    Dynamic Air Services
My A/C stopped working about two weeks ago, I was able to call Dynamic Air Services and have a technician diagnose the issue within two days. Unfortunately, there were issues not only with the A/C unit but the entire HVAC system (furnace included). This was confirmed by two other reputable companies. We decided to replace the whole system and the price was on par with other quotes and the install was pretty painless (one day for most of it, wrapped up the second morning with system testing in the afternoon). I would hire again. Thank you Dan and Adam for your help getting everything up and running again!

    Northstar PHAC Inc.
Never could get the company to show up. They keep telling me a time they would show up, then after waiting I would get a call telling me that they could not make it. Then I would set up another time and same thing no show, The last straw was when they set up a time and then showed up late 7:30 at night for a 1 1/2 hour service when they were supposed to be there at 5:00 pm. Very poor customer service. I would recommend using a more reliable company.

Air Care Heating and Air Conditioning
We expanded the back part of our home about 500 sq ft and hired Air Care to install the ductwork needed for the living area. JP was very helpful and super understanding. He took time to make sure he understood all our needs and offered a simple and affordable solution. The other companies we spoke to were very pushy and we didn't get that vibe from JP at all.

    Dynamic Air Services
Ive been using Dynamic Air for a few years now and I go to them consistently for my peace of mind. Always professional, courteous and thoughtful, from the people who answer the phones to the technicians that come to our door, I know they are knowledgeable and will work to get the job done properly.

Alicia Air Conditioning & Heating Inc
Our 7-year old AC unit died. We had another company come out, and they told us it needed to be replaced. To make sure we weren't getting scammed, we contacted Alicia Air for a second opinion. They sent out a tech within 2 hours of us contacting them on Angie's List. Paul Lebarton came out and evaluated the system, giving us the same assessment as the first company. He was honest and straightforward, and very knowledgeable. He provided several different options for replacement, but I didn't feel like he was making a hard sales pitch. The price was actually higher than our other quote, but we attributed that to the more expensive brand (Carrier, vs. Goodman). We ultimately decided to go with Alicia for a full system replacement (the attic unit was 25 years old, so we decided to replace that too.) We paid our deposit on a Wednesday. We heard back from them the following Monday, and they scheduled the install for Wednesday. One week from deposit to install, in the hottest part of August. Pretty awesome. The other company quoted 4-6 weeks. They showed up right on time, and did the full install in a single day. Everything was done at very high quality, and they left the house spotless afterwards. The installers (Paul again + Roberto) were polite, thorough, and provided great service. Couldn't be happier with the result.

1st Choice Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
From the second I met James, I knew that I was going to be working with 1st Choice Heating & Air on replacement of my entire HVAC system including furnace, condenser, coil, ducting, and t-stat. I previously met with four different HVAC companies, and really wasnt impressed with any of them. I pretty much knew what I wanted in terms of equipment, but I was amazed how so many contractors were quick to disregard my thoughts and tried to push me to the system that THEY wanted me to have. When I met with James, he listened to MY concerns and helped narrow down a few final choices to land on a system that was best for ME! James was responsive to my initial request for a meeting and on all follow up questions I had, and scheduling the work was simple and fast. Because I needed a whole system replacement, the installation process needed two days. Day 1 was the Mike and Mike show. These guys showed up on time and ready to work. It was clear that both Mikes had extensive experience and that both took great pride in their work. They were respectful of our house and treated it as their own. About midway through the day, James came by to check on the work and to see if I had any questions. By mid-afternoon, all my old equipment and ducts were removed and the new furnace, coil, and condenser were installed. I also relocated my condenser to a new location, so they had the new line set completely rerouted. At the end of the day, they thoroughly cleaned up their work areas even though they knew they would be working in those same areas again the next day. Day 2 was installation of duct work in the attic, replacement of all the inside registers, installation of the t-stat, and the final touches and equipment testing. Again, everyone showed up on time and actually finished the work earlier than anticipated. Ive had my new system for about two weeks, and its absolutely incredible. I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I was so impressed by 1st Choice Heating & Air that I couldnt resist. If youre looking for an honest, hard-working, and experienced HVAC contractor at a fair price these are the guys! From this point forward, 1st Choice Heating & Air will be my go-to-guys for any HVAC related issue, and I highly recommend that they be yours too. --Rich M. (Lake Forest)

    quality heating & air conditioning
BUYER BEWARE: Horrible company. Do not use this company. Owner, George refuses to repair damage caused by his technician while exiting my attic. Quality Heating & Air Conditioning was sent out my home warranty company, Fidelity Home Warranty to repair my duct system yesterday. The technician showed me the areas where the duct system was leaking and sealed the repairs. Then, as I was holding the ladder while he exited the attic, I saw him knock off a piece of drywall mud at the edge of the attic opening. He apologized and said he would report it to the office. I took pictures of the damaged ceiling and the piece of drywall he knocked off while it was on the ladder right after he knocked it off. I called the office that day and the next day, but nobody returned my call. Finally, I called the warranty company to see if they could help me get the ceiling fixed since the Quality Heating & Air Conditioning wasn't returning my calls. Fidelity called and was able to get, George, the owner of the company to return my call. George proceeded to deny responsibility for his technician's damage to my home insisting that his technician said that I had caused the damage. Outrageous! Neither George doesn't care about his clients or their homes and has no integrity. Use another company....any other company as this one will damage your home, then refuse to repair the damage.

    Connected Heating & Air Conditioning
The A/C recharge was completed. The price they charged me was almost double what I paid the year before. When I complained on Yelp, they promised a refund but then did nothing. Would not hire them again.

    Triton Air
The technician was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He summarized the service call activities, what was checked and verified the performance of our heating and air conditioning systems.

Ok they outbid a competetor the only thing was a 4 ton ac unit was supposed to go downstairs and a 3 ton for upstairs. Well they reversed it but they did extra work by making extra vent intake and replacing all vents and some other stuff so all is ok and it seems that everything is working ok.
