    LAVISH GARDENS LANDSCAPE
It went very well. Beautiful design with quality plants and tree. Great communication between ourselves, the owner, crew chief and workers. Their hard work, punctuality and flexibility made it an easy process with a stunning front yard.

    LAVISH GARDENS LANDSCAPE
We love Lavish Gardens! When we first moved into our newly built house in Rocklin, the yard was just dirt and weeds.  We met with several other landscaping companies, but Mike at Lavish Gardens was by far the most professional. The work that Mike’s company and team did was performed as planned and estimated. The process was stress free and the work was completed on schedule. Mike is very attentive and responsive.  He was always available for any questions we had and kept us informed every step of the way.  Not to mention, he has a wonderful architect who drew our plans beyond what we could have ever imagined for our backyard.  The architect was very helpful in recommending specific plants that, as we requested, were low maintenance and also bright and colorful.  They also poured concrete, installed lights, a sprinkler and irrigation system, and a moss rock wall.  The result is stunning and beautiful and not something you can get from any other landscaper that we’ve seen in the area.  Lavish Gardens really knows their stuff.  For example, we had a sudden drainage issue on a slope due to the home builder, and Lavish Gardens was able to install a drainage system that immediately solved the problem.    We are thrilled how our backyard turned out and would definitely recommend Lavish Gardens!

The job went well they're very professional company. They were on time. Clean. I like their platform of design and build. I saved money on the architect that way. They're easy to work with. And their prices were good. They took care of all the permit work plans and the planning department as well as all the inspections. I would highly recommend this company. Five Star Renovation
Throughout the duration of our project from design to actual renovation Five Star Renovations have conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and care to make sure we are not just satisfied, but happy with the work they are doing. The tradesmen have all given us the confidence that we made the right decision in choosing Five Star Renovations. Our first project was our bathrooms and it was completed on time and slightly under budget. They moved right on with the rest of our renovations and to date that have not disappointed us at all. They are truly doing a Five Star Renovation by customizing our place to make it a space that we will enjoy for years to come. It is our pleasure to give Five Star Renovations an A++ Rating and would choose them again for any project large or small.

    Cornerstone Home Designs
Ward Engineering began working with Jared of Cornerstone Home Designs approximately 3 years ago to perform residential design work using Chief Architect design software. I find Jared to be the most capable Chief Architect designer I have ever worked with. Jared is very efficient and thorough at developing the residential Chief Architect models. In addition to being competent, Jared makes himself available to provide personal 1-on-1 training over the internet, which has been a huge blessing to our company and clients.

    LAVISH GARDENS LANDSCAPE
Their work was amazing! Michael during the quote, Steve the project manager and Ivan his right hand man were so hardworking and dedicated to making our yard look like it came out of a magazine. During this extensive rainy season they kept us informed on timing and what would be coming when. We are so appreciative of the work they did for us! It is beautiful!

    LAVISH GARDENS LANDSCAPE
I used lavish gardens landscape to design and build my backyard. We wanted a pool, hardscape, patio cover, retaining wall, and landscape. Our house is brand new and it was a dirt backyard so we had lots of room to work with and a blank canvas. Mike Cole and his team were so professional and easy to work with. My dream backyard was built in a matter of months. They worked with our budget and answered every question we had promptly. Even my neighbors saw the amazing work they had done for us and used them for there're yard. I'm so happy with the way everything turned out. My yard is beautiful and more then I had imagined it could have been. I recommend this company to everyone I know. We will be calling them again this summer to help us design and build our front yard. Thank you so much Mike and your team for everything!!

    LAVISH GARDENS LANDSCAPE
The crew was knowledgeable and courtious. They kept a clean work space when the day was over, they even worked well with other subcontractors. Plans were always on hand in case there were any questions. Project manager was available via phone and in person when needed. As soon as supplies arrived, the crew was there to receive or they even picked up supplies as needed. The work was done professionally and with great care and craftsmanship.

    NorCal RamJack
We used this company about 1.5 years ago and I've been too upset in general to even post about it. They were full of promises and rosy outlooks on our almost 100 year old house and what they could do for it. We had other companies look. One other was full of the same rosy outlook and two said our foundation was not in a good enough state to even bother with this lifting, supporting business. It wasn't going to fall apart in years, but it was certainly old and crumbly. We got Clayton back out to address our fears. He was full of praise for our foundation and the state it was in and how it would do so well in this process. We agreed to spend 34 thousand dollars to do the ram jack piers, some earthquake strapping, and a few staples in larger cracks. They dig for the piers and lo and behold, oh yeah your foundation is crap. We'll place these piers and it won't sink anymore, but we lifted it POINT TWO INCHES and fear if we do anything else it will fall apart. So they close it up and walk away satisfied with their work. And we are left with an even more cracked foundation that 1.5 years later looks ten times worse than it did. It feels pretty clear that what they did accelerated the crumbling. Clayton was Mr. Accessible and Mr. Chatty during the lead up process but as soon as we signed a contract he disappeared. I tried to get him to talk to me when their direct evidence contradicted all the rosy things he said about our job but got radio silence. He’s just a salesman with no care how it all turns out. Not to mention their customer service as a whole declined after we committed. The project manager was barely there and not great at communicating and the operations manager, Manuel, was at best unhelpful, at worst totally combative. Do this process with this company at your own risk. I'm not sure I'll ever recover from it.

    Schatz Construction and Restoration
I reached out to Jeff after finding him online. Spoke to him on the phone, seemed very professional, slightly salesy, but as a fellow business-owner during a pandemic, I'm okay with that. We scheduled an appointment for him and his team to come on site to give us a quote on putting up some drywall in a warehouse I just leased. Several days later, I received a phone call from Jeff with his quote (nearly $40,000 to put up some drywall and paint). I asked him to send it to me in an email and that I would evaluate it against the other quotes I received and that we were still waiting for a few more. The next day he texted me, "My guys are waiting for me to give them the green light to start your warehouse. Can we get this job going?". I let Jeff know we found a significantly lower quote. He warned me that something is off and that I should scratch my head because something is missing. After several days, I let Jeff know that we decided to move forward with another company. Coincidentally that same day, the city receives a local "anonymous" tip that there may be a remodel going on without permits. Ironically, Jeff advised us multiple times that we wouldn't need permits for the type of work we were trying to do. Very petty move to do to a new business in a statewide lockdown. Jeff has shown his true colors and level of professionalism. Thanks and good luck, Jeff.
