    We contacted California Smartscape to give us an estimate on redoing our front and back yards. They had been destroyed by putting a pool in and by a large tree in the front yard that damaged the hardscape. We spoke at length to Richard and Nick about our budget and our ideas for the yard. The proposal they came back with was within our budget and had all the elements we wanted. We were pleasantly surprised because we had contacted others and their proposals were way above budget and did not have the elements we wanted. The crews that came out to do the work were wonderful. They were professional, considerate and respectful. Steve was a great project manager who attended to things as they came up during the work. Ruben was a good crew supervisor. He had a good relationship with his workers. Now that our project is complete, we couldn���t be happier. The whole yard has been transformed into a natural landscape with easy to care for low water plants, low voltage LED lighting and drip irrigation. We even have a small artificial grass lawn in back! If you need landscape work, this is the company I would recommend.

    Home Remodeling By Treeium Inc - San Diego
    I had very old fashion bathroom that I had remodeled with Treeium. My project managers was Mordechay(Matt) & Mike (maor)I took out a big sunken tub and replaced with a walk in shower with granite and glass. I also replaced the vanity area. They did a beautiful job and now my bathroom is useable again. highly recommend!!!

    I hate writing bad reviews. I gave this guy multiple chances to make good on the work, and he did not follow up. I had the parts for everything on site, except for the can light, which was a last minute addition. I made a list of the things to do, and referenced the make and style of each item on the list, so there wouldn't be any confusion as to what went where. I wasn't able to be on site, so I had a friend there to let him into the house for the work. The good: He arrived as scheduled on 6/14. He was on time. He worked efficiently, spoke with me by phone several times during the process. The lights work. The bad: 1. He left a mess. The old fixtures were left piled on the hardwood floor next to my dining room table. Not even a piece of cardboard put down to protect the floors. Random screws, bits of plastic, wiring caps, etc., were left where they fell, in every room he was in. 2. He didn't pay attention to the details on the list and installed the two lighting fixtures in the wrong place. The light for the front entry hall ended up in the bathroom hallway, and the light for the bathroom hallway now graces my front entry. When I called him afterwards to discuss the issue, he asked if the lights worked (which they did), and then became dismissive and tried to blame the person who was at my house for the install, even though the written list of instructions specified make, model and color of light for each location. 3. The ceiling fan installation was horribly botched. The dimmer and timer functions did not work on the light. I did mention those to Randy when I spoke with him on the phone originally, when I was talking with him about the lights being installed in the wrong locations. He maintained that it was not his problem, and was probably a function not supported by my fan (in spite of the book and the box stating that model had those functions). He grudgingly agreed to troubleshoot it when he came out to swap the lights (which he never did). I ended up having to call another electrician out for an unrelated issue, and had him address the issues from the Goodman Electric install. When the other electrician took the various lights down to swap them, he asked me who had done the install, and if I had paid for it, because it was sloppy work. He had no skin in the game, and there was no benefit to him to bad-mouth anyone, I didn't even share names. There were loose (as in not attached to anything) screws in the housing on one of the lights and the ceiling fan, screws were stripped in two of the three fixtures, the mounting plate on the ceiling fan was bent, it was not properly secured to prevent the fan from rocking at higher speeds, and the mechanism that controls the dimmer and timer function was damaged. So, either these were items that were damaged and/or defective when the fan was unboxed, or they were damaged during the installation. So either I was not informed that the item I purchased was damaged when it was unboxed, and it was installed anyway (which is uncool), or it was mishandled during installation, damaging a $350 ceiling fan. I ended up purchasing a replacement ceiling fan (same make and model), which was installed by someone else, and amazingly enough the "nonexistent" led dimming and timer functions now work. Based on the findings by the other electrician subsequent to the original install, and the company's response, I think even less of them than before. Granted, the initial job was a small one, but it was a good test. I have since spent several thousand dollars re-wiring my garage and upgrading my exterior lighting, and had I been happy with this test job there would have been a lot more work in the pipeline.

We had several questions throughout the process, and Adam and his team swiftly returned our phone calls and emails. The team (from the owner, to the business office, to the on-site installers) all are competent and stay on the job until it is finished. We also needed a new HVAC system, and tankless water heater. He made recommendations that we used and appreciated. Make sure you talk to Adam and his front office staff before you select a company to install your solar system. We have been very pleased with our new system.

    We just moved in to a new house and my original general contractor had cancelled on us last minute. Michael saved the day for us. He understood we were in a rush and needed someone to step up in a timely manner and do the job right the first time. My only regret is that we wished we had found him sooner - his work was by far superior to the other contractors we used for tile and other parts of the remodel. Michael is truly best in class and had a number of recommendations that saved us both time and money -especially for our bathroom remodel that was needed for elder care. He is simply the best contractor i have used over the past 30 years.

    Week 1: Worst everything. Do not waste your time on this company. Spent over a week just trying to schedule Baker to come over and do electrical work so that I could get an electrical car charger, air conditioning, and a house battery installed. What a hassle. Sent Baker an email to be contacted (as Baker requires) and was never contacted. Called Baker on the phone and left a message and never received a response or call back. Week 2: Baker never responded to my email or phone call. I was finally able to get a hold of Baker by phone by calling them several times. This week was spent on Baker trying to figure out if they do service in my area. My COUNTY is listed on their web site and states that they do service in my COUNTY. Constantly had to call Baker back to see if there was an update because Baker said their electrician would contact us to schedule service. Week 3: After waiting for Baker to contact me for the second week, I finally called them to see if there was an update. After 10 minutes, Baker finally decided that they do not do work in my COUNTY. Baker also did not have the decency to recommend a company in my COUNTY that would do the service. Baker obviously does not want any business, so do not contact them to have any electrical, air conditioning, car charger, or house batteries installed.

    The job went very well. Serena in their office did a very good job of keeping me informed. She followed up when she said she would and helped me to schedule the rest of my day around the work that was performed. Jeff and Noah showed up on time, did a quick walk thru, then Jeff proceeded to complete the job. The work took about an hour to complete. Jeff was professional, courteous and thorough.
