    Sebastians Appliance Repair
Sebastian was extremely prompt in responding to my phone inquiry, and was able to provide service the next day. The job required two visits, which he did on successive days. He completely took care of the leaking in the interior of my Samsung refrigerator. His pricing was more than fair, and his professionalism and courtesy excellent. I would hire Sebastian again without a second thought.

Tech said clothes weren't drying because vent hose was kinked. I bought a new hose and elbows as he suggested and was very careful when pushing dryer back. In fact, it now stands out an extra 6 inches than before. It still takes 2 hours to dry a load of clothes.

His response to my request for dryer repair was quicker than expected.  He explained what the problem was and quickly repaired the problem.  He also adjusted dryer elbows as a courtesy.  He took the time to also check out a non-working dishwasher.  I definitely would recommend him and will call on him for next appliance work needed at my house.  I would give him an A+ rating.

After I tried to self-perform the install, washer fitting was leaking so I called Sebastian to come give me some help. He showed up on time, had to go out and find the fitting, and then was on time for the next appointment. He finished the work quickly and efficiently and I highly recommend his services. Thanks Sebastian!

My Samsung (electric) dryer would turn on but the drum would not rotate and there were no error codes on the display.  I called Sebastian on a Saturday and he was able to come by promptly on Monday at 8:30am.  He quickly diagnosed the problem as a burned out control board.  He took extra time to explain how the dryer worked to make sure I understood why the knew part was needed.  After replacing the controller board the dryer still did not work. He took it apart again and went through all of the fuses.  He found that one of several fuses near the motor was also damaged when the controller board burned out.  He replaced the fuse the same day and it all worked well.  Sebastian was prompt and repaired everything on the same day the part came in.  He worked with my crazy schedule too!

Late Thursday afternoon I called Sebastian's Appliance Repair to make an appointment to have our refrigerator door repaired.  To my surprise Sebastian answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for the following morning @ 8:30.  Even more to my surprise he showed up and arrived on time.  Sebastian's very professional; he arrived wearing a clean uniform with his name embroidered on it and with tool bag in hand.  When he came into the kitchen he asked what seemed to be the trouble we were experiencing.  We showed him how the refrigerator door didn't easily close all the way, then we show him how the freezer door did close properly.  After opening and closing  both doors a couple of times he loosened  the hinge on top of the refrigerator door, took the door off, located the part needing to be replaced, made note of it, put the door back on and retightened the hinge. At the same time he also located and made note of the refrigerator model number.  He said he'd order the part and would return Monday or Tuesday to install it..   Sebastian called Tuesday afternoon stating he had the part and if we would be home he'd be by in about 10 minutes to install it.  Basically he went through the same steps as Friday except this time we needed to clear out all the items from the inside of the door.  I think It took us longer to remove the items from inside the door, clean the door shelving and put everything back, than it did for him to remove the door, change the part and reinstall the door.
He was fast ,neat, cleaned up after himself and very professional.  After having Sebastian repair our refrigerator its given us faith that there are still some people that care about the quality of their work and the reputation of their business.  If we should need any other appliances repaired we'd call Sebastian's Appliance Repair in a heart beat.

My experience with them was adequate. The repairman new less than I did about the problem. I had checked it out. He would not take my word for it until he had spent a lot of time trouble shooting and then he agreed with me. Their repairmen follow the book on price. I would not use them again.

He checked out the motor and identified a necessary part to replace that he had with him. He tried one, then another but didn't think he fixed the problem. He identified the condensor as the problem and estimated the cost to repair around $500. From my research on the web I knew that it is better to simply replace the whole fridge than pay to fix or replace the condensor. I went out and bought a new one. A few hours later he called to say that he had been doing some research and found something more he could check. We scheduled a time for him to come the next day. That night I went to empty the fridge completely and to my delight found that it was chilling again. Icalled himthe next day to let him know he'd fixed it after all. Two days later it was still working so I cancelled the order for my new fridge.
