AHandytech Termite & Pest Control ServicesVery well, showed up on time for initial meeting for inspection and project bid. Showed up on time for the work. Repaired several vents and the outside crawl space covers, cleared attic, placed traps at 2 crawl space entrances. Follow-up has been excellent, price included 4 weekly traps checks, they called me to schedule weekly checks and so far have completed 2, on time per appointment. We just had one hitch: we expected the gas company to come on Monday, but they showed up on Saturday while we were out. ATHE NO-NONSENSE TERMITE CO INCJust re-upped for another year of coverage with the No Nonsense Termite Company. I had them treat for termites two years ago and have had them out a few times since to perform work under warranty. Everyone they have sent out has been extremely courteous and professional and they always show up on time and perform the work quickly. They came back out today, did another thorough inspection of my property and renewed my warranty for a very reasonable price. DCommunication was great. Service providers were amiable and prompt. But the treatment didn't resolve the problem in any way. When we returned home from vacation (6 weeks after the treatment), the garage was already showing early signs of re-infestation. By 3 months, the problem was worse than before the original service. When I contacted Surf City, I was told the service warranty had expired. Would not recommend using this provider.

ARichard did a thorough investigation of my attic in search of a bird invasion. He took pictures of the attic from various angles as evidence. He concluded that there was no bird(s) or any other critters in the attic. Richard also took a look outside on the roof and discovered that in fact, there were a couple of pigeons nesting underneath the solar panels on the roof of the house, but there was no evidence of any possible entries into the attic. I was very pleased with Richard's service, professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness.

AThe crew came out on time, friendly and professional. They checked where we thought there was a bee hive on the outside of the house, but found no hive. They went into the attic and checked the roof from the inside as well. Explaining their work as they went. I really liked the fact that they relocate the bees instead of kill them. ultimately they said the bees we saw were probably scouts looking to start a new hive, but we were in the clear. The company refused to bill me for the service call. Would definitely hire them again!
