    CARTUNES
Today I had the unfortunate experience of getting my radio replaced by these guys. I will say that the radio looks fine and works. No issues there. However upon picking my car back up, I place the key in the ignition and it won't even start up. I ask the tech that had worked on my car why that is. He stated that they had difficulty removing the key from the ignition, while in the shop, for 20 minutes. This was a surprise to me having had the car for 3 months and never having had an issue. Now the key won't even turn. Ultimately I talk to the manager who tells me it must be a coincidence and won't do anything about it unless I pay for him to repair it. I left the car in their care with no issues and I received it back with a broken ignition and that's apparently my problem according to the manager. Avoid this business at all costs or it will cost you more than you bargained for. Now looking through past reviews there seem to be a lot of coincidental malfunctions and odd electrical issues here. Makes sense they don't want to pay for my repair, they would be out of business by now.

    EYERS HITCH CENTER INC.
Eyers is the best.  They're pro's, and they know what they are doing.  They ask lots of questions to make sure you are buying the right thing.  And I've even heard them refuse a job, because the customer wanted to tow way too big a load for the car he had. Mr. Eyers said "I'd be legally and morally liable if that trailer got away from you and caused an accident."  I have been there at least 10 times over the last 10 years.  Their prices are reasonable and their advice is excellent.  It's not a good place to buy lights, etc. to install yourself - you can get the same stuff much cheaper at Kragens.  But if you want Eyers to install the parts, go ahead and pay the extra few bucks and let them install it correctly.  This is especially true with electrical stuff.

    MACKENZIE WAREHOUSE
Even though they have relocated to a more remote part of the city from the Mission, I'm glad I've found this company again. Anytime my car needs a part, I know where to go.

    Friendly Auto Care
The owner (Austin) gave personal attention when I arrived. The work was done at the time agreed and in the time agreed.  My car works as expected. In the past I had taken it to a national auto service chain with bad results but at Friendly they have done the job correctly.

    Lock & Key World
Guys were so great- we had purchsed a used car and had only 1 marginal key that came with it.  I had contacted the dealership and they quoted me $200 for new keys.  The guys at lock and key world  spent a lot of time checking out the locks and making new keys. So helpful and what a savings . :-)

    McGuinness Mechanics
The shop is very clean.  It is a small family owned business.  He is able to do all major repairs.  He does it right the first time.

LEXUS OF STEVEN'S CREEK SERVICE & PARTS
Every time, I take my car to them, they always give me a quote. They are always accurate with the quote. I am very satisfied with their work. That is the reason for my association with them. They do their work and I am very happy with them.

    AZN MOTOR SPORT
They do just about anything.  They rotate tires, do tune-ups, etc.  They do not do realignments but they will recommend someone for that.  They are very honest and if it's not needed, they'll tell you.

    SWEDISH AUTO SVC
They are very conscientious and reasonably priced. I think they are pretty honest people and I don't have any hesitation to use them. Some of the parts that they have to get are a little scarce so they may tend to be a little higher than a typical auto parts store. Sometimes there are delays in parts being delivered because they have to come from a long way away.

    AMERICAN'S TIRE
They have the best prices and even offered 4 rims for the price of 3. They were knowledgable and gave me recommendations for the types of rims I might like. I ended up going with their recommendation and I didn't really care for the way that it looked. They offered to let me bring the rims back within 30 days. I decided to have them replaced right away and they were very nice about it. They also matched the tire price I found at a different retailer. I am hooked and I am now a lifetime customer. The customer service is top rated and each of the employees are equally knowledgable; which I really liked.
