AJosh and crew friendly, professional and accommodating to get job done before rain. I had trim wok on the chimney that need some repair and Josh quoted a reasonable price. I will use his services again when I decide to have interior painting done.- BONNIE D.

AIt couldn't have gone any better! Joshua was extremely professional. He was easy to talk to, arrived on time the day of the job, he and his employee worked diligently on the task at hand and finished up the job in one day, just as he had quoted. The quality of his work is impeccable and I would use him again.- Carla O.

AThe Wiseman Home Improvement team was bar none! I'm extremely pleased with the final result and appreciated the team's professionalism during the entire job. I initially went with this team based on Angie's reviews and felt that Phil's job bid was quite fair. They were punctual, polite, and hard working. I especially appreciated being kept included on unforeseen developments as Ryan and Mike both asked for my opinion on things that came up. Special thanks to Mike on the beautiful tile work! His tile job is truly impressive with such incredible attention to detail and craftsmanship. I also liked how the team had different people focusing on specific components of the job. Duane handled most of the plumbing, Mike was amazing on tile, and Ryan and Ron set a terrific foundation for the rest of the job to turn out smoothly! I would say a homeowner should feel confident and comfortable commissioning this team for a variety of home improvement projects. I actually have plans to work with this team again in the Spring for additional work. Thanks, guys!!!!- Odessa B.

AI had several estimates that all averaged about the same cost. Josh impressed me right from the first day when he walked the project with me and gave his estimate. He explained how and why everything would be accomplished in a very detailed way. He had enthusiasm for helping me pick out paint colors, and I liked the fact that he was part of the paint team- not just a salesman sending out a different crew. Josh and his team were very professional. He pressure washed one day. The team spent only two days prepping and painting. Everything we discussed in the contract was completed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Joshua's Painting Services.- karen n.

AIf you are looking for a highly skilled professional painting service then look no further and hire Joshua's Painting Service. The owner Joshua Coyle and his team of experts are dedicated to providing quality work, and strive hard to please you the consumer of his services. My first impression of this company was excellent as Joshua contacted me immediately and set up an appointment that fit my schedule. The owner met with me promptly and surveyed the exterior of my house with me and listened attentively as to what I wanted done. Joshua gave me an honest fair and reasonable quote of all services he intended to provide. What a crew! I feel he went the extra mile to help me match the colors I had in mind. I needed some fascia boards replaced, stucco cracks patched etc. The team he employs are polite, respectful and are very professional. They took their job seriously and completely cleaned up on a daily basis. Each employee had immense respect for the owner's property and took great care to cover the landscaping, and sealed all my stucco cracks including sealing around all windows and doors. This company was a lot of fun to work with. They take pride in the job they perform and their number one goal is to make sure the homeowner is 100% satisfied with the quality of their work. I am one satisfied homeowner and my house looks beautiful! In just one week I have had several comments from my neighbors, friends and family about how beautiful my home looks. Everything I required was completed timely and they paid the utmost attention to detail ensuring excellent quality work. You will not be disappointed. I would definitely hire this company for future painting and you should too! Thank you very much Joshua and team, I love the work you each performed to make my house beautiful!- Betsy R.

AWe bought our house as a model home 15 years ago so this was our first major maintenance and Josh was the best guy for it! I was very meticulous in my choice of contractor and after receiving estimates from four other painters, I connected most with Josh's positive demeanor and professionalism. He's an awesome guy that is passionate about his job and I couldn't have asked for anything more! He came out to check out our house (2700 sq feet), wrote a detailed estimate, and gave us an a timeline of the project. Great with communication. He and his partners went above and beyond what was even asked. Josh noticed that our house had multiple light bulbs in high areas that were out and exchanged them for us. We have a few cracks on the interior of our home that we plan on calling him back for. 10/10 would recommend!- Phuong Nga T.

