ASierra Vista MaintenanceThe team at Sierra Vista are awesome. We have had them clean our gutters annually for years. They always send a friendly reminder email in the fall and schedule us right away. You do not need to be at home for them to complete their work. This year, we also had them clean our windows. Having never done this before, we had no idea how extensive it would be. In less than 2 house, they cleaned all of our windows, inside and outside, screens, tracks, everything. And we have a three story house, so that's no simple feat. It is quite remarkable to realize how gross your windows can get. The team was quick, professional, and even pointed out possible future problem areas with our windows. We look forward to using them again next year.- Melissa W.

ADe Leons Professional Maintenance ServicesMr. De Leon's staff arranged to do the job earlier than scheduled due to expected inclement weather. When I arrived home from work Mr. De Leon had already started cleaning the gutters. He unclogged one of the downspouts then finished the job in an expeditious manner and cleaned all dirt that had fallen to the ground. Very professional.- Rick D.

AGold Star CleaningSam and his assistant we're absolutely fantastic! They did a thorough cleaning and flushing of all of the gutters on the house, unblocking several clogs, and locating three in-ground blockages that we'll need to have snaked out with another company. He also located a small hole in the side of one of the gutters where water was coming out during the flushing, and that was sealed up. On doing a final inspection before leaving, Sam discovered some mud caked up under one of the eaves and had that cleared out, as well. I'll absolutely use his company again for all future gutter cleanings. I've already referred him to our neighbor, who plans on using him, as well. I HIGHLY recommend this company!- Robin M.

AIt all went very well. It was same day service, and they don't charge to come and check out the job. Our gutters have screens and they had to see first if it would be possible to get them off. They could do it, which was more expensive. But Elena had told me about the extra expense when I called. And we added our studio building onto the original project. Plus we learned that there were no guards on the downspouts, which we had them install six for a slight extra cost. We are very satisfied with the work and with the really nice people who own the company. The cost was in line with the extra things that came up. Now we know that the gutters and downspouts are in good shape for years to come. I'm going to recommend them to my neighbor.

ALocal Professionals come through: I had a water flow problem on the front center part of my roof that resulted in some of the sheathing under the overhang to dry rot. I also had a rain gutter with damage caused by a leaning tree. I called Roofmasters for a free quote. Johnathon explained the process and answered all my questions. Aaron arrived on-time for the quote on 8/27/2018. He explained what caused the dry rot and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about other areas of my roof. He put my mind at rest – telling me that my roof appeared to be in good shape except for the area that brought him there that day. I received the written quote on 8/31/2018 for the roof and gutter repairs and scheduled the work to be done on 9/14/2018. They called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves well. They even replaced a couple cracked tiles at no additional charge. They are a local company (Suisun City, CA) that obviously still takes pride in their work. This seems to be a trait that is in short supply these days. I’ll definitely call them again the next time I need help with my roof.
