Garage Door Repair And Installation reviews in Fallbrook

    Bradbury Garage Doors
Dallas from Bradbury came quickly; made the diagnosis; ordered the parts; he and his brother came and did the install. Door working like new. I highly recommend them and their company, Bradbury Garage Door.

    Precision Door Service
The main board seemed to be slightly faulty but no replacement boards were available for an approx. 13 year old opener. We ended up having to get a new one installed. The technician Erick was definitely expert and tried hard to get the one we had to work but it was a tricky case as my engineer husband fully agreed. Partial failures are the worst. After all root causes were eliminated, we ended up having to get a new opener and it was installed very quickly and competently. Works great and we're super happy. We were impressed with Erick's technical competence, professionalism and persistence in trying to keep it a service issue as we'd requested vs a whole new install. I would definitely use them again as my parents have also used Precision in Texas to service their garage door opener. Great products and service in both states. We'll be sticking with them for future purchases and service. I very highly recommend them.

    Mesa Garage Doors
I went higher end. I got an almuminum garage door with faux wood grain finish. I asked about possible fading and the salesperson reassured me that the multi-layering process virtual gauranteed there would be no or minimal fading. I ordeed in March, it was installed in May. Installation went well The iron work decorations were not the ones I ordered, but probably look better, so that was fine. The big issue is now the doors is just years old and it looks terrible. The door has a bumpy texture to enhance the wood sensation. But the tops of all the ridges have lost their paint and are white. All except for the top panel is faded or white. It was so gorgeous in the beginning, and now it looks 10 years old. Neither Mesa Garage or the actual manufacturer C.H.I. have been helpful or can recommend anything to slow down or prevent the fading. Very disappoinnting. The rubber seals along the sides faded from brown to a strang army green within the first year. P.S. Do not opt for the 3 year service agreement which includes an "extended warranty". There is no extended warranty. The salesman advised me it covered fading of seals and door. It does not. It is really only a 3 year maintenance service, period.

    Mesa Garage Doors

Great product, reasonable price, quality installation. But customer service needs some work.

Jeremey and I talked on a Friday about the 3 year annual service package. I love it. He offered to schedule something for that weekend, as Mesa Garage Door works 7 days a week. He switched me to the scheduling department. That person informed me that no, Mesa is only in Fallbrook on Tuesdays, how about Tuesday Aug 4. I could not be home on Tuesday Aug 4. So he checked with someone to see when Mesa would be in Fallbrook again. Wednesday Aug 5 they are doing an installation. They could come do my annual service right after they complete the installation.

But then I received a call from someone leaving a message that no, they could not do the service on Wednesday Aug 5 and would I please call back. I did and spoke with Brenda. She set me up for Tuesday Aug 11, 11:00am-1:00pm

But wait, there?s more! Jeremy calls me back and starts off letting me know that ?I am very difficult to get ahold of.? What? But we chat and work it out. Service is still on for Tuesday Aug 11. Jeremy also sends me the electronic receipt for my transaction which I had been promised, but not previously received.

Then someone calls me the evening of Tuesday Aug 4 confirming my annual inspection scheduled for Wednesday Aug 5. I should apologize to her, courtesy calls should not require hazardous pay, but by then I was getting fed up. We worked it out and left the Tuesday August 11 date stand.

Someone called Tuesday Aug 10 to confirm my service August 11 9:00 ? noon. A little different from the original time frame, but what the heck I have to take the day off anyway. Let?s get this done.

On the day of the service, Melissa calls me at 1:45 to let me know that John is on his way and about 15 minutes away. I ask if the appointment wasn?t supposed to be 9 ? noon? She confirmed that yes, it was. But schedules were rearranged, and an earlier job was bigger than expected. Someone should have called me.

John got there at 2:15, and was done in about 10 minutes. He lubricated the hinges and springs. Yes roll-up doors do have springs ? who knew. This service is normally about $200. I got a 3-year package, so 3 annual tune-ups, please extended warranties thrown in.

    Garage Door Medics
The two gentlemen that arrived for the repair were very professional yet friendly. They got right to work inspecting the door and all its components in its entirety. The first thing they did was make a repair to the middle bottom of the door which was sagging. My particular garage door is made of wood panel sections and is a roll up. Once that repair was made (at no charge!) they set to work replacing the springs (of which one was broken) and the two bairings which were badly damaged. They also replaced one of the wheels on the track. Then they lubricated everything! Wow. This door has never run so smoothly and quietly! It was a lot of money but considering that I don't think the door has ever been serviced after 24 yrs and would run around $2500 to replace with a similar door....I am very happy. Oh! They even checked the opener and made an adjustment to the load measurement and replaced the lightbulb for me. Loved these guys.

    Door Dorks
I had a new garage door opener installed in a bay that did not have one previously but was pre-wired for it.  Anytime had quick turn around in terms of availability, came out on time, was extremely friendly and did the job quickly and properly.  The new opener was smaller, quieter and  sleeker than my older Genie openers.  Anytime took the time to explain everything to us and even helped program our car's buttons. A very positive experience all around.

    San Diego Door Pros
When he removed the old rollers, he just put them to the side, and didnt assist with disposing of them.  Additionally during the installation he must have gotten greasy because he got grease on some of my things. Besides that though the garage door is working fine.

    Dynamic Garage Door Service
It went very well, Matt suggested a very cost effective fix for my immediate problem and fixed it quickly. Matt is an exceptional professional and gave me some advice on the dents on my door without trying to upsell the project. I will definitely hire them in the future.
