    Firestone Complete Auto Care Store
I think they did a good job we cannot hear the noise anymore and the brakes seem to be working fine.

    RADIAL TIRE SVC
I would give them A all the way down. I use them on a 5,000 mile rotation. The reason why I use them is because their tire rotation is free when you buy the tires with them. I also have Radial do my brakes, brake lining, and the rotors because they're cheaper than the dealer.

    Les Schwab Tire Centers
I've used them for tires, shocks and front end work. I don't think give a lot of people A on price because I'm very careful not to pay too much. They might be very competitive. I've used them for many years and will continue to use them.

    Costco
One time I had replaced tires on my sons car. They have road hazard warranty. Something happened to one of his tires and they ended up replacing all 4 because it was an all wheel drive vehicle. From my experience, you never have to fight with Costco.

    Discount Tires
It was $650 and that's also with them rotating, but I got a deal on it because of a connection. They gave me $100 or $150 off. So they put on two new tires and they rotated the others. They put the new ones on the back and brought the back ones to the front. They were a great price, comparable to the dealership, and they gave me a deal on it because of the connection. They called when the tires were in, so I appreciated that, and also I wanted to actually look at something they do because of past experience. I wanted them to confirm what was written on them that it was exactly what I ordered because I was scammed once when I was in my 20's. When I asked them to take my tires off, because it wasn't the tire I ordered, they did a ding in the door, with the drill how they do that? I don't know if you know what I'm talking about when they put the clubs on with the tire, that drill that they use? Well, if they don't like you, they ding your door with that tug. It's just a little dent in your door and you think it must be a rock? Well, a lot of times that's from someone putting a tire on if you anger them. I was scammed and jaded before, so since learning that, I said to the guy, I'd like to see the tires ahead of time, and he looked at me like I was crazy so I told him that "someone did a little damage on my door because they were different tires". As soon as I said that, he knew what I was talking about, he said, "I understand and I appreciate you checking" so he did and told me how long it was going to take. He also, which I thought was so great, at this place, the guy's name was Evan. What he did, when he saw that I was new the area, when he saw my California license plate, he said, "I'm from Colorado, while you're waiting, let me write down some of my favorite restaurants because it's really hard to find good places to eat around here. Let me save you with my 6 years experience here". So, I left with new tires, but I also left with a list of restaurants to eat at. That's like a stand out to me. I would choose them because of quality, warranty if something goes wrong with my tires, they're really respectful of my car while they had it in the shop and keeping me alert as to what was going on and how long it would take. They called me when my tires were in, there's no haggling. Afterwards the price, this is it. They wanted to know if I had any questions. They gave me a heads up on my other tires, how those were doing. They were honest and I so appreciated the restaurant list.

    Auto Service of Roseville
Repair work went well. Tie in rod found damaged and was replaced. Rear brake repaired. Truck washed. Tires were not rotated, I did not communicate this to shop.

    Elk Grove Tire Pros
This place is great. We've been going here for quite a few years now and am so grateful for them. They've always given us solid advice and help - and always in a timely efficient time frame. Recently they even saved us at least $2,000.00. We took our car to a local dealership to get some help with a particular problem and they gave us a "veritable" laundry list of "serious issues" that needed to be dealt with (brake fluid, bearing/ hub assembly, brakes pads, brake vacuum pump leak....) and they'd fix it all for the low, low price of about $2,445.00(++). We took it to the guys at E.G. Tire Pros to get a second opinion and so glad we did. No leak found at all ($1700) brake fluid level fine -same with brake pads ($340). The bolt in question for the hub assembly unit wasn't as bad as originally told, but did have some issues so we did change that out -for $200 instead of $400. The guys in the front (Dave and Dustin, I think) are always very helpful and patient. Like I said.... these guys are great.

    ROSEVILLE TOYOTA
I usually get a 6 month service every 6 months or so. I have always had good service there. That's why I keep going back. I would imagine they overprice because they are a dealership. The quality is good. It took about an hour and half to two hours because they did service as well. I have good experiences using Toyota.
