    Burnie Fireplace Services
Pat and his team were on time, very knowledgeable and courteous. He went above and beyond explaining the issue we are having with our fireplace- made his recommendations and gave me his feedbacks. I will refer him to all our neighbors and friends that need fireplace service. Thank you!

CUSTOM MASONRY & FIREPLACE DESIGN INC
We were very pleased with the work that Paul and his crew did for us.  The design was our own, but Paul was a great help with the details. He provided us with a written agreement, came
when he said he would, and was meticulous about preventing any spread of the unavoidable dust, and about cleaning up afterwards.  He recommended a colleague to deal with the plastering we needed to fill in the newly exposed wall and ceiling, and he worked closely with the company providing and installing the new stove.  We would engage Paul again in an instant, and
recommend him to anyone remodeling or building a new fireplace.

    Your Chimney Sweeps
Showed up on time, did a very thorough inspection (highly focused on safety, almost too much).  Cleaned chimney but didn't make much mess.  Sent a written inspection report which could have been more polished.  But it worked.

    WARM HEARTH
Warm Hearth purchased installed a Hampton Stove heater in my home. Below are the facts that resulted in my review.
    Communication: Medium:
Justification: Absent over the holidays, and then it took customer initiation to respond to installation. In fairness to Warm Hearth they were the most responsive to my inquires related to ?Initial? resellers/contractors.
    Installation PREP: Medium
If  you are looking for a ?turn key solution? look elsewhere.  Its up to the home owner to provide electrical and gas installations. In addition, they expect the owner to provide and prove a clear path thru attic/rooftop installations..  The last part was somewhat disappointing because this is what was expected of them.  In the end, I had to clear a path and make sure the installation prep was all ready for them to come in to make sure there were no surprises. I didn't think too much of this because in the end i thought it would benefit me when it came to coming as close to the installation estimate as possible.
    Estimates: LOW
As the owner I went out and got multiple quotes, and while Warm Hearth was not the cheapest (In QUOTES), they were the most responsive.Cost/estimate.
If I am completely honest, I believe I did everything possibly to make the installation cost effective, moving CAN lights, providing pic?s (both attic/location,etc).
After installation, Warm Hearth came in OVER  "DOUBLE THE INSTALLATION COSTS? AND BEING THE MOST EXPENSIVE IN THE END.
    Workmanship: high
In general I?m very satisfied with the installation, however I was made to remove a CAN light (in retrospect)  while I did not need to.. Not that big of a deal.  Installer was on time and SUPER RESPONSIVE. He was on time at the time we agreed on. BEST PART OF THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.
    Summary
I could excuse the non existent communication during the holiday season; however I?m not sure I could recommend Warm Hearth based purely on estimate vs actual costs given the amount of information and work we provided  to insure a ?straight forward installation?.  If you are willing to account for "DOUBLE THE INSTALLATION COSTS? then Warm Hearth should be your choice.

    Super Clean BBQ
Starting with the initial call to Darrin, through Gage's cleaning, through the installation of the ordered parts, Super Clean BBQ was amazing.  Prompt, professional, on time and on budget.  You simply can't ask for more from a service provider.  My 10 year old BBQ, that gets a lot of use, looks brand new!

    Chim Chiminey Sweep
I have an unused wood stove chimney and the cap blew off in a storm. I described the problem to Thom over the phone and emailed him pictures of the cap. He came out and sealed the chimney for the cost of a service call.

    BBQ RENU
Derek came out cleaned it, got rid of the rust outside and in, reassembled it and checked for proper operation. Problem came up - grill grates where rusted, beyond repair. It was an old BBQ - grates no longer made. Derek ordered two, had them cut to fit and installed them. We can use the BBQ now.

    Chimney Sweeps, Inc
We have a 60-year-old house. Last year we had Chimney Sweeps Inc check and repair the fireplace and the chimney. It needed re-caulking and work on the firebox, and on the screening at the top of the chimney. Our experience with them has been excellent. We've been with them for a number of years. They are responsive and their work is high quality. The prices are competitive. The chimney sweep himself turns up looking like a Mary Poppins chimney sweep with the top hat! The guy really has a sense of humor. We've had the same guy for about three years now, but all of them are really nice people.

    San Diego BBQ
I called and made the appointment to clean my BBQ.  These guys are pretty busy and I have to set the appointment 2 weeks out.  I had to postpone the appointment due to my traveling and they did not complaint.
On the day of the cleaning, 2 guys arrived on time and proceed to take a look a the the grill that needs cleaning and give me estimate on cleaning as well as parts that I might need.  I need one burner and new ignition system.  There was no pressure of selling additional services.   I decided to replace the burner but not the ignition system (they agree with the decision).  The prices quoted for the necessary parts are a little bit more that I found on the Internet.  But the Internet prices do no include installation.
The cleaning went very well, my grill now looks almost new.  The parts that I have to replace was a special order.  When the part arrived, they simply contacted my to setup time to install the part at no additional cost.
They saved me from having to purchase a new BBQ grill - about $1200.
