  • It went great. He was fine during the cleaning (teeth are really bad), vet n staff said he was a good boy. They called when they realized that he had to have several teeth removed (under anesthesia n by his vet if I chose to go thst route) n asked if I wanted them to continue. I thought that was great of them not wanting to take advantage of me or my pup n left the decision up to me. I had them continue n wished I had heard of their services years ago. Staff was great. The vet was fantastic, she explained all in a way that was understandable. My pup was not the least bit traumatized n went about his day as normal as ever, that in itself was a great sign of how good they are. Price depends on service n products purchased. Price well worth my pup not being traumatized or put under anesthesia. I definitely would n will recommend them to family n friends.

  • The doctor was very thorough in his examination and very good about explaining everything that was going on with our dog. It's too soon to know if the situation is resolved as more work needs to be done. Will return. Only down side was the cost of the prescription. Online prices up to half.

  • They did a great job ! My dog had bad breath and plaque on the back teeth. They look so clean now. The technicians were really nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions and were very friendly. I will definitely will refer my friends and family to them. And will be using their service again.

  • They're my favorite veterinarian. They don't specialize in cancer treatment but whatever a vet would do, he does. Their price and value for service stand out to me. The staff is very, very nice. He is free with information. Some vets don't want to tell anything; they just give the medication but I can ask him as many questions as I want. He's very happy to share and answer questions. I think an office visit is around $39. I've referred everybody to him.

  • Arrived on time and promptly seen, exam went well and vet seemed nice, caring and listened to my concerns, did a good exam of my dog and we paid bill, the checkout clerk also went of of the way to tell us of a rebate on the Heartguard chewable which saved me $12, nice! Will be bringing our dog again when the need arises.

  • Exam, shot and preventative chew tabs for the year, did a great job, on time and quick and painless. Everyone there seems to be really caring and when I bought the year supply of Heartgard they found a mail in coupon that saved me some money, very nice.

  • Our Golden is now 8-years old; continues to seek human companionship, and loves the outdoors, immensely!  High-school students who knew her in elementary school, continue to ask about her (good grief!).  Still, when little kids, or many adults with whom we run(jog), see her, they demonstrate: " I  Have  To Pet Her!" (of course we let them, but she remains friendly and alert; she continues to remember them and knows they're "ok").  Her hearing and smell remain excellent, her auto-immune opthalmic condition has been significantly slowed.  She still does some swimming in the ocean, and despite her decreased vision she still loves to play retrieve, in fact, often demands it (no obvious arthritic recurrence in years). One last, but important point, one that Redwood Veterinary services has consistently demonstrated : our (i.e. the owners) wishes have always been percieved correctly and honored.  My point, here, is to recognize the correct diagnoses and treatment by the Redwood Veterinary service, which has been about as good as it gets (eg. their in-house ultrasound/doppler, excellent interaction with the veterinary opthalmologist, and with the UC Davis Vet School).  Because of the correct veterinary care, this canine has given-back to the human population for 8-years, many times over, and not just to her owners!  Thanks, again, to Redwood Veterinary!

  • Nina is meticulous, dependable, organized, trustworthy.  She has done pet sitting for me about once a year for several years.
I have known her for about 12 years.
I would highly recommend her to anyone, to stay in your house, care for your pets, care for your house plants, etc.  With great confidence, I can say that you will be very pleased with her services.

  • I think Barney and Russum Animal Clinic are fairly priced. The experiences with them have been really good. They are really personable, they are not just a service - they get to know you and your pet.
