    Green Frog House Cleaning
    Initially great. Then service started declining. They are always very nice and apologetic, but we keep having issues. We lost our regular technician which we were extremely pleased with. They have been sending us bad technicians since. One was wiping down sinks without scrubbing them, didn���t clean the toilets and I specifically said do not send her again...a month later they are attempting to send her back. The last girl was over an hour late so I sent her away. We make appointments around our hectic schedules for a reason. 5, 10, even 15 mins late I can understand but an hour? Especially when they are attempting to keep us as their clients. Our home is on a twice a month rotation. If you are planning to do a one time cleaning and there is a coupon available they would be good. However for repeat business be prepared for a slow but steady decline in services. We ended up terminating our relationship with this company too many issues. Would not recommend after all.

    I scheduled service and received an email to confirm service appointment and received a follow up phone call the night as a reminder. Rosie and Lydia arrived on time and after a brief walk through went to work. I was pleased with their cleaning services and attention to detail. I was trying them out to start a bi-monthly cleaning service, and ended up scheduling my next cleaning appointment on the spot. I would recommend them to family and friends.

    Al and his crew do an outstanding job! We have used them for both housecleaning and handyman services. Highly recommend. They have done a spring/deep cleaning which made the house look sparkly clean again, as well well as bi weekly cleaning to keep it maintained. In additon, we needed two doors replaced and they were able to handle this in just a few hours and at a reasonable price.

    Overall I had a pretty negative experience with this company. I only had the downstairs of my house cleaned because that was all I needed done. I got this done as a gift for my mom for her birthday. So I got the deluxe cleaning and the extra oven cleaning. I was given an estimate of around $174-$249 for this job. In the end I was being told that it would be $440 for this service. I was appalled and I voiced my concern with the lady on the phone. She understood why I was upset and took the oven cleaning charge off. Still, I was charged $396 for only the downstairs of my house to be cleaned. I am so upset about this! That is a substantial difference from what I was expecting to pay!

    After Green Frog���s 1st cleaning, I decided to use them regularly. Karla especially impressed me because she���s willing to use my preferred products, she���s very gentle with my belongings, and dependable. Karla is also very professional and pleasant, like their customer service. This company does an awesome job, so my daughter will be using them this month to clean up after her remodel!     We have a 4/2, 2 story house and they always do a great job in cleaning my home. They are always on time, the ladies are friendly and professional, if they have questions they ask, and I love the orange smell in my home when they are finished. The only issue - and its very minor - is twice now they have cleaned/wiped down the inside of my oven and while that's nice, the orange cleaner they use is WAY too strong and permeates my house but not in a good way. Then when I go to turn on my oven again it still smells so strong it almost makes you a bit ill. Have had to open windows to air out my house so now I just tell the girls not to clean the inside of my oven. LOL. I have them come once a month to help me out with the deeper cleaning. I highly recommend them.

    Spic'n Span House Cleaning Service
    I contacted Spic n Span Home Cleaning and Edward answered the phone promptly and answered all of my questions. We set up an appointment the following weeknight to get an estimate of how much it would cost to deep clean our home. Edward was willing to set the appointment later in the evening to accommodate my schedule. Edward arrived promptly with two other cleaners, looked around, and gave us a quote. We agreed to have a deep cleaning and Edward and the crew arrived promptly for the cleaning appointment. I texted Edward a screenshot of the 15% off first-time deep cleaning coupon that is advertised on Angie's List. When he arrived to clean, he told me that he could not honor the coupon since it was only for service outside of San Diego. Nowhere did the coupon specify a service location. Edward and the cleaning crew performed their services. When I came home, I started noticing things such as snags in our wool carpet, paint scratched off of our bathroom vanities, and hand-wash only items in the dishwasher. There was also a scratch on the front of our stainless steel microwave. Most significantly, I noticed that all of the knobs on our stainless steel stove were broken. I immediately took pictures and texted them to Edward, followed by a phone call. He returned my call and I explained that all four knobs were either sticking out or broken and that he would need to find an appliance repair person to come and access the issues since it is a gas stove. He was not apologetic at all and asked me what he was supposed to do. I advised him that he needed to leave messages to setup an appliance repair appointment. He texted later that evening that he ordered one knob and that he would personally come and replace the part. I told him that this was unacceptable as we felt uncomfortable using the stove in case the igniters were damaged. He texted that his company was not necessarily responsible and that he contacted the cleaning lady who cleaned the stove and she said they just came off in her hands. We have never experienced any issues with the knobs being lose. I contacted an appliance repair service person and the technician confirmed that the knobs and stove parts were removed and rearranged with one knob being broken. We paid the appliance technician for the service fee and new part, so I sent Edward the invoice. After not hearing back from him, I verified that he received my message. He told me that the stove could have been damaged in transit, which is hard to believe since we have not had any issues with the stove in the six years that we have lived in our house. He also told me that anyone knows or can use Google to figure out how to repair a knob. This smug response was after I had explained to him that the parts were moved around and we wanted to ensure our safety in using a broken stove. After a few days, I checked in as to the status of our reimbursement and he told me that he and I did not need to be texting back and forth and that he would forward the invoice to his boss. I asked to speak with his boss directly and he informed me that he could not share his boss' contact information. Edward was rude, condescending, unprofessional, and unapologetic. His interactions with me were by far the worst in regard to customer service that I have ever experienced. His attitude was like we were the inconvenience instead of him going above and beyond to make things right. Edward did mail us a check to cover the repair and part. I was surprised that the company/boss never offered a refund or any incentive to apologize for their awful service. Our house has felt and looked cleaner after we have cleaned it ourselves. We thought that hiring a "professional" would save us time and hassle.

    Mona and Yvette came to my parents house for the first time yesterday and had a huge job in front of them. The house was sparkling when they left and smelled wonderful.
