  • They responded very quickly, My dishwasher is 11-years old and was no longer draining. They had it working very quickly. When the dishwasher stopped draining again a week later, they quickly returned and after digging further, found more debris as well as installed a new hose. Machine now runs like new. They are very pleasant and responsive and I would certainly recommend them!

  • The service was very good. The guy that owns the place came out, and he was here less than an hour. The clean up was fine, he did a really good job. He was professional, he was on time, and it was really nice that he had the part on him. It was really good, and I would definitely recommend him. The price was really good considering it was an older washer, and he had to replace the pump on it. It is an internal part, and it hasn't broken yet.

  • I called at 8:15 am with a fridge and freezer that were rapidly defrosting. Someone was out by 10am and promptly fixed it. The woman that answered the phone put in the extra effort to get someone here quickly and I really appreciate it!!

    Fortunately, we did when we contracted with Mark of Horizon Construction. You want your contractor to be competent, trustworthy, and reliable. Mark was all of these and more.
    Mark takes a personal interest in his work. He is on the site much of the time ensuring that his workers are doing their best. When
    things go wrong, he makes sure they get fixed. Like any relationship, there will be disagreements or misunderstandings, but Mark handled them in a professional and sincere manner. The bottom line here is that Mark wants his
    customers to be happy.
    I could relate several episodes of Mark?s commitment to customer satisfaction, but the one that meant the most to us was when we had a sewer line back up into the house (no fault of Mark?s). Out of panic, I called Mark and he came out immediately and with his foreman worked on clearing the line. He didn't have to do that. He could have told us to call a plumber and gone back to what he was doing.
    I highly recommend Horizon Construction and Mark as your choice for your remodel project. You will have chosen wisely.

  • Arie was pleasant and explained the issue before the repair was approved. He cleaned the lint from inside the housing after it was opened for the diagnosis, and left a neat work area when he was finished.

  • The service man was very nice, he took the unit apart and we could both smell the motor burning.  He then went to show me a price list of services that ranged from 1 to 5 and mine of course was a 5 (no surprise there)  and it was going to cost me about $1,400.00 to repair it ( it was really $1,370.00 but you add tax and everything you are looking at about $1400.00) I told him I can't pay that right now and he was nice enough to unplug the unit for me and just left it that way.  I had to pay $99.00 just to have them come out and look at it which was kind or ridiculous.  I am going to get some more quotes because that seems high to me.  well I ended up going with Command A/C.  They came out to look at my air conditioner and said it was not the motor that was bad but the capacitor.  It was fixed and the unit was cleaned and fluids where replaced and all for the cost of $400.00, not $1,400 like I had been quoted.  The motor was not broken as I had been told.

  • I called Jim and got a human being on the first try. A nice woman took a detailed message and told me that Jim would call me the next morning. Just as she said, he called up and asked some questions and we scheduled an appointment for the next day.
    He showed up on time with the right parts, some of which are no longer being manufactured. In 2 hours, he replaced the heating element in the oven, accessed the problems with the burners, replaced the burners and did some re-wiring, replaced all the burner drip pans and tested out everything out.
    He charged a very fair price and cleaned up everything.
    It was amazing that he had some of those discontinued parts. Definitely an advantage to hire someone who's been in the business for 40 years!
    Great experience! We will definitely hire Jim again.
