    Any repairs, the repairs I've had to do on mine, I went to Diesel Tune.  They were replacing things that didn't need to be replaced and jacking up the price.  As many times as I've had to go in there, I've probably paid in excessive of $6000 for services over the course of a couple years. There was a fuel leak and I had to take it back to them because because it was their fault.  They didn't put it back together right.  I was smelling fuel all the time.  My vehicle had a known defective engine, so there have been a lot of things we had to have replaced.  Any time I've had to needed something done, they would say oh this probably needs to be replaced, this is bad, so this needs to be replaced too.  It was leaking really bad after a service. I had to take it back. They said the brand new part from the dealer, failed.  Oil leaked and oil pressure was gone.  It made a complete mess in my driveway.  So I took it back.  They said it was going to cost, this and that, and gosh it must not have been the thing we replaced.  It was going to be $1200 more.  So I said just give me the keys.  I'm taking it.  The guy at the desk was just like, okay, no problem.  The owner called me once I got home. He said we're going to take care of it we're going to fix charge.  I 'm like why should I trust you.  Because ya know, they've been jerking me around.  I told them, I said ya know, I like you guys, because you tell me, you know what's going on with these trucks.  And it turns out this guy was, I don't know if he was doing this independently of the owner.  But I took it back in there and they fixed it and knock on wood, it's been good since.  I wouldn't recommend them. Some of the mechanics do know what they're doing.

    I checked around and we got the best price or they matched the best price. Good car, well actually the check engine light came off in the first 5000miles.  One thing, and I mentioned it to my wife they never called and say "How are you doing, do you like your car" or any thing like that. It was like you bought it from us and adios. I mean its no big deal but I mean, it would have been nice if they had checked to see how things were going. That what I would do if I was a sales person. (Punctulity) You know I was only there one day and I bought the car. I don't know if this wouldn't apply in this case. I would not use them, I'm not sure if I would use them. I would shop around and see whats the best price. Well, the most part is its away from here I'd rather have something close to home. That one was on me for going there. Its no anything against them, but its further away.

    We?re not happy with the service there. The service was horrible. I already sent a note back to them and told them that I would not go there again. I was there basically over 4 hours in a job that probably would take a half hour or could have been. It was covered under the warranty. The light is not on anymore. 

    I had an appointment for 10 o-clock in the morning, I was right there. The guy said, ?oh yea, we will take care of this, it will be ready by noon!? So, I waited around, it was a crowded lobby with a crying baby in there, it was just miserable. If they had told me it was going to take a long time I could have taken the shuttle home, I would end up wasting 4 hours and 15 minutes waiting for my car before it was ready. I had go, ?hey where?s my car, is it ready yet?? He said, ?oh yea, we will check on it!? 

    So anyway, it took more than twice as long as it was supposed to. It was basically a wasted day of my life, wasted 4 hours. They said, ?oh, we are sorry!? The service stinks!

    We also have a Lincoln MKZ. We like this dealership. They are very good. They are just there to help us. We have bought about 10 cars from them and we are still going there because their price and their service are wonderful.

    He's outstanding! He's a little pricey, but his work is very, very good.  You pay for what you get. He truly takes a personal interest in the customer's satisfaction. Customer service is a plus for him.

    excellent job changed the fluids on the transmission and didn't take them too long to do it. Guys are true professionals know how to do their job. The price is nothing to be excited about as expected a bit high but  other than the price everything else was perfect.

    I've been taking my cars to Steve for years. He is always professional, courteous, and makes sure to keeps me in the loop about the progress of my repairs. His shop is spotless and his team is well trained and efficient. He sends out coupons too! My husband and me are not car savvy, so having someone we can trust makes life much easier.

    We were originally nervous about having our car shipped, however now I would not hesitate. From start to finish, the communication, pricing and actual transport went smoothly!  Every question was answered throughout the process by Hilton Auto Transport. We would definitely use Hilton Auto Transporters to arrange for auto transport again if needed.

    Excellent. Mark and Eric took the time to meet my needs. I was visiting Las Vegas (we have a second home there) with my family - I go there often to visit my parents. The night before, while driving home, I hit the curb of one of the center islands. At first I thought it caused my tire to blow out. Thinking I only needed a new tire, I looked on Angie's List to find a reputable place that was close by to have AAA tow me there for repairs. I found BRUCE SCHERS Goodyear. I called and explained that I needed to get back to LA by that same evening. Unfortunately I did not have just a tire blow out, but the center island that I hit also cause damage to the rim and the rod assembly. I have a new CMax, so all the parts have to come directly from Ford. Mark and Eric called around and found all the parts needed to get us back on the road. They were done by 3:00 pm and we were on our way back to LA. The mechanic did an outstanding job as did Mark and Eric. I will definitely go there again and recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you!!!

    The price is actually lower than a lot of the other people. The ratio of money to trust is kind of what makes me keep going back to them 'cause they're very reliable. I don't feel they're ever trying to work me or scam me and they get the job done. Their price is very competitive. It's a little lower than the mechanics around here.
