The crew arrived on time the entire week, were polite, asked questions in regards to placement, worked hard in temperatures in the 90's, and cleaned up at the end of each day. FI scheduled them to come give me an estimate for irrigation work. After only a couple of minutes the guy told me it would cost $960 total with $300 of that for a single part, a part that can be bought for $60. He gave no breakdown of how he came up with that outrageous number and was gone after less than 5 minutes total. He didn't even give me anything in writing, which is the most important part of getting an estimate. Maybe he thought I didn't know any better and could throw a huge number out there. The whole experience was shady. I'd stay away.

FIt went ok the day of. John did not tell me anything before he left that there may be further problems. Printed receipt 3 days later where I read if toilet ran again, they would need to "rebuild" toilet and replace shut off valve adding another $536 to the $129 he charged for the gasket. That gasket lasted 10 days? Nov 18 to today Nov 27 where I hear ghost flushing again? So over $650. I could buy a new toilet for that Have used them for years. Now I feel they ripped me off. Will be calling other plumbers, hopefully honest ones to find costs. Should not treat continuing customers this way.

FThey scheduled a time to come by to give us an estimate. About an hour before the appointment they called and left a voice mail to confirm the appointment. They said "call back within 10-15 minutes to confirm, or we will have to reschedule". I called back within 8 minutes, but there was no answer. So I left a message that 2 pm is still on and I expect them to show up. I then immediately called Michael on his phone, who had originally called me and set the appointment. I told him what had happened and wanted to make sure Oscar was still going to show up at 2. He said ok and that he will check with Oscar. Then he calls me back 5 minutes later to say it is too late. Oscar cant come at the originally scheduled time since he is doing another job. It is ridiculous to call people and give them a 10 minute warning to confirm only an hour before the appointment, and to cancel when you made made an attempt to confirm and did in fact confirm. Yet get told they are not gonna make the scheduled time. Would not want to work with these guys. Not reliable; not dependable. They can't trust their customers to be on time; how can we trust them to be on time.

ANot the best way to start a Saturday. Water was puddling in my yard near my front porch. I was able to find the leak in my water line after a some digging, but I thought it would be impossible to get someone to come on a Saturday afternoon to repair the line. Called Ideal and was very impressed at how helpful and responsive they were on the phone. Rob was at my house late in the afternoon and quickly fixed the line. Great customer service from everyone and Rob did a really beautiful repair. Everything was done and water was back on in time to still make dinner! Very impressed!
