    I took my 2016 Challenger here for repair. The left side of the car was damaged. Front fender driver side door and rear quarter panel. There was no frame damage and it was driveable.They had the car for over 6 weeks and repairs totaled $11,000. Allstate Insurance caused a two-week delay out of that six weeks so it took. 4 weeks to repair.Too long. The dent repair was very good but everything else was poor at best. Parts were not assembled properly and the paint has orange peel. I returned the car to fix the part assembly problems some of which they could not fix and didn't bother with the paint problem because I was afraid they would make it worse. I selected this body shop because I was impressed with their operation and I wanted my car to be restored to factory conditions unfortunately it did not happen.

    Wise Tire and Brakes

    The place has been there a while and the ladies at the desk are very experienced.  Maggie helped us on phone when we where calling around and shopping.  She was genuine and sweet and a real client focused person.  My husband did the calling and then told Maggie his wife would be in.  She got my name and then when I went in called me by name and acted like I was a long lost cousin.  Very sweet and courteous. We got four 40,000 mile tires and they were a lot less than Costco for the similar quality.  And they do alignments that Costco doesn't!  Also, I read a lot of Yelp reviews and they have a following that goes back years and years.  I was surprised to not find them in Angie's List so I added them!

    The ladies put out sweets, coffee and reading material to make your waiting time enjoyable.  It's a busy street but there is a back entrance off the alley that maybe less stressful to use.

    Manhattan Beach Toyota

    Went in for a major tune up and didn't have an appt but since I was in before the service dept the Service Advisor told me my car wouldn't take long, he quote two hours after they opened and it was done in an hour and 15 min.  All service explained up front and when the inevitable list came back of what more I should do a quick not now was no problem.  I do  like knowing what they think I should do within the next half year so that it in my mind and I can look for a coupon.  Actually, he gave me a coupon without me even having possession of it.  Wonderful service by my Service Advisor.

    Didn't show for appointment.

    Didn't call me to explain why they were no-shows 

    Didn't answer phone calls (2 phone lines constantly busy).

    2 hours after my scheduled appointment, they answered my query through Angie's List... their worker got sick and had to be sent home... did I want to reschedule?

    I won't be rescheduling.

    This was the 2nd time I've used Joe's Garage. Both times came in early without appointment and he took my car. Explained what work I thought needed to be done, gave me estimated time to complete (both same day) and called before end of day to give me plenty of time to pick up car.
    First time, I mentioned to Joe in passing that my light bulb in headlight was out. He changed it without charging me...this is minor of course, but big deal in terms of service. If you take it to the dealer they'll easily charge $30 bucks or more. Even if they do it for free they make a big deal like it was so much work.
    Joe will even tell you if he doesn't think something needs to be replaced right now - for example, a hose, belt, brakes, etc. and will tell you when you should get it taken care of.
    Great service, feel he's honest and will definitely be a repeat customer for my 10 year old vehicle!

    I called that morning to see about an appointment and he said to just come by. No waiting. I explained what I needed he took my car and said he would call before any repairs. I live in the area so this was very convenient - I was able to walk back home and rented a car for the day so I could get to work. He called later that afternoon, explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. Car was ready same day. Great experience - no hassles.

    Excellent, they knew what they where doing, price paid was the quote, on time service was awesome. 
    One last point... before I went to Mercedes-Best I took my car to the MB dealer after $400 they were unable to track down the problem. However they quoted me a repair price of $5,700 to replace parts. :-(

    BMC Automotive Svc
    Seat belt in Toyota Higlander would not latch. First BMC cleaned it out and oiled it for a very small charge, but it stopped working again after several months. I took the car to Manhattan Bch Toyota and they wanted $300.00 to replace it. BMC ordered the part and did the work all for about #140.00! I'll never go back to the Toyota dealer. BMC does great work and is very professionala and reasonably priced.

    It went extremely well. He did exactly what I asked him to do. He found one leak that needed repair, and he called me first to tell me what it was and how much the repair would be. Joe is true to his word. My car was ready when he said it would be, and it's in tip top shape thanks to him!
