They came immediately and assessed the water heater situation and offered us the absolute BEST price and installation for our new water heater. It was a little complicated because we live in a condo and required a double power vent water heater. We compared the cost to 4 other companies, and they beat the price by hundreds of dollars. AABC PlumbingGreat When I first talked to Al he walked me through some items to see if I could do the repair myself. Once we figured out the level of the repair needed he immediately came over the next morning. By noon that day he had replaced my water heater, brought it up to code and charged a very fair amount. He also removed lines and capped them that were no longer in use that was not related to the water heater replacement. Al is old school and I very much appreciated his honesty as well as trying to work through the problem. Two other companies, they remain anonymous but both are on TV, came out and didn't look at the water repair heater to repair but just gave me an extremely high cost to replace. ABDP Services Inc.Can't say enough about this company. My water heater blew at 2am Saturday morning. Found BDP Saturday morning through Angie's list. Darin (the owner and person making the service call) responded timely and was at my house soon after. The installation of the replacement took most of the day and I had hot water by nightfall. Darin returned Sunday morning just to check that everything was working as it should. Amazing customer service. Very personable. Very knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. COVID conscious. FIt went ok the day of. John did not tell me anything before he left that there may be further problems. Printed receipt 3 days later where I read if toilet ran again, they would need to "rebuild" toilet and replace shut off valve adding another $536 to the $129 he charged for the gasket. That gasket lasted 10 days? Nov 18 to today Nov 27 where I hear ghost flushing again? So over $650. I could buy a new toilet for that Have used them for years. Now I feel they ripped me off. Will be calling other plumbers, hopefully honest ones to find costs. Should not treat continuing customers this way.

AThe job went really well. My house was built in 1969 and cast iron does not last for ever. The new pipes should last for sixty more years. This all started with a slow draining in the kitchen sink but when the company that I contacted through your advise arrived and checked under my house, they found the pipes in bad shape, after all who goes under their house for any reason? I am very pleased, and any time I need any service in my yard or house I will go to Angieslist.com.

AGreat service! There was a leak in my kitchen, I work all day so my best bet was to call someone to help me take care of the problem for me. I contacted 1st Response Plumbing and Flood Damage Restoration, they came out and helped out. They were reliable, on time and Covid19 compliant. The leak was fixed in a day and half for a good price and no headaches! I recommend them!

ACalled and tech showed up right away in mask, gloves, and shoe coverings my. He also took the time to lay down paper so that he wouldn't track dirt through my house when he made the trip out to his service van to get parts for the repair. Showed him the sink and he explained the issue and fixed it right away! Cleaned up after he was finished and left my kitchen looking spotless! 10/10 would hire again
