    Researched vehicle detailers on Angie's List. Am very satisfied w/the work done, professionalism of the business owner and communication throughout my entire experience. Will definitely be back and will highly recommend to anyone looking for an expert vehicle detailing. I have a very furry/shedding human companion. They gave a flat rate and spent an entire day and then some just to ensure the job was done right. Couldn't be happier w/their work and professionalism.

    PAYE'S DEEP STEAM RELIABLE
    It went very well, he was at the office to be let in at exactly the time he said. He did an amazing job, he put all the chairs and accessories back where they started, and he called me 1/2 hour prior to finishing to allow me time to get back to lock the door. He did such a good job, the Doctor has decided no more coffee for the patients, since he likes it looking as it is so much.

    Daisy Fresh sent over two young men to take care of business. They arrived on time, were polite, professional and even funny. When they arrived, they measured the area and gave me a price which sounded like a deal. The two worked for a solid 90 minutes and were done. I was surprised since last time, through another company, it took 4 hours. Anyway, the carpets were moist but not sopping wet. The couch was also moist. Everything dried within a few hours. I was very pleased and will certainly call them again.

    The crew of three women arrived promptly, worked quickly and did a great job. They cleaned up the grout in the ceramic tile floor in the kitchen, cleaned fingerprints from walls and door jams, cleaned the cabinet doors in the kitchen, thoroughly cleaned bathrooms, cleaned windows etc. etc. They asked questions about what we wanted done and did a good job of meeting our requests.

    Two young men arrived exactly at the time agreed upon.  They were dressed in neat, clean uniforms and their vehicle had signage.  They were totally professional and spent over 6 hours totally detailing my car, every inch of it, from the chrome wheels to even cleaning the trunk.  They did a beautiful wax and polish on the exterior and cleaned and revitalized the interior.  Every time I checked on them through the window, they were both working non stop!  My car is special to me and it is over 10 years old.  It now looks like it did when it was brand new, maybe even better.

    Louis is always available by phone, and ready to respond faster than any other service that I'm aware of in our area. He is professional in looks and quality of work, extremely well versed in the 'tricks' that all carpet 'masters' should know, and is certainly the hardest working person in the carpet cleaning business.
    While I was at work, Louis followed my wife's direction/requests regarding the carpet, where the heaviest soil was, and how she hoped it would come out. He did the central areas, then moved all of the furniture so he could get the 'under and perimeters' of each room. This was including the Persian style rug in the bedroom, which he cleaned, then rolled up, moved out of the way, then cleaning the room W/W carpet underneath. A serious amount of work, and at a reasonable price!
    About two days later, I noticed an outline and full throw-rug size stain or discoloration where the Persian had been, and called Louis, and described it. That same day, he rolled up, brought the appropriate equipment out of his van, and worked about an hour on the stain, successfully reducing the discoloration to the point it can hardly be noticed. (I'm afraid the so-called "Persian" bled into the W/W carpet for a l-o-n-g time, and left the discoloration. HEY-what do I know? .. Louis saved yet another day!).
    No problem endorsing Daisy Fresh for any carpet job you have, home, office or convention center!

    Just to let y'all know that Louis is my carpet cleaner go-to forever!!
    I'm probably not going to write a review every time he cleans my carpets, but maybe I should.
    It feels as good as getting over the and quot;seasonal affective disorderand quot; we so love and hope for in Eureka.
    No kidding, when Louis gets done, two things happen 1: You just gotta smile at the quality of the work (ah-yup .. he gets out those ugly round stains that you figured were some evil retribution for crimes of the past,) and 2: When you see the bill, it looks like he forgot something - he is always a great price for a great job. and quot;Cain't Beat It!and quot;
    He is very careful with his equipment, uses the right stuff in his machines (it really is amazingly obvious that I should have called him sooner when I see how dirty the carpets really get over a 6-8 month period of time). AND, once he starts up, he's all business. He spends whatever time it takes to get it right, and always charges what seems to me to be a super-fair price.

    They were reliable and they came when they said they were going to come.  They did the work that they contracted to do.  They were courteous, clean and most of all timely.  They finished within the time period and they were out.

    5/30/12 Thomas Falk Brennan, owner of Ocean Awning, accepted the job of making a replacement canvas pop-top tent, using the old canvas as a pattern, for our 1978 VW Bus. Thomas reassured us that even though he had not previously completed a job of this type before he was confident in his workmanship and would provide us with a finished product we would be proud of. The completed job is ugly. I feel that any 9th grade student taking a sewing class for the first time would have done a better job. The stitch lines are crooked, uneven, and run past the area joining the fabric onto plain canvas. The seams, that should have been overlock stitched, pulled apart when they installed the canvas stretching it so far as to allow water to drip inside. The screen windows are another joke. Again the stitching is hideous; in addition, they neglected to make the front window pass through opening as was on the original canvas. When the vehicle was picked up, we asked for the original canvas, but, were told that they had thrown it out (without first asking us what we wanted done with it). When confronted with the many problems the canvas tent had, we were told by Thomas and his son, John, they would be glad to make repairs to keep their customers happy, but, they would not be able to get to it right away because it is his busy season. The busy seasonal goes by along with Thomas having multiple medical and dental issues. Being understanding to his problems we are finally in agreement to an appointment. I arrive on 5/14/13 @1:05 pm to show pictures of the problems to be repaired. After meeting Thomas, John comes out to meet me and immediately asks me if I have been drinking. I have never been so insulted. At the time I had 2 1/2 years sobriety. Yet here is this young boy, apparently takings the role of owner of the business, insulting a customer. The list of insults and problems dealing with this company is even greater that the small amount I write here. Sad to say this company did not stand by their word nor their workmanship. We were offered a refund of money, only if we return the canvas. We are unable to do this because they threw away our original canvas. I feel this company took on a job they knew nothing about and rather than own up to being inexperienced and not taking the job, they tried to pass off a pitiful attempt and when confronted insulted the customer to hide their inability to perform professionally.
