"He work is superior, it was so good our neighbors came over to see his work and they ended up using him in their own home. Not only is his work good but he was also very accommodating moving our furniture for us."

"Their workmen and subcontractors were all 100% wonderful! The experience with them was excellent. They started a little later than originally expected (I mean days, not months), but once they got going they moved very fast. The work was first rate. As just one example, the young man who did the demolition was nothing short of heroic. He worked alone most of the time, and I couldn't believe the amount of back-breaking work he accomplished. Then he fabricated a mantel and installed the moldings and doors. What a gem! If I have any complaints they would be: We ran over budget. Probably not their fault - we just didn't realize how much things cost when you use a contractor . I had hoped for their decorator contractor to actually come up with a complete proposal, including room color, furniture selection, etc. In fact, I felt as if we drove all of that. Instead of her presenting a picture of a finished product as she saw it, she just presented us with samples of paint/tile, pictures of furniture/rugs, etc., and we had to go shopping at furniture stores and online and make all the choices and visualize the outcome, but with her coaching. I really had wanted a drawing. Turned out that would have cost many hundreds of dollars more.(see prior complaint.) But it all turned out to be quite nice, if a bit monochromatic. If I had it all to do over again (heaven forbid) there are probably some things I'd change in that regard (maybe a lighter colored floor). All in all we're very happy with the result. "

"This is the second time they have come out. It is going to cost me a lot. They did a smaller job for me a couple of years ago. I wanted them to come back and do this bigger job because they were, in my opinion, very skilled at their craft. The people who came to work seemed to know exactly what to do and exactly when to do it. The foreman would come out and check on everything. He did not need to make any corrections. Sometimes it happens when we have a job with lots of people; we have some more-experienced people and some less-experienced people. We need one person to overlook it all and make sure everybody is doing it the right way. He would come over and overlook it all and say that his job was done because they had already done it right the first time. I have just enough experience in working with some maintenance and construction to know a bandage-job verses a good, solid job. The job includes reconstruction of the bathroom. I expect the tiles will be laid down tomorrow. I have no idea about the price between one and the other. When we did our last job, I got a couple of quotes and I think their price was good. I have used them in the past and I will use them again. "

"It went very well indeed. The work was performed well and promptly. Subcontractors were arranged for and arrived on time in good sequence. Employees were friendly, hard working, and reliable. Change orders and special situations that arose were handled graciously and fairly. We are extremely pleased with our new room, which is exactly what we wanted and it fits in perfectly with the rest of the house. In addition, the initial quote was $10,000 less than two other contractors."

"I left a voicemail message on 6/24, asking that we schedule an estimate for some concrete, siding, and drywall work. The message was never returned.

"We chose
Davis Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
after receiving bids from three companies. The bid from
Davis Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was very close to a bid we received from another reputable pool company. The deciding factor for me was the salesperson. He listened carefully and didn't pressure me to choose options that were beyond my means. He was knowledgable about his company and products and was willing to take time to explain options to me. When we decided to go with
Davis Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
, we were given an approximate timetable for our project. It took almost two weeks to hear from the person in charge of scheduling our project, which made me a little nervous. But once we had a schedule, the project ran very smoothly. There was a project manager assigned to our remodel. He checked in frequently, and was easy to contact. The pool workers were wonderful. They showed up on time and did beautiful work. Everyone was respectful and friendly. Our project was completed by the date promised and our pool looks fabulous. We couldn't be happier with
Davis Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
. So glad we found them on Angie's list!

"The two main people I worked with on the project were
Davis Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
and
Davis Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
. They were both very professional and easy to work with from the begining. Listened to my ideas on what I wanted completed on the bathroom project, gave back some very good ideas to mine and worked with me to meet my needs. Both
Davis Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
and
Davis Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
were execllent communicators, easy to contact and very pleasent to work with. The project went a little longer than we all wanted but that was out of all our control and they really did a great job of doing their best to stay on track and on budget (they did stay on budget and then some!).
I will do business with them again for many reasons, 1) Honest 2) Quality of their work 3) Execllent Communicators 4) Easy to do business with 5) Great ideas to share and 6) They were just plain nice people to work with!

Davis Remodeling Contractors Provider Name Locked
was great to work with. He arrived on time, worked hard, answered my questions, and did high-quality work. Once we made contact (I was leaving messages before I went to work) the repairs happened fast. I will definitely see if he is available for other projects.

"These guys were extremely pleasant, hard-working, professional, and paid close attention to detail. They were responsive to all of our questions and concerns. They were on time to work and to finish our project. Since we were dealing with dry rot in several places, they were careful to show us the problems and offer viable solutions. We would highly recommend them.
