    Primetime Cleaning Services
I had Shane and Corey to my house to clean my gutters out last week. They make a great team. They didn't waste anytime getting their equipment out to get the job done. They cleaned up any messes that fell on the ground below. I am very happy with the work they did and will definitely have them back out next year.

Master's Window & Gutter Cleaning, Inc
had to go the extra mile account you cannot get on the roofs to clean the gutters and downspouts. Instead of whining like the last company did, and charging me a lot extra, these gus just smiled, said no problem, and got the job done on time and on the bid they promised. Thank you, hope to see you again next year!

    Sierra Vista Maintenance
I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Sierra Vista. They came when they said they would, we went over the job in detail, they described what they would be doing and how long it all should take. They patiently explained the nuances that my home's gutter system and the lovely, towering but incredibly debris generating Valley Oaks in my yard added to cleaning my gutters. They finished as promised, and cleaned up completely. I couldn't more pleased with their work and will not hesitate to call on them again to clean up my gutters the next time!

    Cobex Construction Group
Cobex offered great value for my money. Their price was around the same as other quotes, but they used better materials. In addition, Vaz patiently answered all my questions and gave me prons and cons of the different upgrade options. We ended up also using Cobex for attic insulation and gutter guards. The true sign of professionalism is how a company reacts when issues come up. We had a couple of minor issues from the construction that Cobex addressed quickly. I also like how they handle everything electronically. No more printing, singing, scanning, and emailing documents back. We've had lots of compliments on our roof. We would totally use them again.

    Powers Interior Contracting
Joe is extremely patient and thorough. Even when unexpected situations came up, he was calm and helped us make the best decision. Joe stuck to his quote. Some unexpected county fees made the project price increase, but that was not Joes doing. Id highly recommend him for a project like ours. He was extremely kind to my father-in-law and listened to his needs. Joe built a great home for my father-in-law that he absolutely loves! Thank you Joe!

    Freeman Roofing
I paid $99 for one of the AL deals. They never contacted me and their phone number, as listed on the internet, has been disconnected. Need I say more? And what shocks me even more is that Angie's List is allowing them to advertise the same special again.

    Freeman Roofing
It wouldn't be fair to attach him the guarantee that he fixed the leak, if you know what I'm talking about, because nobody can guarantee that water won't blow sideways between a shingle on the edge; but he did and then we haven't had weather like that, either, so I can't say yeah he's great, he knows exactly what's what, but from what I saw him go around with I've got a pretty good gut feeling that the leak is going to be stopped.  He went up there.  He spent time going around the flashing, he talked about different flashings up there, just some positive things.  I had him before the roof, and he didn't like the tree on the roof, which I knew isn't any good either, so he was good going around, looking at stuff.  Ninety-nine bucks for a guy to drive out to your house and spend an hour patching your roof, I mean, there's nothing bad with that.  I would use Freeman Roofing.  The only thing is in Angie's List with roofing, I wanted to put in an attic fan. Not the electrical because I did that.  You know, just do the roof and put that in, and I talked to him and he said, well, I don't do it, and I don't hold anything against him for that.  It's just hard as heck to find anybody to do that kind of stuff.  I'm looking for a roofer to pull the roof off so that when they nail that attic fan back down and there that all that flashing stuff is all right, and so it's really a roofing job.  I didn't even want the electrical done.  It wouldn't be any more roofing than if they pulled any other pipes or flashing or anything else.  Lots of people get attic fans up there.  It's tough to get somebody in that thing, and I was hoping that he would do it too, and Angie's List really didn't delineate it, and my point is if Angie's List has people that do that, to put that in their advertisement, that they'll do attic fans or stuff like that.

    Cal-Vintage Roofing Co Inc
Not well. They changed my start date four times, lied to me about working on Saturdays and did not do things as promised. On top of that Nelson Bajas the field superintendent told me on the second day there would be two to four extra hours of labor added for the unseen dry rot. The final bill was for 26 hours of extra labor at a whopping $2204 more than the original price. I was shocked.

    SNOOK ROOFING
It went well. He came and fixed it. He put the roofing on twenty years ago. Its a tile roof. He has been back six times in the years. He has never charged me anything for the visits. He refuses to take any money. He brought a couple of his crew, and he said to give his guys some money. He refuses to take any money. I don't understand it. I have recommended him to everyone.

    Straight Line Construction
My wife and I needed to replace our old shake roof, get new attic insulation, fix dry rot and install new gutters/downspouts. We went through the bidding process with about 4 companies and decided to go with Straight Line due to the amount of care and detail our salesman, Rob explained. At the quote process, Straight Line seemed to provide the best service and most accurate detail of the work that needed to be completed. Day 1 of tear down and clean up went great, the crew was very clean and tidy with our property and made sure to pick up all loose debris, tacks and nails as promised. On day 2, the team sheeted the entire roof with radiant barrier plywood (so we thought) and blew in insulation (almost everywhere). When the day was complete, I noticed the crew installed different sheeting in certain areas of the roof as quoted and did not hook up any of our bathroom vents to the roof. The crew also missed spots in the attic for insulation and the left nails and screws around our property and blew nails/screws into our pool when we cleaning up. I noticed this and called Rob who made sure this would be fixed and addressed on their next visit. The crew had made some considerable mistakes but my wife and I were assured by the Straight Line team these issues would be fixed as promised. On day 3, the crew came out to replace the regular plywood with radiant barrier plywood in the spots they failed to install. They also came to inspect the attic insulation, blow the spots they had missed and hook up the bathroom ventsAt the end of this day these issues were fixed but we were still disappointed because the crew had not cleaned up their trash, nails and tacks as promised. Once again, we had to call our salesman and discuss lack of cleanliness and detail of work, that we were initially quoted. On day 4, the crew came out to install the gutters and start laying the actual composite roof. The work was solid for day 4 and 5 . The crew advised they would need to come back to fix or replace a few of the gutters they could not get to mount properly. This was back on March 1st and thankfully after a few reminders, the crew just finished today, March 31st. It was a long process to get everything completed the way we were quoted and expected, but the work is finally done. My wife and I really had to keep up with the crew to ensure the work we requested was actually completed. We are very happy with the final product of our roof, gutters and downspouts; but not sure if we would use Straight Line in the future for our projects. When spending over 30k on a big project, you expect the crew to be meticulous and detail oriented; the customers should not have to keep reminding the crew to follow through with their commitments on specific work orders.
