  • So grateful to have found them. Being out of town, I needed someone trustworthy and with integrity. They were just it!!!! I received nothing short of exceptional service and the project was completed on-time. Ira took ownership in resolving our roofing issue and in going above and beyond to make sure our home is well maintained. Thank you team!!!! Keep rocking!!

  • My wife and I initially used Tri-City Roofing to repair a leak during the rainy season earlier this year, and they also gave us a quote to get the roof replaced. Several months later, when we had our finances in order for a complete roof replacement, this firm offered to replace it at the same price they had quoted earlier. The job included tearing off three layers of old shingles and replacing them with asphalt-type shingles on an 1116 sq. ft. 1960's ranch style home in Dublin. Also included were custom cut, painted and installed gutters. Tri-City was accessible and responsive throughout the entire process. There was a relatively small adder (~$900) to repair the area under the leak mentioned earlier, which had been inaccessible absent a complete roof overhaul.

  • We interviewed 6 roofing companies and Premiere Roofing was my first choice even before interviewing the other 5. The owner of the company is the one who came and showed us what they had to offer. My husband and I were really impressed that he took the time to explain everything and didn't send a 'representative of the company', and Jennafer in the office is an absolute delight and knows the roofing business well. Whenever we called with questions it was always Mr. Chavez-Reyes (owner) or Jennafer who returned calls or answered our questions. We have already told 3 neighbors about this company. The work was completed quickly and the completed roof is excellent!! The workman were all very nice they cleaned up every day before leaving. I felt that Mr. Chavez-Reyes went above and beyond what we were expecting. He and Jennafer were always kind, listened well, called back to make sure our questions or concerns were addressed and that we understood not only the work process but the billing process as well. Most of us women have that intrinsic 'gut feeling' and as I said at the beginning of this I told my husband that I 'just know these are people who will do the roof' even before we had the other company bids. I cannot say enough honoring things about this company...I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I have also recommend them on our neighborhood internet blog. There prices were right in line with the other companies we got bids from. But my husband and I said after getting all the bids that even if PRI had been the most expensive we would have gone w/them. Simply because of Aggy's personal character and integrity.

  • Initial installation seemed to go very well. When we had a few good rainstorms that year, a problem came to notice at the junction point of the roof valley and two gutters on the house ( leak was right over area of entering the house). Byers LeafGuard was contacted and came to the house and fixed the problem. I believe that in 2015 LeafGuard stopped by to verify that the gutters were clean and functional. Pointed out that at junction of garage roof valley and front house gutter could not handle the runoff during a rain storm. Suggested a vertical downspout from house gutter to the garage gutter, and they made this correction that day. I will have to check this area in the next rain storm this week -Jan.2017. My wife and I are very pleased with these gutters. And she is extremely happy that I am not out in the rain on a ladder cleaning out clogged gutters.

  • Very well. Dean and Bruce were on time, friendly, answered all my questions about gutter guards, and pointed out some dry rot which I wouldn't have noticed. They also discovered that the downspout was seriously clogged with tree roots. I asked them to fix that, which they did at a reasonable additional cost. When they finished, everything was totally cleaned up. I plan to hire Dean again for annual gutter cleaning.

  • Take everything back to the studs, reassign the entire area that previously had small kitchen, small dining area. Now we will have New everything!
The inconveniences this would create would be challenging, so I needed to find a contractor who understood what I wanted. After reading Yelp reviews of Everlast, I decided to give them a call. I'm glad I did. From the first phone call to the final walk-through, Ari, Gideon, Brett and the entire Everlast team handled themselves with a level of professionalism and commitment to quality I've never seen.
Our first meeting lasted several hours. I drew up some preliminary layout and shared my ideas with Ari. At that first meeting, Ari provided me with a breakdown of how long the remodels would take to complete, when payment would be due at each phase, what would be required of me (selecting tile and paint, purchasing sinks and fixtures, etc.), AND what the total project would cost.
Yes...what they quote you is what you pay! This was a surprise to me because, if you've ever remodeled, you KNOW that there are always hidden surprises once you start opening up walls. Ari assured me that there would be no hidden fees working with Everlast.
Once the work began, the team did an amazing job working in our home. Two bathrooms in different areas of a condo COULD have turned into a dust nightmare. But every day, they put down AND pulled up plastic. Cleaned to where some days it looked like they hadn't been there. Once the projects were completed, the final cleaning made our home sparkle like new.
project would still be completed to our satisfaction. OUR satisfaction! You'll have a difficult time finding that commitment anywhere else.
Do yourself a favor. Read ALL the positive reviews others have left and trust Doobek with your home remodeling project(s). Like me, you'll be happy you did.

  • Sal is fairly quiet, pleasant person, appears very honest and not at all pushy to get customers select his service. There was an initial misunderstanding about getting a written estimate, probably our fault, but once that was straightened out, he was very prompt and punctual about doing the job. His original estimate was for $1150 for replacing two cracked flashings and included some underlayment replacement. He explained the work beforehand well.
After his initial inspection and estimate, a wet spot appeared in a second bedroom, which was in a new area so we knew that there would be some additional cost when he did the job. This turned out to be a crack in a bathroom vent flashing, which apparently was somewhat hidden. Neither he nor his bidding competitor had noticed it initially. (However, both roofing companies did find the second flashing crack although it had not produced any ceiling leaks.)
For his additional work, which included a trip to purchase the needed parts, he added $250 to the original $1150, which we consider quite reasonable and fair.
Sal approached this job in a very professional manner. He seems to do a complete job, even if he doesn't necessarily volunteer some of the specifics. For example, we wouldn't have known that he had replaced some broken tiles and cleaned out our upstairs gutter, if we hadn't mentioned them at the conclusion of his work. [E.g., "Did you notice whether our upper gutters needed cleaning?" "Oh, I cleaned them out."]
We would be happy to have him do work for us in the future.

  • this provider is too busy to take any time to do estimates - I suggest not wasting you time unless you know them personally which I do not.
rather than call to cancel I got an email that I almost missed - would have p***** me off even more if I waited for the estimator and then learned they refused to come out.
again - not worth wasting your time - go elsewhere

  • Great customer service. The owner came out on time. Explained entire process from start to end. Made suggestions and took time to answer all my questions. He spoke with our painting contractor to ensure time lines would be met and to find colors that matched to new paint. Make suggestions about moving existing down spouts for better draining. Offered advice on styles of gutters and down spouts and explained their differences. Very professional crew. I highly recommend them. The best contractors I have worked with to date. Everything went smoothly.

  • I had received an estimate at the end of last year and finally decided to accept the quote and have Sierra do the work. The day after I E-mailed to them my sign-off on the quote, they called and said they could get the work done that day! And they did. A week later they sent me an invoice in the mail that included pictures of the work done. I didn't expect that and really appreciated it.
