    Great experience using Dan, will use him again soon. Work was completed professionally and promptly without any unneeded upsell or pressure. My 2011 HP laptop was having fan issues which I of course ignored for almost a year...then the HD was acting up and taking forever to access files. It got to the point where I could no longer boot it up and that was back in July 2017. I looked through several other reviews on AL and came across Dan Pastel of Intelligent Solutions. He responded within the hour via e-mail and we also discussed my issues over the phone. We met at a convenient location the next day so I could provide the fan/heatsink I had purchased. Dan recommended a particular model of HD (solid state) which he had confidence in and purchased on Amazon with no upsell (I could have done so myself but more convenient for Dan at the time). He kept me updated along the way and made a few no pressure recommendations on malware program, applications and registry tools that I purchased when we met including a newer version of Office 365. He also upgraded my Window 10 version and set up an auto back up application. So in the end I had a renewed laptop with current OS and software I need for my home office. I should also mention he removed all of the "junk" software that is factory installed. My laptop boots up at lighting speed now and I am able to use it as I had previously intended it to, as my work laptop. I really should have contacted Dan much sooner. When all the work was done, Dan provided a tutorial on how to access and use various applications and some of the latest features of Windows 10. So I am very much pleased with my experience with Dan, he is first and foremast professional, honest and is an expert at what he does. On top of that his fee was very reasonable considering all of the time he put into resuscitating my laptop. I look forward to having him work on my personal laptop that essentially needs a "tune up" to make it work more efficiently as well. Please give Dan a try, you will be happy you did.

    Chris quickly fixed the problems over the Internet, getting connected to me within 7 minutes of the beginning of our phone conversation. He then not only fixed my Internet Explorer, but gave me other options like Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox to use going forward in case the Explorer were to malfunction again. He also explained to me his theory on computer security in a way that was easy to understand.

    My husband and I recommend Dan without any hesitation.  We found him on Angies list and he was at our house that afternoon.  Both our computers had issues due to very different reasons and he was able to fix both.  He quoted us a price and stuck to that price even though the job took way longer than he anticipated. Dan will be the first person I call for anything technology related.

    The technician remotely worked on my PC for a couple of hours then said it was finished. The next day my printer did not work so I called the technician and was given a few suggestions for how to correct the problem. None of these ideas worked and when I asked for more help, I did not hear from her again. I had to figure out how to get my printer working again.
       One of the issues I told the technician about before she began working on my PC was that my system restore had not worked last time I tried to use it. She  told me it should work again after she cleaned up some corrupt files. Two months after the service I tried the system restore and it still did not work.
         This disappointing experience cost me $99 and I will not use this company again

    I brought my hard drive to J-Mac Computer Repairs, to help me recovery data from my hard drive which crashed. He was not only able to recover, but he cloned, installed the drive and was able to install/repair the OS. I had a working computer again ;-) I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again, and his pricing was very fair. Thanks Jimmy

    You can either take your computer to them or pay a little extra for them to come to you. The service was good. The young man that came out went the extra mile to solve our problem. He was very nice. They had my computer for about five days to do the repair on it. The workers are good. They know what they are doing. They are smart and behave well..

    There aren't enough adjectives to describe how wonderful and gifted Brad is.
    I've be agonizing (aka procrastinating) over the process of consolidating files from various computers down to two, and most urgently, finding a way to safely archive voicemails from my late wife. I had been spending hours with Verizon, in the store and on the phone, trying to figure out how to get the voicemails off my phone and onto an external storage device, with zero success. I was pulling my hair out! I couldn't upgrade my phone for fear of losing Sheila's voicemails.
    Incredibly, within a few minutes, Brad was able to find a converter app on the internet and we were able to successfully save all of her voicemails!!! I was thrilled beyond words. What a relief!!! And now I was able to get a new phone.
    As for all the computer work, he was fast, efficient, made a lot of great recommendations, and went above and beyond in cleaning-up all my tech issues. I wasn't able to use my label printer because it's not supported by Windows 8, and Brad found a cheaper (but good) printer to take its place. He also found a better printer, so that I can print wirelessly (and free-up space on my desk).
    When I told him about weak wireless coverage in the house, he diagnosed the problem (the router was next to a subwoofer's big magnet).
    And while we were down near the TV he noticed that my "Smart" TV wasn't connected to the internet like it should be, so here I was missing out on a lot of capabilities that I didn't know the TV had!!! So he quickly set that TV up to operate properly.
    He was fun to work with, CLEARLY knows his stuff and he's now my IT department.
    Thanks, Brad, for doing such an excellent job. You saved me from additional months of agony.

    John came to my house  within 24 hours of my call and listened to my list of problems and ran some software to diagnose the problem.  He explained everything as he went along. Things were better after he left, but still not completely fixed. He said that he would guarantee his work. So I called him again and he came back and took it home with him and ran more tests to identify the problem. When he  brought it back It was fixed. I appreciated the fact that he did not give up until the computer was fixed to my satisfaction. He was extremely professional and I liked his attitude that a customer ought to receive value for his service.
    I will certainly use him in the future.

    Both times I called Micromobile to check and correct my elderly mother's computer problems, their service was prompt and courteous. Dennis was patient and kind with my mother. When a problem he fixed one month recurred the next (accidentally triggered by something my mother did to her computer), he suggested an alternative that might keep my mother from repeating the error that shuts down the sound on her speakers.
    As I live half way around the world, I am especially appreciative of their prompt and kind service and their thoughtful solutions to the situation. I recommend them highly.

    I took my desktop computer in to Micromobile Computing in Escondido and explained the problems I was having to them.  I left the computer with them and they ran all kinds of diagnostic software through it and could not come up with a reason for why it was not recognizing the administrator.  They even tried to by pass the administrator, and that would not work.  The conclusion was finally reached that a portion of the hard drive had been corrupted and that it needed to be replaced.  They gave me several options and I choose to  have them place a new 250 GB hard drive and reload the Windows 7 operating system.  Luckily all of the documents and pictures were able to be backed up from the old drive.  Yes, I did have them backed up in a couple of other ways.
    I took the computer home and proceeded to reinstall all of my programs.  After a couple of days of reinstalling programs, I required another program to be reinstalled from a CD.  All of sudden the DVD/CD player would not work.  I tried serveral things including removing and reinstalling the driver, since I received a message that it was corrupted.  Nothing I did worked.  I called Micromobile and they suggested I bring the computer back in.  They spent almost two hours on it and finally figured out that there was a registry error that could be corrected by running a piece of software.  They did this and the problem was corrected and the drive worked perfectly.  There was no additional charge for this follow up work.
    It has been over a week and the computer continues to operate normally.  I have used Micromobile Computing since 1996 and have always found them to an excellent at diagnosing and repairing computers at a fair price.  They took care of the seven computers in my dental office over the years, and have worked on my home computers, when needed every couple of years.
    I have found Micromobile Computing to be very knowledgeable, honest, and have high integrity as a business.  I have always gotten what I paid for and been very pleased with the outcome.  I recommend them highly.
