    We paid up front for maintenance coupons. We just go in at no charge. I'm sure that are others that are cheaper but they insure their work. Quality is good, they use Toyota parts. They are very professional.

    They've been very good to me and explain everything they do. They do the working quickly. You don't have  to wait around unless your having something extra done.

    I think its a fair price I am happy with it. They tell you exactly whats a head of you and what to expect time wise.

    Capital Auto Glass
    First glass was so poor quality, if you moved your head while looking through it, everything was "swimming". There were several warped areas in the glass. I had them take it back and get another one. The second glass was a different maker and was better than the first one, but only marginally better quality. They were professional and did not hesitate when I wanted another glass. The techs were very good and professional and they got it done very quickly. My only complaint is the quality of the glass.

    I arrived a little late for my 8 a.m. appointment and they took the time to explain all the different options for my car. i decided on the ultra film which was the more expensive film but had better heat regection without having to be super dark. and it looks amazing. could not be happier. the whole thing took about 1.5 hrs.

    I have used these guys a lot over many years. 
    This place is the highest quality repair shop I have ever seen - no doubt about it. 
    I worked on cars for a very long time and know how to tell a quality job when it is done. Heck, I paid my way through college working at a repair /gas station shop....I worked as an engineer for over 30 years.  
    Needless to say, I know what a quality job is. 
    The problem I was having with this vehicle was water getting in my vehicle on the driver side and getting the floor carpet wet. I looked and the leak was tough to find, but I figured out the leak was in a very difficult place to find and fix. No better job than this for the people at Auto Craft. 
    They found and fix the problem with a cost effective solution. 
    I have used them for many years now, and every time they touch my car, they do an extremely high quality professional job. 
    The shop is not as fancy as those dealership repair shops. I for one do not care how pretty the building is, I care about the quality and integrity of the people touching my cars. I have no doubt these guys will do a high quality repair on your vehicle and would never rip you off. 
    Stop looking, and go to them... you will not be sorry.

    We have been customers of Steve's since 1996.  His team has worked on six different cars that we have owned over those years.  We trust him implicitly.  He has saved us so much money over the years and he also provides peace of mind to know when something isn't a big deal.  Steve also has had "the talk" with me on two occasions that it was time to stop repairing our vehicle and replace it.  We would have gladly continued to pay him to keep those old cars running.  We have also pointed numerous friends, coworkers and neighbors his way, most of whom who are now also customers for life.  I can't say enough good about Steve's ethics and capabilities; and of course he is surrounded by a great team including Suzanne the office manager and service writer and a group of great technicians... the one I know best is Chi.
    Over the past couple of years, we have bought European cars.  This was a struggle for us because we weren't confident to own a vehicle that All-Tech would not work on.  The crew is happy for us, and although I asked them to work on the German cars for us, they refused, which is another indication of their great character.  We still have a Japanese SUV... and that car always goes to All Tech.
    If you're ever in doubt, just give All-Tech a shot.  Of all the referrals we have sent their way, I have never heard of an unhappy experience.

    Executive found a great transport service. I got the exact day I wanted for pick up and the vehicle arrived a day early. I was told the guy would NOT retrieve the car from a garage, however my nephew was unable to get it street-side and the driver was really nice and helped him get it out of the garage. This car was inoperable and also had a flat, so the driver stopped before getting to my house and filled the tire up with air temporarily, so we could roll it into our garage, which he also helped us do. The price was great too. I may have received one or two quotes lower from other companies, but the majority of competitors were more expensive.
