    DM Building Inc
The work completed was of the highest quality. Danny, the owner of DM Building, is a fair and honest business owner, and very responsive. He has a very skilled group of people and they did a great job from start to finish. Our foreman, Scott, who treated the project like it was his own home, provided excellent guidance and help throughout the remodel. The attention to detail was impressive and suggestions were made along the way which made the house even better. Most of the workers are employees which helps in scheduling work. We did work with some contractors recommended and managed by DM Building for kitchen and laundry cabinets, as well as tiling and flooring--and they were professional and did excellent work. In my case, I had never done a remodel and my husband was the main contact in initiating the work. Unfortunately, he died when we were in the middle of the rebuild. Danny, Scott and his crew were very supportive and helped me through the remodel, over and above my expectations, accommodating additional changes and working with me to get everything completed. The house is beautiful.

    Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen
We went with Remodel Works based on the strength of previous reviews and the attention to detail we saw from the designer. Much of this job went quite well. The designer (Yvette) was clearly knowledgeable and did a great job helping us choose everything needed to help carry out our vision for remodeling the bathrooms. The project manager, Paul, was personable, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and unflappable (in the face of dust setting off our loud smoke detector on the first day of the job, Paul remained calm while trying to sort out how to turn to the alarm off). By the end of the job, we were quite pleased with the final product, which we continue to enjoy months later. However, our overall ratings were diminished because of numerous red flags along the way. Based on what we heard, it appears that Remodel Works was either under new management, or the current management was not making quality a high priority. More than once, contract workers would show up only to discover that materials they needed had not yet been delivered. This appeared to be directly related to expect too few people to cover too many jobs. At a couple of stages of the project, people discovered belatedly that the wrong materials had been ordered. More than one of the crew told us that these shortcomings had not occurred often in the past, but were now frequent. Various stages of work would repeatedly be delayed at the last minute as it would suddenly be discovered that someone could not work on a particular day. When it was discovered in a couple of cases that the wrong item had been ordered, it took a couple of months for the replacement to arrive, only to discover that it was also the wrong item. As a result of all of this, a project that was projected with a clear, detailed timeline to be finished in 4-1/2 months (including buffers for things slipping between the cracks), finally ended only after 9 months. In parallel, throughout the project, it seemed that miscommunications from bookkeeping on pending payments were routine. This isn't to say that none of those who worked on our home were professional. At least two come to mind (Javier and Drew), both of whom were excellent. However, the overall result was not one that inspired confidence.

    Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen
I did a major master bathroom remodel, and wanted someone to take me through from start to finish, since I have no expertise of my own. Aleigh was wonderful at drawing up the plans, and helping me choose everything at their showroom, based on my budget. Once I was on their calendar, I was told there would be no interruptions in the work, after it began. This was absolutely true, thanks to Brett who was the perfect project manager. I was given a detailed itinerary and they stuck to it. Brett was always monitoring the work and answered any questions I had immediately, always with a smile on his face. Aleigh was also available to help with questions that came up. The workers always showed up on time and everything was kept extremely clean. I would say Aleigh and Brett were a dream team, as they anticipated every need, and there were no budget overrides, no surprises. I would definitely recommend this company, especially if you need a little hand-holding. I don't feel that I could have done much better price-wise, even if I had done all the leg work myself, and the results were absolutely beautiful. I'm spending the rest of the summer enjoying my gorgeous new bathroom.

    ECS Construction Inc.
The project was a great success. It took a while to get off the ground, but there were no bad surprises. Eric was very helpful in visualizing what we wanted and translating it into concrete plans. The quality of Eric's subs is exemplary; they were a pleasure to have around. Eric excels at solving problems, and a great communicator.

    Dicarlo Drywall
I'm extremely happy with Tony's work. He showed up when he promised and delivered on time. His work was very high quality. I'm particularly impressed with his ability to listen to what I was looking to do, give me advice on how best to do it, and get the work done at a high level of quality. His finished product looks fantastic. He's at the top of my list for future drywall work.

Used them in November 2017. They have two teams that come different days. One to remove the old ceiling and another to re-plaster the ceiling. the first team was OK. The second team not only did a bad job (the caulking or plaster on the edge of the ceiling/wall are peeling off) but where loud mouth obscene and unprofessional. Calls and emails for them to correct the work have gone unanswered.

Sheen was great to work with during the entire design and build process. He helped us make wise choices for our cabinets, windows, tile, and bathroom fixtures. We had a deadline and Sheen's team was able to finish as planned and on budget...not very common these days! He also helped us several months afterwards when we had a problem with our tile floor. He came to our house on multiple occasions until our issue was resolved. I highly recommend Specialty Home Improvement.

    Gold Coast Flood Restorations
I was very pleased with their courtesy and professionalism. They were prompt, neat, and fair. There was a bit of miscommunication in terms of contacting our insurance initially, but other than that, they were great to work with. We actually had two separate jobs (one through our homeowners insurance and one that was not going through insurance). They did a great job of documenting everything for insurance, and also making clear what the two separate jobs were. I would definitely use them again and/or recommend them.

The Problem Solver : Timely & Simply Professional Solutions
After a number of failed attempts to hire timely, reputable contractors to help me out with reconstruction efforts in a rental property after a flood loss, I was extremely pleased to find The Problem Solvers! As their name suggests, Thomas and Dave stepped in immediately to help me start putting the pieces back together after demo crews had left the home inhabitable for my tenants. Their fast response time helped me get the job finished faster than any of the insurance-recommended vendors' schedules would allow, and they were both a pleasure to work with. Even though I manage the property remotely, and was only in town a few days, their communication throughout the length of the project was reliable, timely and efficient. The overall quality of work was well worth the cost, and it was extremely refreshing to find local contractors who were so honest and easy to work with. Thanks for all your help, guys!

    Remodel Works Bath & Kitchen
The remodeling and design went very well. Designer, John DeLuca, took the time to make sure that we got the look and feel that we wanted. Project manager, Jeff Aldridge, set up work schedule that worked out very efficiently for us. He stopped by everyday to check on the progress and answer questions we might have about the project. The technician, Ashley Kruckenberg, was prompt and reliable. He made us feel comfortable in any of the work that he was doing.
