ABLACKBURN DRAINAGE & CONSTRUCTIONBlackburn came out and gave us estimates to repair the baffle wall in our 2 septic tanks. After arriving to do the work his experienced employee was able to perform the repair on one of the tanks without having to perform a costly lid access and repair to get to the baffle wall. Both septic tank baffle walls were repair quickly, as well as a repair to an eroded tank exterior wall. Blackburn reduced the quoted estimate since some of the work was not needed and reduced it further as I dug up the yard to make the tank lids accessible.- John Y.

AMODERN SEPTIC SERVICEModern came out quickly and pumped our septic tanks, giving us a discount for having 2 tanks on our property. They identified baffle wall issues with both tanks and recommended 2 septic repair companies (one which we used). Very fast and courteous employees.- John Y.

AAnytime Septic ServiceTotally satisfied with our experience with Anytime Septic. Before our service Dan from Anytime Septic recommended Nick Taylor Plumbing and Drain Service to locate our septic holding tank (which happened to be located under paving stones and turned out to be in an unusual direction. Dan arrived on time in a brand new truck and had all the equipment needed to perform the pump out service. Dan was friendly, profession, and extremely knowledgeable. He was clean and neat in his work and was careful with our property around the septic site. Since this is our first septic system we were curious about how the entire system worked. We watched the entire process and asked a huge amount of questions. He answered all our many questions and took his time to ensure we were well informed. We would highly recommend his services to anyone. We were extremely satisfied with all aspects of our experience with Dan. AJimmy's Sanitary ServicesWhether it is factual I am unsure, but they have been in the ground for 25-30 years, so it is possible. The dispatcher called me and said the tanks had been cleaned out and I talked to the technician. Then I paid it on my debit card. It was nice they went out there and did it without being paid. I offered to give them my credit card prior to them going out and they said that wasn't necessary. They gave me a discount because there were two. $250 is the going rate for cleaning out the system. They did everything right. The price is considered fair in that area. They came in a little under the price they quoted me which is impressive. I haven't actually seen the work they did, but I haven't heard back from either tenant that there was a problem.- Bart W.

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.
