    Temp Air System, Inc.
Called and this lady picked up the phone. This company doesn't want to do any business at all. She was so rude and impatient. If you are not passionate about taking any business, you should seriously take your name down from this website.

    SOD Builders
We hired Gal (Luxcess Home by SOD Builders) for our full kitchen remodeling after we received great recommendations about him by a friend of us. We immediately connected with him right at our initial meeting that we had at our house; hes cool, kindly, and completely understand how remodeling projects should go. Our kitchen space was very challenging with our expensive modern taste and a known budget which Gal was able to make it happen. In the designing phase, Gal was an incredible collaborator. His great knowledge, design appealing, and practicality was a great mixture and asset. The project scope expanded but Gal remained focused of the budget. Once we start the actual work and met all the working team we were sure that we are dealing with no less than professional people. The crew were craftsmen workers and the pride they took in their work was obvious. They were careful and their clean-up at the end of each day was more than appreciated. The end result of the work surpassed our prospects and not only we ended up with an astonishing remodel we also made a great new friend.

    Best Builders Group Inc
I hired Best Builders group for the remodeling project of my master closet, master bathroom and mainly the kitchen. I had my vision of how I want them to be done and more than that, I was able to design my drawings of the spaces and I just needed someone reliable that can make it happen. I spoke to few contractors and met with them too. One of them was Zohar. Zohar was very nice, professional and skilled contractor when we met and he captured my attention compare to the other ones. The remodeling supposed to be finish within a month of work but due to several changes that we did during the work, it ended up that the remodeling took a little longer than it should but at the end. I can say clearly that it was well worth it! I must mention also, that Zohar didnt charge me anything more what we agreed on and he was very fair and honest while the quality of the work and the customer service was beyond compare.

    Medinas Air Conditioning
He really did not do much since my air was not working, just changed heating stuff. It was a little difficult to schedule because I am not available at home all day. They came out on a weekend but I guess because of the weather it was hard to schedule because they were so busy.

    Alleluia Air
Installed a new HVAC system and was told by the city that I would need a HERS Rater Report before they can permit the system.
Found Alleluia Air online and called them. David, the owner, answered and was very professional. He answered all my questions in detail and walked me through the whole process. Since I do not know much about this HERS process and HVAC system, David provided all the information, plus more, to help me better understand the testing process.
Knowing I was in a rush, David schedule me in within 2 days, which was a Saturday. Since the test takes almost two hours, he was always keeping me in the loop with what he was doing and was very friendly the whole time.

California Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating
We have tried to repair a couple of time to save the replacement cost but this was the choice. We had a little trouble of a few days till I heard from Chris, being the temps were high at that time and he was pretty busy. When we did connect and see a quick fix again would not work. then we discussed what the cost was for a new 3 1/2 ton unit. The price was reasonable when first we talked and agreed on, till Chris called back and said he could give a $500.00 discount special they were running which was like winning the lottery. He was able to come out a couple of days later and installed it.
He's honest ,and efficient and I may never need to use him again, but do call him for your a/c needs. You won't be sorry.
    Thank Chris

    Iwai Cooling & Heating Co
I couldn't be more pleased with the personnel and service I received from Iwai Cooling & Heating.  I contacted the company because my furnace wasn't always igniting and I was freezing without heat.  After troubleshooting the system, it was determined that the gas valve was the culprit.  At first, I was going to replace it, however, when I learned that the cost of the replacement was $575.00, I decided that it would be better to replace the entire 20 year old system at a cost of $1,800.00 for the furnace and $1,200.00 for the ductwork.  Craig came back to my house and we did a walk-through of the system, noting where two extra vents would be placed and better placement of the ductwork in the attic so that the attic access from the bedroom to the family room would be restored.  The total cost, including the permit and materials, came to $3,457.55.  The crew of Johnny, Augi (short for Augustine), and Sheldon, arrived a half hour early at 8:30 a.m. and worked, tirelessly,  until 8:00 p.m.  They brought to my attention that, inside the attic, the ceiling of the family room was flat and had no cross-beams.  Their concern was that the ceiling boards would crack under the pressure of their weight.  They addressed the problem by cutting and laying down a few lengths of plywood that better distributed their weight as they crawled, rather than walked, across the ceiling.   No damage was done to the ceiling.  The attic access had to be enlarged in order to replace the old furnace with the new.  Afterwards, Johnny restored the attic access with new framing and patchwork.  It looks better than before.  The new furnace is working fine and I am grateful for the heat in this cold weather.

We were impressed from the moment Jarred came out to give us the bid. we loved that it was local, a family business & had good reviews. we had rec'd bids from a few other places, & Connor was not the lowest but definitely not the highest. The other companies had sent out a "salesman" who spent way too long presenting the bid (he was here almost 2 hrs) & I don't know if he even understood the whole system, then another came in & looked & was out in about 20 min. (that included giving us a bid)- never even took measurements
Then Jarred came & was just right! We had told him it was ok to mail the bid but instead he took the time to come by after work to drop it off& answer questions
The date arranged to start was met & finished when they said. the owner came by at the end to ck on things & to make sure we were happy.
they didn't ask for money up front to order the equipment, just pay when completed:-)
AMAZING & great to have someone trust you today!
If anyone in SG Valley (or wherever-not sure how far they go) needs heating or a/c work you really should call Connor.VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING!
    a great family business!

don't want to forget the installers- very nice, helpful, neat - even assisting us in getting attic ready. a great team!

    Air Tro Inc
The service was very good overall! We had issues with the city inspector, and once we turned that information over to Air-Tro, they took care of everything.  They were very professional and made sure the job was done in a timely manner. There weren’t any hidden costs or fees.

    Wukmir Heating & Air Conditioning
The overall job was done extremely professionally well.  Nick came at the appointed time, the crew arrived on time, worked diligently throughout the day, and the job was complete by the end of the day, except for the electrical.  That was taken care of the next day as was promised.
