Jose Mejia Landscaping and Yard Maintenance
Jose and his guys showed up when they said they would and cleared out a lot of areas overgrown by blackberry. We don't live on the property currently so he was kind enough to take photos and send them to me as they went. It all looks great and he was very easy to work with.

    Alliance Interlocking Pavers
We LOVE how the backyard turned out. From the moment we met Carlos to the finished project it was easy. Carlos was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout the project. The crew that performed the work were respectful, clean, and knowledgeable.

    Octagon Pavers and Outdoor Living
Octagon Pavers (Grahame) did our driveway this summer. We had multiple bids, and the pricing was reasonable. What set Grahame apart was his easy going nature, clear communication and access, and zealousness to see the job completed on time and as designed. Moreover, the job was not complete until every last detail was completed to our satisfaction. To top it off, the workmanship and design was great. We also recommended Octagon to our neighbors!

    MAGUIRE TREE CARE INC
It was great! They were really knowledgeably, helpful, they cleaned up reallly well. They were safe while they were doing it, and they made an appointment to come back out in 6 months to check on one of the trees. They are really reliable and very responsive. They always respond to emails.

    CITY ARBORIST
He's very professional.  I had him many, many, many years ago to come out and do trimming and he does good. He is very trustworthy and professional. He knows what he is talking about. He's an arborist so he knows what he is talking about. He has lots of experience.

    JOHN THOMPSON TREE EXPERTS
The job ended up taking longer than expected, but scheduled the remaining work such that it wasn't on the weekend so the noise wouldn't disturb our neighbors. They cleaned thoroughly after the first and second day.

    Sione's Concrete Construction Inc
Sione's Concrete and Pavers were recommended to us by our General contractor doing a remodel of our home.  We were undecided whether to do concrete or pavers for our driveway, which was in need of replacement.  We got bids from 3 companies including Sione's, which turned out to be the most competitive. Beyond the price we found Sione to be friendly, professional and very helpful during the entire project.  He met with us one day to go over things in order to provide the estimate.  He listened to our concerns and ideas and offered a few of his own.  He gave us a quote for concrete and one for pavers.    Sione recommended we go see his work at some of the jobs his company had completed.  We met with him several times before the work began to go over the details.  He was patient with us and never forced us one way or the other into making a particular decision.  He gave us the pros and cons of each and told us where we could go to select materials and a layout for the paver system.  We decided to go with the pavers even though the cost was more.
We scheduled a start date several weeks out and on the scheduled  morning, on time, his team arrived to begin demolition of the old concrete driveway, which took several days as it was quite a large job.  The team was professional and had good safety practices.  As they went along, they explained to me each step and kept me posted on progress.  They took out the concrete driveway, removed several inches of dirt and graded the driveway in preparation for the new materials.  During demolition, it was discovered there were 12-16 concrete piers, each about 42" deep with re-bar, buried under the old walkway.  These had to either be removed or jack-hammered down to a smaller size since so much dirt surrounding them was being taken out.  There was no extra charge for this work.
When demolition was completed it came time to start the pavers.  Sione came to the house and went over the design of what we wanted and laid it out, outlining it on the ground with spray paint.  Crushed gravel, then sand was delivered, graded and compacted.  The pavers arrived on pallets from the distributor and were placed at the end of the driveway.  We were excited to see the work progress and the stones being placed.  The team that installed the pavers were great.  Each man knew his job and they worked together, cutting and putting each stone in place.  When we discovered that the front porch step was too high, "hey, no problem", they took it out and made a two step porch for easier entry. The crew asked if they could work on Saturdays and even wanted to work Thanksgiving morning to complete the job.  It did take a few more days than anticipated because of rain, but it was worth it.  Neighbors walk by, and unsolicited, tell us how marvelous the driveway now looks.
I would HIGHLY recommend Sione's Concrete Construction for your driveway, walkway, backyard or any other hard landscaping project in your future.

    Dalcon Electric
Julian worked diligently and quickly with 2 other workers to replace bathroom fans/lights while upgrading many other fixtures. I also asked for an estimate to replace/upgrade outside lighting for our next big project. Julian is tremendous in his knowledge, how he tracks what needs to get done, and his follow-through. Cannot recommend him more highly!!

    JULIE ORR DESIGN
Julie was very professional and punctual. She took our input and adjusted it nicely. She spent about 2 hours with us on site doing her rough drawings. Soon after, she emailed 2 optional designs which we had printed at Fed Ex. We were able to take the design to our concrete contractor and he did the work. We haven't put in the plants yet, as we plan to do that in the future.

    JDH Garden Services
The owner came and bid on the job. They were able to take care of it the next day. Very prompt and agreeable. Once the job was started, I was a little worried that the guy up the tree didn't use a harness for safety. But, he was only about 6 feet off the ground, so I guess it was okay. Very nice guys. I would use them again.
