    Could never get anyone to answer or return my phone calls and e-mails. Very unhappy because I paid $200 to move my piano for one-half block up the street to my new home and needed the tuning done. Still do!

    Very Well. He happened to be working in my neighborhood the next day, so we scheduled it right away. Mr. Lehman seemed very knowledgeable and had his son, who was studying to follow in this career, with him, so I got to listen to tips and instructions along the way. I played the piano for an hour this morning, and, though it had not sounded bad before, I could immediately appreciate the difference in tone, brighter, and nicer to listen to. Thanks Mr Tuner for giving my 25 year old instrument a great "tune-up."

    I had a consultation about my refrigerator and what was going on with it. I basically discovered that it wouldn't be worth it to try and repair it, and that it was time to get a new refrigerator. I did everything over the phone. They do both the repairs and the sales. They came out to install the refrigerator. Everything went great. I got it the next day, so it was perfect. One gentleman came out and he did just fine. He was professional. I don't know how he did it, but he did it. Their price is on par with other places. The quality is excellent. He had good information and was trustworthy. I would absolutely use them again. The appointment was set up the day before and confirmed the day of.

    We moved, which is why I had the piano tuned.  The cost was a little bit different because I knew that my piano had some additional work that needed to be done on it, so it was about $140.  On punctuality, I was worse than he was.  I kept putting it off.  I ended up having to get a special piano mover, and so I put him off a few times.  This was the first time I have used him.  He explained to me everything that he was doing.  He had a vacuum.  The piano is very old and he vacuumed it all out and showed me one of the keys was not functioning properly, and he showed me why it wasn't.  He had the part, it was a little spring.  He showed me the broken one and he showed me the one that he had to replace it with.  He played from memory something he knew, just to try it out when he was all done.  I asked him and he very nicely responded because I asked him something in particular.  He was very nice.

    We got our appliances all from Lowe's.  They did a good job with everything.  We actually have to return one item because it has a defect.  We haven't done it yet.  It's the dishwasher. We can make it work.  It's a Bosch dishwasher and it's a nice one.  It's the sealant when you close the dishwasher tight, it's not sealed tight.  The dishwasher turns itself off, which is a good thing because otherwise water would get out.  There's something wrong with the sealant on this one side and so I have to prop something against it to make it stay shut.  It's just an inconvenience right now; it doesn't make it unusable.

    Scammed out of a large amount of money. Scammed! I visited this location on April 1st of 2017. I walked in super excited with my fiance to purchase a bedroom set. A girl (don't remember her name) came up to help us and showed us what they had. We fell in love with a set, and while discussing our options between ourselves, I asked the sales person what came included in the set, if the price they had on the mattress was for the mattress as well. I laid on the mattress to try it out, mentioning to her how comfortable it was, when I asked the question. She told me yes it was included. We agreed to purchase it (an almost $2,000 purchase), and went to go check out and schedule delivery. She rang up the set, swiped our card without discussing any terms or conditions, and then after confirming the transaction went through, scheduled the delivery. Only after all of that did she pass us our receipt which has tiny words at the bottom "no returns" and all of their others terms and conditions. Okay, fine no returns, no big deal. Then we hear "So did you also want to purchase the mattress?". Excuse me? I made very, VERY sure, that the mattress was included in the price. Even if it wasn't, and there was a mistake on my end, why in the H*** would you process a transaction that was not complete? That right there was a HUGE red flag that they were pushing to scam us out of as much money as possible. As we were disorientated from that realization, we agreed to get the mattress, and I used a different card (as the other had been nearly maxed out) to get it. As we walked out of the store we realized just how horrible of a deal that had been and how they had just scammed us out of nearly 2x the amount of money we were willing to spend. We quickly filed a dispute with our CC companies, and denied delivery. I quickly received a call from the owners rudely telling me how "no bedroom sets ever come with mattresses what am i talking about", and denying that their sales person did anything wrong, and now we are stuck in a battle with them where they are disputing OUR dispute, claiming they require a "restocking fee" of $100. Will be fighting this battle, beware!! Don't get scammed here!!

