    Mike the owner was very nice and Friendly we came to an agreement on him coming to add heat barrier to my attic in addition to cleaning out and re insulating the existing insulation. Unfortunately his machine had problems but his employees came a second time around to try to finish the job. There needed to be a third visit to modify what was done on the prior visits. He will work with you. His prices are very hood.

    Baker Electric Home Energy
    Week 1: Worst everything. Do not waste your time on this company. Spent over a week just trying to schedule Baker to come over and do electrical work so that I could get an electrical car charger, air conditioning, and a house battery installed. What a hassle. Sent Baker an email to be contacted (as Baker requires) and was never contacted. Called Baker on the phone and left a message and never received a response or call back. Week 2: Baker never responded to my email or phone call. I was finally able to get a hold of Baker by phone by calling them several times. This week was spent on Baker trying to figure out if they do service in my area. My COUNTY is listed on their web site and states that they do service in my COUNTY. Constantly had to call Baker back to see if there was an update because Baker said their electrician would contact us to schedule service. Week 3: After waiting for Baker to contact me for the second week, I finally called them to see if there was an update. After 10 minutes, Baker finally decided that they do not do work in my COUNTY. Baker also did not have the decency to recommend a company in my COUNTY that would do the service. Baker obviously does not want any business, so do not contact them to have any electrical, air conditioning, car charger, or house batteries installed.

    We Care Plumbing Heating Air and Solar
    They've been very, very good, actually. They've done a very good job. In fact, we have a contract with them for continually servicing our equipment. They do plumbing and they do air conditioning and they do the furnace. We have a yearly contract and it's actually pretty low. It's $167 for the year, but that doesn't take care of parts and labor if they repair something or something has to be fixed. They go through and give it a certain amount of testing and make sure everything's up, like the freon; it's not freon they use now, it's something else. They test the hot water heater and drain it and look at the plumbing. If they find things that need to be done, then they have a fee that I pay them for the parts and the labor for that. The price has been reasonably good. I think they're like everyone else; when the do extra things it isn't really cheap, but it's not cheap work either. I do a little bit of jockeying with them whenever there's something else that needs to be done. I make them justify what they're saying and why. All of us, I think, can stand to save money as consumers.

    This crew (Frank, Steve, Andrew, Aguna and Jeff) was so knowledgeable and professional, very respectful, asked where we wanted things mounted which created a great atmosphere. They worked so hard and efficiently with each man having his own task - very coordinated. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Ballard Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning
    Our furnace would not turn on so I had to make the call.  I checked Angie's list to see who was on there and I was happy to see that Ballard's was one of them.  I called them up and they came out on Monday (called on Saturday).  They were on time and found the problem right away.  Our old furnace had been install incorrectly and was not a goner.  Told me I needed a new one and the price.  Told them to go for it and they replaced it that day.  Love their service and would highly recommend them!

    I have been having trouble with my water heater pilot light going out. A company called Ben Franklin Plumbing working in the Inland Empire area (Now called Right time home services) installed a new water heater in January 2014. Just recently the pilot light in the water heater went out. Matthew from Right time came out and charged me $140 for a diagnostic. You would think after paying $1000 to put the water heater in they would be more inclined to fix your problem since I have not had this unit for more than 8mo. NOT! HE basically said we had low gas flow to the house, which was shutting the pilot off. I had the gas company out and they said gas pressure was excellent and it appeared the thermal coupler was bad. I called Rheem (MFG for water heater) and they promised to send free parts  (which they did) and they would get an authorized service provider to me. I was told DOVE plumbing would be coming out. Well I never got called. (See DOVE plumbing reviews and I now see why they are graded F). Out of hot water for 4 days, I logged on to Angie's list and found Penny Plumbing. They responded quickly and I now have hot water. YEA! So pleased with their service, I asked to have my furnace unit serviced, so I bought a coupon from Angie's list.. They also responded quickly. They told me they found my gas to the furnace unit was shut of. Interestingly enough, Matt from Right Time home service was up in the attic  checking gas flow and did not bother turning the gas back on to the furnace unit. One could only wonder if this was accidental.
    I am absolutely happy with Penny Plumbing Co. They seem very honest and do not try to over charge. Very Very pleased with this company.

    The technician was wonderfully pleasant and worked enthusiastically until the job was done. I have a big house with very high ceilings. The vents had been painted along with the walls and he took great care to break the seals with a razor blade so that you can't even tell they were removed. My ducts hadn't been cleaned by the previous owner since the house was built 20 years ago so he had quite a job to conquer. Now that it's been done, the air is much fresher and the dust in my house has been reduced by half!

    Les arrived on time and gave me an promptly gave me an estimate.  He was friendly and professional and got right to work when I accepted his estimate.  He completed the repairs within an hour and a half and cleaned everything up well before he left and all the toilets now work perfectly!  I'll definitely use Redlands Plumbing and Air Conditioning again!

    RELIABLE APPLIANCE SVC CO
    Very frustrating experience. I made the initial call on 7/8/13. A technician, Luke, came out the following day. He was friendly, however he was concerned about his car being towed, due to assigned parking in the complex, so he did a rush-rush job. After about a week or so, I noticed the refrigerator was gradually warming up. I called back & Luke came out again the following day. He admitted to not replacing a wire, finished the job, and went about his business. Unfortunately, the refrigerator is still not repaired. It started warming up again. I called Reliable back on 8/3, requested that another technician be sent, someone other than Luke, & was scheduled for 8/4 between 3-6p. No one shows up or calls. I am finally able to get a hold of Dustin, the supervisor. He says he doesn't have the parts & needs to reschedule for the following day between 4-5p. Again, no one shows up or calls. So, I call Reliable back & I'm not a happy camper. I'm very dissatisfied with unReliable. I've decided to write a letter requesting a refund & am going with another service provider.
