Shelburne isn't the same ac contractor of old.

When we called for service, it took them nearly 2-3 days to respond.

The ac tech never showed up to do any work. We called another ac contractor locally and they responded very well.

Come to think of it. Did they go out of business about 2-3 years ago?

We just checked the local yellow pages, Shelburne no longer has an ad.

We will never call them ever again.

This ac company sucks and do not know how to handle business... They try and scam u for ur money!! Do not use them.... I had my air handler replaced by Artic air, covered under home owners warranty, and never had a problem since! Way to go Artic Air

Called Becerril Air 'cause they had 1 or 2 good reviews on yelp. I think the reviews were by a friend or family because they gushed. Tech showed up told me I had a bad leak and needed the accumulator if not the whole unit replaced. The office did not get an informative enough report from the tech and said they needed to send another tech in 5 days to a**** and estimate but sounded like $600-$1000. I called Hardaway the next day and he responded within a few hours. Told me it was the accumulator, he could fix it in 2 days and would be about $400. Great responsiveness, great pricing, and honest.

Thsi company took almost two weeks to install the heat pumps during a very hot time. For more than two weeks we had to sleep downstairs to stay cool. Additonally, after the work was completed they badly damabed my attic access panel. He promissed to repair and never would accept my calls after that. Although this installation was covered under a home warranty, this company has not stepeed up to make repairs that they damaged. They get and "F" from us. In business and life one MUST keep your word.

    Desert Air Conditioning
We have used Desert Air for many years. They have serviced both units at home and several units where I work. They tell you up front what it will cost and guarantee their work. We had an idea in February 2013 of moving our roof top air conditioner to the ground mainly because of a low frequency sound it was making in our bedroom. We had Mike and his crew come out and do the measurements and come up with a design. We agreed on a price and started making plans of cleaning out a closet where the duct work would come through the wall. A day or two later Mike called and said he had a better idea of isolating the unit from the roof while keeping it in place. The added insulation and better ducting eliminated the low rumble sound and the unit works better than before. It was a great idea and much less expensive. In my experience Mike and his crew do an outstanding job.

    Desert Air Conditioning
I needed weekend repair service for my central a/c. The telephone rep was courteous and helpful. The repair tech, Mike, was prompt and professional and explained what was needed to the rep for my home warranty company when they wanted to know all the details on what was needed and what the cost was. I'm happier with Desert Air than my home warranty company.

    Arctic Air
This was the second inspection that I received.
Artic Air was a lot more thorough than the first person.  I got the same answer from both.  I need a new larger unit.
Arctic Air was the least expensive of the two estimates that I got.

    Cool Breeze HVAC
I had a new thermostat put it in and I wanted them to do some internet as I wanted a smart phone. I have a gigantic phone that I can talk and it texts for me. He charged me $65 dollars an hour, it was a good deal. He comes out every six months for servicing the air conditioner  of this house and the other house. I would use them again in the future.