    We have ours tuned annually, so it never gets very bad. Jeff does a good job of bringing it back to spec. I can't comment on how he would do with a horribly out-of-tune piano but, if you're willing to live with one that gets that bad, then you probably wouldn't care anyway.

    Meathead Movers & Princess Packers
    Courteous, organized and transperant. They came to house to give initial not to exceed estimate. All the team members were very friendly and hard working. Meathead is known for jogging between lifts. Ie. Back to the truck to get more boxes. Overall we felt they were worth the price. We did discover a torn fabric on our chair. They promptly proccessed yhe claim. I overheard the team leader explain to his mover how to better use the equipment on the chair and avoid the mishap in the future. Nice to know they take everything seriously and took responsibility.

    We were very happy with Acme's services. We had to reschedule the move a couple times, and it was always easy to reach them and they were happy to accommodate. On the date of the move, they were punctual, treated our piano very carefully, and were nice to talk to. We'd definitely use them again in the future.

    experience buying a table and chairs at Casual Dining and Barstools (7340 Miramar Rd #110, San Diego, CA?)
    was anything but casual.  When friends come into our house and comment on the table that we purchased from Casual Dining
    and Barstools, the first thing we say is that we would never do business with this company again.  The main reason is
    due to a lack of responsibility and integrity on the company?s part.   When we came into the store on the 4th
    of July weekend to purchase a table and 8 chairs there were two sales people, John and Mark, and no other customers. 
    Mark had been with the company for a myriad of years and seemed much more reliable than John.  He advised us
    not to get a cherry table because we have kids and directed us to the Bermex  Company. 
    In fact, we cued off many of his suggestions since this was his bailiwick.  We spent well over an hour
    discussing color, type of wood, style and size. 
    The two main advantages of being in the store was that we could look at,
    touch and point to everything that we wanted and secondly, we could ?count? on
    the expertise and experience of the experts and sales people who were intimately
    familiar with every aspect of the industry and the inventory.
    We were especially excited about the chairs we selected.  Mark was the one who pointed out what a
    difference the lumbar curve in the bar stool chairs made in posture and comfort.  I was not a big fan of the
    look, until I sat in it and felt the difference.    Mark went through the book, wrote the order down and asked us to verify that it was
    all right and sign it.  It was past closing time, at this point, and Mark and John were ready to go home.  He showed us a picture of the chair in a book and said it will be like this ?but it will have the lumbar curve you like, just
    like the one you sat in?.  Verbally he confirmed that was it and we signed.
    As the furniture was delivered a few weeks later, I tried to tell the deliverymen that
    there had been a mistake on the chairs.  I could instantly tell that they did not have the supportive lumbar curve that we
    agreed upon. My husband went in to talk with John and Mark.  Upon first discussing the issue, they ?remembered?
    and pointed out that the SKU number matched up with the chairs that were delivered.  My husband explained that while
    that might be the case, the chairs clearly did not have the lumbar curve that MARK had pointed out and advised that we get. 
    We then called Mark, they checked the SKU numbers and apparently, Mark had written down the wrong number. 
    As we pressed the issue, the tactic clearly shifted and all of a sudden, neither John
    nor Mark could remember talking about the chairs or our family or placing that particular order.
    When it came down to money, his mistake had to come out of our pocket! 
    He knew the chair we wanted and we know he wrote the order down incorrectly. 
    However, we did not catch it until we saw the chair.  There was
    little concern over customer satisfaction or doing a job well.  We spent over $4000 for 8 chairs and relied on
    the expertise and experience of the professionals to ensure that we would get a
    product we would be satisfied with.
    I would not do business with this company again! Nor would I recommend them to
    anyone else.  In fact, I strongly recommend against going to this company if you are looking for furniture. 
    When two sales associates are too incompetent to write the order down correctly, and then pass the mistake on to the
    customer that is bad business.  Proceed with caution if you do business with this company and do not assume they are
    doing their job right. 
    Any mistakes made will come out of your pocket.
