    Sebastians Appliance Repair
Absolutely excellent service and customer service! The dryer was quickly repaired. I called Sebastian on Sunday afternoon for a possible dryer repair, and he was able to come by on Monday morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it running in less than one hour! I give Sebastians Appliance Repair my highest recommendation, and will definitely call for future repair needs! Thank you Sebastian!

    Sebastians Appliance Repair
Sebastian was prompt in arrival and pleasant to deal with. The water leak turned out to be only the accumulation of a bit of grease or crud around the dispenser nozzle, resulting in water spraying backwards and simulating a leak. It took truly less than 30 seconds to clean the nozzle. I had not been informed about the cost of a service visit and was shocked when he said he wanted $125 dollars for this 30 second "repair". I expected to pay for his travel and time but IMO this charge was exorbitant and unprofessional. He did not leave any form of receipt. He runs his own business and could have charged whatever he felt was fair, in this case he let greed determine the charge, not fairness. We will not use his services in the future.

When he called he said he would call me back in 10 minutes. I told him he didn't get the call, but that aside, I would like he to come out.. I tried to tell him the problem, but he kept talking over me .Finally, he told me I had an attitude and to call someone else. Too bad because I had him before and he did a good job. And, I gave him a good review, Maybe he got up on the wrong side of the bed, but it wasn't professional.

    Hudson Appliance Repair
Joe was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Plus, he answered all my questions, and if you know me, then you know there were a lot! :) In addition to this particular call, I have had Joe out for washer/dryer problems in the past. He's an excellent diagnostician as well. IF IT DON'T GO, CALL JOE!

    Sebastians Appliance Repair
I read the glowing reviews and decided to contact Sebastians. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem, indicating he needed to order a control panel. He indicated there was only one available (in Kentucky) and he could order it. I held off initially because we wanted to consider other options (i.e. purchase a new oven). We eventually decided to go with the repair and I texted Sebastian indicating this. In the text, I wrote the following (verbatim): "This is [me] in [home town]. Let's go ahead and move on the repair of the Maytag. I guess we should expedite the order of the control panel. For my records, I would need a copy of the factory invoice of the part. Thanks, [me]" A short while after I sent this text, I received a phone call. Sebastian repeatedly demanded to know why I wanted to the invoice and I simply said I wanted to have a record of the cost of the part that I was purchasing. He asked why repeatedly and I said I need to know the true cost. I indicated I recently had a bad experience where I was overcharged (I understand money needs to be made...but there is a difference between that and getting gouged) and so I indicated I wanted a record. It was as simple as that. Sebastian eventually told me to "order the part myself" but I indicated I: a) had no idea what part it was to order and b) where to order it from. He then resumed questioning me as to why I needed the invoice. I finally said this behavior sounds suspicious. After repeatedly being asked why I needed the invoice, I said we will not use his services. After I hung up, I texted him indicating asking for such an invoice was "WELL within my rights as consumer." I also told him "I would be filing a complaint unless I am missing something here." In other words, I gave him ample opportunity to respond. I've heard nothing. Given his reluctance to supply an invoice and given his quoted price point of the part was (in my view) very expensive, I simply do not trust him. I am sure, given the great reviews, he does splendid work; but I no longer trust contractors or repair people if they are unable to verify true costs to consumers. Sebastian balked at this; he will not ever get my business. To be honest, I was shocked at this balking given the pleasant interaction I had while he diagnosed the oven. I don't like writing negative reviews but it is imperative that this information be know to potential consumers.

    Sebastians Appliance Repair
I found him at Angie's List, and sent him a message on weekends. I didn't expect his rely until Monday, but replied to me on Sunday, his day-off. I made an appointment with him on phone, and he arrived on time. He explained to me what he thought of the problem, and how he would fix it. He took it apart, examined it, replace the part (the pump), and test it to make sure it works fine. The job was done in 1 and a half hour. The washer works great, and sounds great like a new one again. He was responsive, professional, and polite. I will hire him again, and recomend him to anyone.

    Sebastians Appliance Repair
Very responsive - was here 45 minutes after my initial call (on time as promised).

Diagnosed the problem, went for the part and back at the promised time.

Cleaned the dryer vents and replaced the parts. Explained what he had done. Tested the unit.

Total time from call to fix was less than 2.5 hours! Would call him again.

    Zajic Appliance Sales & Service
The delivery person (Dallas) called when he was about 20 minutes away, well within the early period of the delivery window.  He arrived right on time and in less than 20 minutes the old unit was removed and the new gas dryer installed with a new supply line and vent.  Dallas explained the basics of how to operate the machine and was very polite and professional.  The machine is fantastic, with a commercial build quality and simple accurate controls.  Overall I could not be happier with this experience and can reinforce the excellent reputation that this company has.  When the washer finally gives out I will be replacing it with a Speed Queen from Zajic.  Believe me, this is the type of company you wish was more common.  Honest, quality work, punctual and respectful.

    Sebastians Appliance Repair
Sebastian made an appt for a specific time (not a three- or four-hour window, so I was pleased), and he arrived within five minutes of that time. I liked him already, since I left work early to meet him.
He had gotten the serial number of the old oven ahead of time, so he had brought the correct part along with him--avoiding the need for a return visit. He did the repair and cleaned up afterwards. It's only been a week, but so far it's working fine.
He also checked our aging washing machine and gave advice on whether or not to repair, costs/parts involved, etc.
He was professional and personal, and I was very happy with the whole experience.

    Zajic Appliance Sales & Service
Washer stopped mid cycle with a full load. Contacted Zajic that evening. Received a reply back early the next morning and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Service call diagnosed a "dead motor." Ugh. We decided to go ahead and replace the motor. We received a phone call from the main office about an hour after the first service call to verify our request and to let us know that they had the motor in stock. We made an appointment for this morning to install the motor.
Both of the service repairmen and office staff were excellent. They arrive on time, explained the problem and the alternatives. Zajic had excellent customer service. I would call them for any appliance repair. This business exceeded my expectations! Thank you!
