    HOME DEPOT INC
The price included a new air conditioner, all new vent system, a renovation of my attic, and it included many things. Different people did it, but I paid it as one project because I did it through Home Depot. It was excellent. What I like about it is that they are in the home renovation business and they can guide you to different contractors that do all kinds of different things. It's a one stop shop. I did my homework, I didn't just go to them to get prices and information, I actually checked with quite a few. I think I got 2 or 3 bids. I decided to go through Home Depot. The staff was great. I didn't choose them for just the price.

First off...you get what you pay for, always, for any kind of work done. You buy low end, you get low end performance/results. We bought the top of the line and got top notch results. Aug 2016: We had the attic duct work in our 30 year old home replaced with the top of the line product, had a radiant barrier installed in our our attic and had extra blown in insulation added to attic (went from R19 to R38). Adding all of these to better insulate our home and upgrading our deteriorating original duct work made an incredible difference in the inside temperature of our home even with our old HVAC system. Money well spent.. Joe came to our home to help us figure our what we needed. He gave us several options and levels of materials to choose from. Joe is the kind of guy that comes across as honest, didn't pressure us and was very pleasant to work with. He got the proposal to us promptly and once we decided what we were going to do, he pulled the permit and the job was promptly scheduled around our availability. The crews that did the work were great. They were clean and left no mess in my home. Total cost for above: $6,655.00 May 2017: Replacing the entire HVAC system was super easy. We did get the top of the line Carrier system because we really wanted it to be quiet and efficient. Joe had the permits pulled and the install schedule handled and worked with us so we could get the job completed in our short time frame.. Again, Joe was easy to work with, promptly addressed our questions and his follow up was great. Paul installed the line set, and the AC compressor; Eric did the Forced air unit, coil and the thermostat. The job was clean and done in one day (the line set was laid prior to HVAC installation) Eric and Paul are very nice young men and Alicia Air should be very proud of the way they represent them. The result: AMAZING. We can stand right next to the AC compressor in our back yard and not hear the compressor running....Literally you can have a conversation and not raise your voice. The new HVAC keeps our home at an even temperature while using much less energy and is so quiet that you don't notice it on. While Joe didn't push us to get this set up, he did say that it was a great system especially since we had just done all the attic work. Joe was right and we are extremely happy. Thanks Joe, Paul and Eric! Total cost for HVAC: $15,316.00

Awesome.  A time mix up on the first day, but after that everything went smoothly.  It is a very loud process, if you plan to work at home those days, you might want to rethink that idea.  Expert job patching and painting the stucco.
We haven't had any extreme temperatures yet to report how different the temperature fluctuations are in the house, but I can report that it seems quieter now.  I can't believe I'm saying this, but I'm looking forward to those scorching summers! :)
Great company, Michael was wonderful and walked us through the whole process and filed the forms to get our rebate and his workers were great.  I highly recommend this company!

    SoCal Airflow Pros
I've used other A/C  companies and all they want to do is sell me something.  SoCal Air Flow Pros first cleaned my residence A/C system and then the A/C system for a condo that I own. They were very responsive and professional. They showed me the part that needed to be replaced and explained thoroughy why it had to be replaced. I would highly recommend them.

    Attic Guys
The Attic Guys were very responsive and professional from start to finish.  Came out quickly to provide an estimate.  The technicians for both installing the insulation and new ducts were very pleasant, professional, thorough, were on time (even early), kept everything organized and cleaned up.  My husband who was a contractor, inspected their work after and was very pleased with the work they performed.  They also recommended a remediation company to remove old asbestos covered ducts.
We have a single story home - 900 square feet of attic insulation installed and 8 airducts replaced - works beautifully!.
I would use their service again and highly recommend them.

    Everguard Home Insulation Inc.
Everguard showed up as scheduled. The guys were very professional and friendly. A review was done on the insulation in the attic and we decided to add R30 to the existing R20 we already had. I'm a big believer in lots of insulation in a house, not only to curb energy loss but also for sound insulating. The Everguard crew recommended to add R20 to save me money and it was my choice to add R30 for extra value. It took only a short time to install the insulation and they cleaned up nice after the job.
I would recommend Everguard Home insulation to anyone that is insulating for the first time or adding or re insulating their house.

    JM CONSTRUCTION
Even with unexpected damage discovered inside the walls as the window replacement progressed, all the work proceeded in an efficient and organized manner. The job took a few days longer than planned but we felt the internal structural repairs left us with a sounder structure. Each day finished with a complete cleanup, and all the work was top quality.
