There was a leak under my dishwasher which the last two overpriced technicians I had gotten off of Craigslist hadn't solved. He gave a very reasonable quote, and then got to work. Within 1.5 hours, he had found the problem (mice had chewed through the pipe) and fixed it. Very honest and helpful person who knows what he's doing, puts in the hard work, and commits to quality. BThey were lifesavers. A lot of companies I called wouldn't even look at the fridge because it was a sealed system problem. They correctly diagnosed the problem in less than an hour -- a bent six inch piece of copper tubing that kept the system from circulating properly -- and were able to fix it on the spot. Seemed very thorough in both diagnostics and verification of the problem. Cost me $380 (reimbursed) which was less than half the cost of the attempted repair made by the first company. Only thing that keeps them from an A rating is the contractors didn't speak English well enough to communicate clearly with me. The guy was literally using Google translate on his phone and to tell me how much the repair would cost, he typed 380 into calculator and showed me the number.

Fstuff happens I get it, but just a heads up to anyone who might be looking to get something done. I scheduled an appointment with them to come in the afternoon which they then rescheduled to later. And then they called after they were supposed to be here and too late for me to get someone else and canceled because they were too busy. I'm disappointed because I've been waiting around all day to get this drain fixed and had they not said they could do it I could have found somebody else to do it. Also the technician called to cancel the appointment and told me he was in a heating and air conditioning job that was going over. But when I asked about heating and air conditioning earlier with Nicola she said they only do those appointments between Monday and Friday. So something's not adding up.
