Understandably so it was very busy on the Saturday before Mother's Day. We arrived early for that reason. We had a scheduled appointment but still had to wait for approximately 20 minutes. The location for the pedicure was not set up very well. We were seated and then both manicurists started gathering all the products needed instead of having the stations ready before we sat down. It was a very disjointed pedicure, no flow. The leg massage was not good at all and very short. The pedicure itself was not good either and without doubt the worst nail polish job I have ever received. Both my daughter and myself took the polish off (what was left of it) when we got home. Needless to say not relaxing at all and that is what I normally feel when getting a pedicure! The staff was very friendly but......

    Jenkins, Dr. Brian
He has been treating my back. He is the best chiropractor I’ve ever gone to. He cares about the whole body, so he’s patient, listens, and overall is great doctor. I would highly recommend him.

The experience with them has been good. They have a good grading on Angie's List and they are close to home. They lived up to the expectations that I had based on the reviews that I saw. The availability has been good. I don't mind having to fight to get an appointment with somebody; that shows that they are good.

The first time I went I had to wait an hour.  They were kind enough to squeeze me in, but it was a long wait.  Subsequent visits have not been much of a wait at all.  I waited to review him until I saw what the situation was regarding the wait.  Now I just make a point to ask when they aren't busy and pick a time when I know there will not be a wait.  Dr. Bruce is excellent.  He has a couple of things that make his treatment extra nice, including a warm, vibrating, water filled mattress that really relaxes the back so you adjust well.  His prices are very fair, and he is very dedicated to helping his patients.  I like that he doesn't press you to come back on a regular basis, which some chiropractors do, but lets you decide when you need an adjustment.  I tend to have tight muscles in my back and hips and he does a stretch where he actually lays over my body to increase the stretch.  It is very effective in loosening up tight muscles.  He applies whatever techniques he feels work best for you, and he takes the time to be thorough.

Their therapists were really good, nice, and accommodating. But their upper management for that location was not very accommodating, and unprofessional. They were nasty when I cancelled an appointment due to my health problems. Their availability was really good. Their office environment was good, but they did not have a waiting lounge.

    Jenkins, Dr. Brian
Dr. Jenkins is a different kind of chiropractor:  atlas orthogonist.  He has a machine that he "thumps" you with.  I lie on my side, while he positions his machine where it will thump me right behind my ear.  Doesn't hurt at all.  He also has a smaller automatic gun-type thumper which he uses on other parts of my back.  You will walk away thinking that there's no way this method is going to work, and that you've just wasted a bunch of money, but have faith.  It does work.  It may take a few visits at first if you are severely out of alignment.  (He will want to take x-rays at your first visit.)  I had been to several other chiropractors and doctors who could not help me with my neck pain. but because of Dr. Jenkins, I am now pain-free.

    Ward, Jean
Jean and I established an excellent rapport from the very beginning. I expected my issues to require 3-5 or more sets of seven sessions. Jean is highly flexible about appointments. Her manner is gentle and of course she is an excellent listener. She adapts her approach to YOU. From my own experience,

    CASHA-CROSS CHIROPRACTIC
Dr. Mark Casta saw both my kids for severe back pains. Dr. Mark was able to adjust their back and get them back in school and sports. Treatment was for 2-3 weeks. A couple of visit the 1st week and weekly thereafter. The office has unusual hours in the afternoon. Usually takes 45-60 minutes including 10 minutes on vibrating bed. Kids really enjoyed that. The price was right for no chiropratic insurance.

    RUTH CUMMINGS
She is extremely knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very personable and sincere. After looking into multiple methods of having a birth this in my opinion would be the best and most natural way. They always answer the phone. You know exactly who you are going to deal with and it just makes it much more personal than a hospital. Also, in my situation it is cheaper to have a baby through the birth center rather than the hospital.
