    I arrived about 7:20 AM and they took the info on my car and and quot;checked it inand quot;, despite the fact that they didn't open officially until 8AM.
    Later, they diagnosed the source of my electrical problem as a bad alternator. But my alternator was still under warranty from an installation at a different auto repair location. Even so, they encouraged me to seek out the original installer, and even helped me figure out driving distances and some logistics. They also quoted what they would charge me for a new alternator; it was about $100 less than I had paid at the original location. Throughout, the experience was pleasant and professional. I will be going back to this location for auto repair for sure.

    They took her vehicle around back so it would be in the shade.  They washed and waxed and detailed the vehicle's interior.  It was the best it has ever looked when they were finished.

    I am very happy with them. They have always been very accommodating when some issue has arisen and I've always been able to work things out with them. I haven't compared their prices. I will be using them as long as I have a Toyota.

    I got this as one of Angie's special deals. The day after I made the purchase, Ken, the owner, contacted me and made an appointment for 8 a.m. On November 12. He and his helper arrived promptly and started working on my car. My husband said he wanted to make an appointment for his car. Ken extended the same deal for the second car and was able to do it the same day. They were quick and thorough and when they left, both cars looked like new. We will definitely be calling Ken again.

    I called about 10AM to see if they could fit me in for an oil change. They were a bit reluctant as they had a full scheduled booked that day, but agree to try to fit me in. I also asked them to rotate the tires. When they removed the tires they noticed I had 1 wheel that apparently had a stuck caliper; on this one wheel the brake pads were worn down to a sliver and there were deep gouges in the rotor. I do not know why it wasn't making (or I didn't hear) the screeching but there was no mistaking the reality. I NEEDED my car the next day. Somehow they found a way to fit the repair/replacements associated with this too, and finished just before they closed. I do not know what they had to juggle to fit this in but I was very grateful. Along the way they did an extremely pleasant job of letting me know what was going on, my options, etc. I have used All Car before and I really like how they do business; you really get the feeling that care, quality and personalized service matter to them. They're a little pricier than many of the discount and chain auto repair locations, but you really do get what you pay for. I prefer the and quot;do it right, do it onceand quot; approach.

    You have to give a 3 day window (mine was Tues, Wed, Thurs).  My pickup was supposed to be Tue... no show.  They did come on Wed.  Car was delivered in a timely manner and all was okay.  It was summer... lots of moves take place... I guess these things happen.  All in all... it was fine and I would use them again.

    They are really great. Their service department is wonderful. They are the best because they have really long service hours. They always follow up. They do what they have to do. They are a large car dealership, so their services are probably a little more expensive. My family asks me why I keep going to the place when I could have it done cheaper in some other place; but I know why I go there. They have everything that needs to be on my car. My car is almost 13 years older. It's worth to know the car that I got use of an enterprise car sales and I still sounds like a brand new car even when I bought in 2002. It works great. I never had any difficulties with them at all. They always do a car wash for me when I have something major, but it was just a tune-up done. One of my hub caps got off somehow and maybe with my tire hub caps popped out. I didn't notice it until 3-4 days later. I called them and said what had happened and they didn't put it on tight enough to pop out. They have the hubcaps that I had since I got the car. They asked to come in and put a new one on. It is a big thing and how can they prove that was the thing. Their customer service is such that they want to please the customer even if it cost them a couple of cents more, so that's why I go to them. They look at the specific problem with the cars and other dealers will not do the same, which is really bothersome. I get what I pay for.

    He is honest and tells you exactly how much it will cost. He gives discounts. He changes my oil and helps me with maintenance advice. He has even washed my car before. His service and knowledge of cars is the best and I would highly recommend him.

    There have been times when I left his shop without having any work done because Joe Demerjian convinced me that I didn't need it! I thought my brakes were stiff but he checked them and let me go with no charge because they were fine. Another time I wanted a tune-up before a road trip and he asked me how far I was going, even asked me if I was going to be on mountain or flat roads, and then told me the work could wait until I get back if I wanted. When he has done work for me, or for my younger sister who is now his customer, he had done an excellent and fast job. As a woman, I can't tell you how many times I have had not only sub-par service from auto mechanics, but have been downright ripped off. That's why I tell everyone I know bout this mechanic, even though he is in the northern-most part of Pasadena. I moved away but I still take my car here.

    SCOTT HYUNDAI IS NOT THE BEST WHEN IT COMES TO PROFESSIONALISM. NOR ARE THEY WHEN IT COMES TO PROMPTNESS. I WAS TOLD MY CAR WOULD BE READY IN 2-3 HOURS. I WENT HOME AND WHEN I DIDN'T RECIEVE A PHONE CALL AFTER 3 1/2 HOURS, I CALLED TO CHECK ON MY CAR, IT STILL WAS NOT READY, IT ENDED UP TAKING 5 HOURS BEFORE IT WAS FINISHED. I WILL GO BACK EVEN IF I AM UNHAPPY BECAUSE OF THE WARRANTY THAT MY CAR IS UNDER.
