Sunrooms And Patio reviews in Durham

    stout construction
We have spent six figures putting in our dream backyard and pool, and if you are like us, you are very proud of your home that you have worked hard for. Luckily, with the exception of Stout, all the contractors we have worked with have been phenomenal - Perfection Pools and Landscape, Alan's Concrete, and Guardian Pool Fence are all standup, honest and wonderful people who make sure they deliver and address all your concerns. It is surprising that Stout even has any business in the north state because he is not like the others.
Our cover is not a simple rectangular shape since there is an angle from the house line. Also, it is quite large - 14x30 on one side and 14x21 on the other. Stout's drawings were sloppy and had mistakes so that when it came time for our concrete contractor to pour, the footings were placed in the wrong spots. Then Stout had to drill into our new $30K concrete to make new footings. Stout may come in the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. There's a reason he has to be the cheapest to get any business. He will make you feel like your home is just another job and he'll want to bang it out, even if his drawings and measurements are wrong, so your patio cover could end up being something you didn't want  if you're not paying attention to their wrong details. Not only will he _not_ apologize_ for any mistakes, he'll rush you, he'll slap you around and make you feel like a nuisance for asking any questions, as if he's doing you a favor by building your cover. He is an a** and just an overall jerk. Our patio cover is only standing because of his crew who were very polite, very good and worked very hard. Stout himself is loud, obnoxious and has no regard for your concerns. He doesn't deserve your business. Use ProFrame Construction instead.
