AEverything went very smoothly. Max was the one who helped us out, and he was extremely respectful and polite, as well as professional in all he was doing. Unlike many others who have worked on our air conditioning, he was very transparent, in the sense that we knew what he was doing the entire time, whereas others would seemingly just waste time being in the attic. APrior engaging the professional services of SES Builders, We did a large due diligence and we met with 4 additional home remodeling companies that ended up with 4 different estimates of our remodeling project. After we met with Joe, we decided to select SES builders for the work. Joe, is a truly professional and skilled person with no nonsense of any kind. Joe finished our remodeling project on time and his overall price was 80% less than the other ones. During the time of the remodeling, Joe was supervising each and every stage of the work. At the end… we are excited with the final results. The team of workers were nice, honest and left the house each day in a clean manner. We are currently planning to have another remodeling project at our house and we absolutely won’t shop around for any other contractor! AOur air conditioner stopped working on a really really hot day (the irony!) I googled and found this Cole Services company and decided to check them out. I'm soo glad that I came across this company. Luis Campos came out to take a look at our units on the same day, it turned out that we needed new ones. Luis was super friendly and very professional. He went over all the issues step-by-step and he also recommended that his supervisor come out to look at our setup and share his expertise the very next day which he did as promised. AEZ builders recently designed and finished our large addition and a remodeling project to our house. AThey were on time. They explained to me what they were doing. No issues after they left so it went as planned. They had a trainee there and that may have slowed down the process. I understand that they need to expose people in order to get job training. It just made things go a little bit slower. They could have just had the experienced person come in and take care if it themselves. The most they did was put the freon into make the air cooler.- Teraylan H.
