    Caldwell Construction & Handyman Svcs
Excellent outcomes-work done on schedule and per estimate--Will and his helper answered any questions well-cleaned very tidily after work--was give clear options of some choices in the plan-had difficulty earlier getting anyone else to even come to do estimate as this is not a large construction job--Highly recommend the quality of the work.

    HomePRO
HomePro did an excellent job and resolved a leak occurring through the exterior stucco of our home with water emanating from the drywall above a window in our family room.  HomePro provided a thorough explanation of the work required to correct the problem and performed the work with exceptional professionalism and craftsmanship.  After our experience working with HomePro, I highly recommend them to resolve stucco leaks since they exhibited specialized knowledge and experience.  We also had an extremely positive experience working with their entire team.

    Phillips Advantage Handyman Services
Mike is extremely professional and quite talented as a handyman.  He phoned and asked if he might arrive an hour earlier than scheduled and arrived at noon.  He worked non-stop until after 5pm.  He installed a new toilet, repaired the guts of a second one, and then installed a new celling fan, along with a remote control.   After that was done, he literally constructed a new  fire-code safe attic entry in the garage.  That turned out to be quite a project which turned out beautifully.  We are extremely pleased with his service and professionalism and would definitely use him again whenever we need a handyman.  Not only that, his charges are extremely reasonable ... $400 for over 5 hours of work.  We have previously used Mike in West Sacramento and recently in El Dorado Hills.  EXCELLENT WORK!

    Build Craft Inc
Terrell came out to my house about a week and a half before the job date. We discussed details of building a 17 ft long and 9 ft high shelving unit in the back of my garage. Terrell was able to draw details of what we discussed on a white board, we discussed details of spacing between shelves and supporting verticals to support the expected weight of our storage totes. Terrell was very professional through out the design and installation process. I can tell that he really enjoys woodworking and carpentry since he put much effort into the design and installation process. I felt that he thought through all of the steps as if the work was for his own house. If you are looking for Quaility long lasting carpentry work, I highly recommend contacting Terrell Williams at Build craft.

    DR Design & Remodel
Robert of Floor-to-ceiling spent more time with us up-front and helped tremendously with the selection of materials. This up-front work and his knowledge is what convinced us to use Floor-to-ceiling. The quoted cost was at the very top of our budget. The initial start date was pushed back a couple of weeks because of delays in getting the cabinetry. However, once work started, everyone was there on-time and work progressed well until the it came time to put the new tub in. The recommended tub was not the style we wanted. Robert suggested a slight change to try and convert the tub into the style we wanted and we proceeded. The end result was not at all what we wanted for the bath. Work was halted while we worked through the options. In the end, Floor-to-ceiling, removed the tub, we ordered a new tub that was the right style, the structure that holds the tub was re-done and the new tub installed. This was a lot of extra work and caused a couple weeks of delay, but the end result was what we wanted. The tile work on both the floors, around the tub, and in the shower was fantastic. There were some minor problems with the trim work and that was promptly corrected by Floor-to-ceiling. The guest bath project was much smaller and everything proceeded on-schedule without any issues. Overall, we are extremely happy with the result. It exceeded our expectations and matched the vision we had for the bathrooms. The job did take about twice as long as originally quoted.

    Akers Home Improvements
Craig is very organized and visualized the whole project before he started. And he kept the project on track of every step of the way. And Craig and all his workers were very respectful of us and our house. Craig was a tremendous asset in the design and construction of the patio cover. He had lots of ideas and carefully planned out the layout and showed each idea to us with real dimensions. Roof pitch, ceiling height all matter and effect the final outcome. We knew exactly what we were going to get BEFORE they built it. This to us was very important. And the completed project came out exactly as we had hoped. First, a 20 feet long dumpster was set on the driveway. He filled the dumpster twice during the project. The work area was clean and organized at the end of every day. Lumber and all other materials were stacked in an organized fashion and impacts to us were minimized. Windows were ordered first so they would be delivered when needed. The existing stucco was the first to go and some minor dry rot under one window was found and reconstructed. Roof tiles were then removed in the area where the new roof would intersect. Foundations, columns and framing were next, with inspections at the required times. Electrical and dry wall were next. Then the substantial flashing and setting of the windows. We are confident that these windows can't leak with the care and material Craig used to flash the windows. Finally, the stucco was placed. After a months cure, the stucco was sealed and then painted with the rest of the house. The patio looks like an original part of the house. One of Craig's great ideas was to raise the bottom level of the wall stucco two inches to minimize leaves getting caught under the stucco as it had for 15 years. Another idea Craig had was to include a raised soffit for the ceiling of the patio cover and a 6 inch ledge all the way around. The ceiling of the patio cover is indented 12 inches and includes two ceiling fans and a rope light around the perimeter of the raised ceiling that lays on the 6 inch ledge. I don't know how a project could have gone better. We ended up with the project we wanted, it was completed within the time agreed to and cost exactly what the contract said it would cost. I will recommend Akers Home Improvement to everyone I know.

    Joe Borok Handyman
I am remodeling a house in El Dorado Hills. I needed help because I travel a lot for work. I found Joe on Craigslist and called him to come out and give me an estimate. He was prompt and showed up at my house on time. I asked him to move a few walls, tear out some old oak paneling, and install lights, ceiling fans, sinks, and appliances. Considering how much work he was doing, I thought his price was very reasonable. I had him complete the work and was very pleased that he always showed up on time and he completed the work quickly and never cut corners to save time. I ended up using him for far more than our original agreement. He's really nice man from Hungary that we found to be very humble and easy going. Overall, a great experience. He is the only handyman we will use in the future.

    Deco Construction Inc
I contacted Phil many months ago for a quote on the project but at that time I had too many other things going so I delayed the project. After about 8 months I contacted him again to see if he was able to do the work and to my surprise he remembered me and had a copy of the original bid. He kept the price the same and was able to come do the work within 2 weeks. As all others have said Phil is a good guy. His work was very good and he did a complete cleanup.
