    FixEm Appliance Repair
These guys are excellent! I lost a pair of earrings in my washing machine and was doubtful that I would ever see them again. Mo came out and not only located the earrings, but gave me a fair price and showed compassion knowing the importance of the earrings. I also had them come out a second time to clean the dryer and vent. They were thorough, considerate and friendly, and respectful of my home. They did a great job! I would hire them again without question!!

    Sears Appliance Repair
Not well. I contacted Sears Appliance Repair and told them that our Kenmore freezer tripped the GCFI circuit in the garage when I plugged it in. They indicated that it could be repaired and that I should schedule a service appointment. When the technician arrived he stated that the freezer was tripping the GCFI circuit and we needed to install a separate circuit. This was something that we already knew. The technician proceeded to insist on his $99 service fee. We paid the fee but then spent the following 2 weeks requesting our money back without success. We will avoid using this service and purchasing Sears (kenmore) products in the future.

6 years ago I remodeled my new home and purchased 7 appliances from Sears, including thousands of dollars for extended 5 year warranties on all of them. One of them is a range, Sears Kenmore Elite 790.9802. During the first few years I had repair technicians to my home for various repairs on several appliances. My extended warranties expired last year. At Christmastime I had my large family all to dinner here, 13 of us. I made a large lasagna. I opened the oven to check its doneness and pulled out the rack slightly to see it and the rack fell down, collapsing on the 2 racks below it. My son attempted to put the racks back in, with the same thing happening again and again. The next day I went to "MySears Community", a website, of Sear's, to review, complain and reach out for help. I found dozens of people with the same model number range having the same issue with theirs. Many of these postings went back to 2009. I also contacted Sears who denied any knowledge of this issue for these or any other of their ranges. No recall was ever issued. Many people reported burns from the food's splatters. Sear's informed me that my range was out of warranty and they could send out a repairman. The posts that I read also had many people stating that they were told by a Sears technician to have the warped range liner replaced, and they did, at hundreds of dollars, only to have the new "fix" have the same outcome, falling racks again! My technician checked the oven, found the walls were recessed and called his service supervisor for advise. He was told that they no longer replace the oven liner, and that there was nothing they could do to fix it. So, basically, after 6 years, I need to now purchase another range at approximately 3 thousand dollars, again! Attempting to join the discussion on their web site is now impossible, it states that it is "down"....... Something needs to be done about this!

    Sears Appliance Repair
This service was the absolute worst. In the period of six weeks five differen technicians came out and half of them did not order what they were supposed to order, the parts did not come when they were supposed to come. We talked to a representative from that company and they said they would send a check for around 50 dollars to cover laundry mat services and that never came. The whole process has been absolutely horribe. The final guy that came out to fix it, took less than ten minutes, so it was a waste of our time and their time. The guys were professional, but the quality was poor. The last guy that came out during the six weeks was fine.

Gus did a fine job repairing my ice maker.  He brought a plastic mat to ensure the fridge didn't scratch up my wood floors when he rolled it out.  Quick response time from my first call to when the work was done.  I will use him again and recommend him to others.

Told me had a bad evaporator and it was a big job and would probably cost $1900.00. When I questioned that pricing he called his boss , then said $1400.00 but if I paid cash it would be 1300.00.

Had the repair done by Box Appliance for $530.00.

If you want to be ripped off call Reliable.

Gary answered the phone when I called Refrigerator and Freezer Repair. He called me before the service call and arrived promptly. He repaired the ice maker and had the part and tubing needed to do the job on his truck. He was professional and delivered great customer service.

He had came and fixed my refrigerator previously and did the work quickly. He had came out after hours and didn’t charge anything. He is very honest and tells me everything upfront. I really appreciated his honesty

    Sears Appliance Repair
He did a good job and told me that it was on its last leg. We have bought washers and dryers over the years. They have a good range of products and prices are reasonable. The sales team is reliable and know what they are talking about. We manage to find what we want on sale. We have had a couple of issues and delays over the year.

We had to demand a refund from them. We were upset. They were not good anyway. They said we needed a new part and they ordered it. About four hours after they left, it started working again. We called them and cancelled the order and they still continued to charge us for it. We had to go through some letter writing and stuff to get them to take the charge, which they did. I was not happy about them, they went around and every time we asked them around a certain thing, like my dryer, it needed the buzzer sound bell removed and they told me what it was going to cost for labor. I told them that I was not paying that and then they slapped their label on top of the dryer as if they were the ones who had done the repair work. They put their label on every thing they touched. I would not use them in the future.