DJose the owner seemed very nice but I have had quite a few issues with this company. Jose came out to give an estimate. He was an hour late, didn't call to say he would be late and I had to call the company to find out if he was coming. When he did arrive, I don't whether he didn't hear me ( he seemed to have a bit of a hearing problem) or some other wire got crossed with our language barrier, but we had a communication problem. I showed him everything I need painted and done. I said I needed the patio cover, the deck outside the master bedroom, the faux painting covered in the kitchen, the blue railing and the white gate outside as I had in confirmed text to Andre the son. It is only faux painting in the kitchen but for some reason Jose thought it was wallpaper which surprised me he didn't know the difference. He told me that the total would be about $800 which I was perfectly fine with. I then asked him if it was possible to paint the blue railing white instead of blue, he said that would be another $200 so I said to leave it blue rather than pay extra. He left saying that he would get a written estimate to me that night. It didn't come until I called the company, his son Andre the next day. Andre texted to say that Jose would be coming at 11:30 on Monday to pick up the deposit. Again, I had to call Andre to ask where Jose was because he didn't show up and ended up not coming until the next day. It's the busy season so I was pleased that they had their employee Eduardo come a few days later in the late afternoon. He got there about 4:30 and did a good job on the patio cover. He didn't finish so he said he would come back the next day at 4pm.. He never showed. I had to call the company again and ask where they were and they told me that Eduardo had hurt himself and that Jose the owner would be coming out the next day instead to finish. We were having the realtor take pics the next day for the MLS and we needed the job finished. On Thursday, Jose came out to finish the job. Like an idiot, I paid him because I thought he was coming to finish up but he ended up not finishing. He said someone would come out on Tues after Labor day to finish so he left all of the plastic debris and everything there for 4 days until someone could come bk. The kicker was he couldn't find the lid to the paint so he left a full paint can without a lid in our garage! I called Andre and mentioned the unsafety of having a full can of paint without a lid laying around as well as plastic debris everywhere and having a toddler at the house. To this day, while we are having open houses to sell the house, we have cans of paint left on the side of the house, plastic debris and luckily I found the wayward lid and put it on the can in the garage! They were supposed to come out Tues, Wed, Thurs. It's been two weeks and they NEVER CAME BACK for their things or to finish the job of the side of the deck, the blue railing or redo the crappy job Jose did on the gate. I didn't want to leave a bad review because I felt badly for the son Andre who seemed really overwhelmed with his father's inefficiency but no one bothered to call me back when I left a message that I was unhappy. So the job is unfinished and their crap is still all over the side of the yard.- betty v.

ALavish Gardens did a fabulous job on my front and back landscapes. Erin, the designer, truly listened to what I wanted and designed a beautiful plan. In the front, she incorporated a dry steam creek, lava rock bed, two DG pathways, accent grass with striking plants and lighting. The back has flagstone stepping stones that lead to a DG landing area, matching flagstone patio area for a couch with fire pit all surrounding a kidney shaped center grass with accent lighting. Owner Michael Cole was wonderful to work with. He texted everyday to let me know what was happening that day. Ivan and his crew were incredible. They were courteous, professional, prompt and clean. Work was done on time and I couldn’t be happier with my yard. 5 stars!! Would highly recommend- Suzanne O.

AJay and his team did a great job. What I really appreciate about his work is that he uses the same workers consistently; if he finds any issues (i.e., we had dry rot under part of the roof) he tells us, rather than just paint over it. His prep work was terrific. I will continue to use Jay's Painting. No, he is not the cheapest bidder...but he is one of the best...and takes pride in his work.- Lorna K.

ALoren Turner is one busy guy...and deservedly so, he’s running a Class A house painting business. This is the 2nd job I hired Loren for. The first was a small interior paint job roughly 3 years ago. He came recommended by my tile guy, a master craftsman himself, and he did primo work. So when it came time to paint the exterior of my stucco home, I called Loren. I did get 2 other estimates (both fine paint companies), of course, but Loren beat them on price and with his sheer confidence that he would provide me with the absolute best darned paint job possible. On the walk-around, he pointed out what needed to be done and how he and crew would do it. We discussed the painting process for the stucco and trim, the pros and cons of one coat versus two, sheen preferences and pros and cons, etc., etc. While Loren was more than willing to do 2 coats, he convinced me that it was an unnecessary expense given the great condition of the existing paint job. Loren washed the house on Day 1. On Day 2, he and a 3-man crew prepped the house (taking meticulous care to remove and store my new sun screens) and would’ve started painting except that I hadn’t settled on body and trim colors just yet. Loren went above and beyond helping me with colors—walking the neighborhood with his paint swatch fan deck to get a sense of what colors I liked, painting sample swatches on the house, and finally mixing our own trim color from the myriad sample pints only to have me call him before 7am the morning of Day 3 to tell him I’d changed my mind and wanted to go with a “factory” color from a wholly different pain manufacturer. The patience of Job! Later that morning, Day 3, Loren and his 5- to 6-man crew descended on the house with my paint selections and by the end of Day 4, I had just what Loren promised me, the best looking, best painted house in the neighborhood. Oh, and between Days 1, 2, 3, 4, you’d never know a paint crew had been there because they cleaned up so thoroughly at the end of each day. Caveat—Loren often operates on “Turner Time” but be patient, he’s worth the wait and the occasional need to prod. He’s a one-man operation office-wise, so, when you call, it’s Loren you reach and you DO reach him over 95% of the time—no voice mail or waiting for call backs. And the man does flawless cut-in work with a cell phone in one hand!- Jo V.
