  We are so pleased with the remodel of our bathroom and the way that it was accomplished by Wiseman���s Home Improvement! Getting in and out of the old tub and its sliding shower door attachment was awkward and cleaning everything was a pain. That was just one of several issues with our bathroom. We knew we wanted to replace the tub with a walk-in shower and upgrade the sink, countertop and flooring. We took bids from several contractors, but we were particularly impressed with Wiseman���s. Wiseman���s helped us throughout the design of the remodel. They accompanied us to pick out tiles for the shower as well as the flooring, and countertop and offered valuable suggestions to ensure that colors and textures were compatible. With their help we were able to add unique and personalized touches to our project. Every part of the process, from demolition to final touch-ups, was controlled by Wiseman���s. The workmen arrived on time, covered adjacent carpeting from dust and grime, and cleaned up after themselves every day. There was minimal interruption to our daily activities. They helped us acquire a custom designed shower door and a unique beveled glass mirror. As unforeseen problems arose, they found alternative solutions. The work was completed above and beyond our expectations. We couldn���t be happier with the results. We have another project planned for a kitchen remodel and Wiseman���s Home Improvement will be the contractor we call. We give them an A+ in every category.   Against The Grain Flooring

  John and Kenny were great. We had the opportunity to go see their work in progress at another site before we hired them. We had an old parquet floor removed and replaced with white oak to match the rest of the floors in the house. Also, ther were a few places in the house that flooring needed to be fixed. Once done the floors were refinished. The original white oak floors are 55 years old. You cannot tell the difference between the new floor and the old. All of it looks new! They showed up on time, worked well with each other and were thorough. The job took 6 days and the floors look beautiful! John is now our floor guy. I would reccommend Against The Grain to anyone looking for a compnay that does hardwood flooring.

  Cole was amazing! More than we asked for. He was quick to respond. He was at our house in 30 mins. Our flooring wasn���t available that we wanted so he came at least 3 different times with samples. Great quality work. He even started on a weekend and was done before it was over. He made room in his schedule for us because we have a deadline with furniture and a baby on the way. He Was done before the deadline and Done within in a week from our first meeting. Unbelivable professionalism. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone! Everyone loves our floors!

  I can't believe it has been almost a year since my bathroom was remodeled. I met with Phil and Ryan before the project. My hand was not held before the project as I went to all the tile places by myself and also shopped for counter tops by myself...but I learned a lot from the sales reps at each store. Ryan was the lead on the remodel and I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. He made some awesome recommendations that 10 months later I am still very grateful for. Ryan is certified electrician and I have had no electrical problems with the bathroom as I know other homeowners have had using other contractors. As a homeowner, if you decide to go with pebble tile, do not use it as a floor for the shower. It is very hard to keep clean. As an accent it is beautiful and I love it. The tile for the floor and around bathtub is amazing and is holding up. Ryan did such a good job that my 30 year old house passed all the required inspections. Always make sure that you understand completely the contract. We had have a misunderstanding during final billing that was eventually resolved through e-mails.

  Jim and his crew showed up when they promised and that is important to me. Jim has great artistic vision for a project and gave me ideas for improving my plans. He was on site most days to make sure things were going well. One of his carpenters, Jarrett, did a large portion of the work and he was very meticulous and detail oriented. Jim worked hard to make sure I was happy with each detail and products chosen. I am very pleased with the results...not self conscious to have folks over for dinner any more! Yes, I would use them again...as soon as my husband agrees to let me remodel the master bath.

  The process went very well.  The installers were on time and did excellent work.  We have two stairways in our house, one curved and one spiral.  They both presented some unexpected challenges for the installers which cost them considerable extra time to overcome.  Nevertheless, there was no suggestion that we should have to pay more for these unforeseeable difficulties and company assumed full responsibility for a successful project--which it was.

  We were very satisfied with the quality of the products, installation, and service.  We worked primarily with Darren, who was amazingly knowledgeable and responsive via email and by phone. We had to reschedule several times because the carpet was flooring was going into a house that we hadn't closed escrow on yet, and he worked with us to get the best installation date possible, despite the fact that we had to move it back due to our own escrow timelines.

  Their showroom is very nice and they know what they are talking about and they provide good information on what is truly the best product for your lifestyle/wants.  Their installers were all very prompt, friendly, and qualified.

  We were also very pleased with the price - very competitive pricing that allowed us to do more of a remodel than we initially thought we would be able to afford.

  They also do bathroom remodels and kitchen countertops, so we will definitely be using them again for those services as well.
