    System Pavers
We are happy with how the project came out. They were able to start the project quickly (probably due to the time of year), and they completed it within their estimated time frame (5-6 days). They also cleaned up very well when they were done which was much appreciated. Both the driveway and pathways look very nice. We are glad we did the pathways at the same time because the curves they were able to put in do make a difference with the way it looks. Hopefully it will last a long time.

Dago and his crew were fast and did a beautiful job building a long (about 70 feet), low retaining wall in my side yard, landscaping the front yard, and building steps up a portion of the steep hillside in my backyard.  His work is always exceptional, and is a real pleasure to deal with.  His crew leave the place clean every day, and are very responsive to any questions I have.  I used Dago for previous landscaping work that including building a patio and extensive landscaping, and it was beautiful.

This was a big project that took over 2 weeks and involved a crew of 4 to 5 guys. I never felt that I had made a mistake hiring this company. The crew was always courteous, friendly, on time and hard at work. The results were great. I normally would not sit down and spend the time to write a review. However in this case I keep finding new things that impress me even a week after the fact. In particular I am impressed by the attention to small details. These are things that a normal outfit would not bother to notice let alone do anything about. I think QG&L goes went beyond the 'normal' and I plan to hire them to maintain my investment.

Removed old concrete multi-level walkway and made a safe and level one level new walkway. This
required two days of heavy labor, but the laborers were polite, professional and hardworking and
the area was left in an excellent state. Feel like I really got my money's worth.

the work was going to involve a large retainning wall and parking area ,with walkway, planter beds, sprinkler systems all leading to the main entrance of the home.Ron was extremely helpful with ideas and input on what my design. We met 3 times prior to the contact signing, discussing design ,materials and other options. He was on time, and on point with every appointment. His bid was clear and detailed as to the scope of work and materials to be installed. His price beat his competitors by a huge amount. Ron made my wife and I very comfortable with his professionalism as well as his personallity. From start to finish , he was there, ensuring the quality of the install.Job was completed on time and on budget.....very pleased.

Sergio and crew were the absolute best to work with.  Sergio delivered precisely on every promise, he is very professional.  Sergio and crew were always on time and made highly productive use of time; they were neat and cleaned up the work area at the end of each work day.  If you are considering a landscaper and don't know who to turn to, I highly recommend New Image Landscaping.  I absolutely will call Sergio for my next landscaping project.

    WEMCO LANDSCAPES
The start date was planned for mid October and would take about 2 weeks to complete. Mid October came and went and no contact from Wemco. Finally we contacted them and they said they would be out mid November. Mid November came and the site manager, Juan, showed up with his 2 workers. They came late and unprepared, didn't have a copy of the plan and hadn't discussed the plan with the designer. I walked through the yard with my copy of the plan and discussed the area to be worked on. Juan said the work would be done in a couple of weeks. I left for work and came home to find a huge mess. The work wasn't being done according to the plan. More calls to Wemco. We called Juan numerous times, I sent emails to the company showing pictures, we called the designer. It took so many calls and emails to get some response. Initially, the workers had excavated too much from the retaining wall, it was raining nonstop for a couple of weeks in November / December and they hadn't protected the excavated area and the you could see that the dirt wall was starting to crumble. The weather was also a factor in delaying the work. Had they started on time, it wouldn't have been. Then the 2 workers were told by the site manager to stop working until they could figure out what was supposed to be done.... another delay. During these delays, they left their tools strewn around the yard along with their garbage. Another couple of weeks went by before work started again. The site manager and the designer came by to review the mess and this time they actually got it right.. Ultimately, the work needed to be done 3 times before they got it close to the plan. One day we came home from work and the tools and garbage were gone. So we figured that the work was completed in their eyes. Their idea of finished left a lot to be desired. The sand between the pavers was not done well, some of the pavers on the steps to the raised patio were loose, the flagstone was laid on dirt and cracked when stepped on, the retaining wall was not finished and the area behind the retaining wall was left undone. More calls to Wemco to have them finish the job. Two more trips for the workers to complete the unfinished items. The job that was supposed to be completed before Thanksgiving was finally completed after New Years.

Things went reasonably well and I am satisfied with the work. Ted is prompt (gets there when he says) and is, as he says, "honest". He did somewhat underestimate the time needed for the walls and we wound up splitting the difference, which was OK.
