  • Concept renovations is highly recommended. They actually show up. Sad but true, not all do. They are quick to give quotes and don't leave you hanging and another day behind schedule. They keep your budget in mind. Great workmanship on top of it all. We happily recommend them to anyone needing work done.

  • I want him to come back and restore the floor in a couple of years. He was also very informative, I learned stuff from him. I recommended him to someone else that wanted a marble floor via a personal email.

  • They were exceptional, they did everything that they said they would, any unexpected items or issues were always dealt with quickly, professionally and happily. The end result was brilliant especially the tiling - we used marble subway tiles and the result was perfect. Shai is always solution focussed and I highly recommend his services. The best contractor I have worked with.

  • We are thrilled with our new kitchen!  David, Amir and their tradesmen all do excellent work, and the whole project was completed in less than two months.  They worked very hard to keep the project moving and to get it done in the time frame they initially estimated for us.  They also worked hard to get things to our specifications (i.e. color of custom cabinets).  By and large, everyone was pleasant to work with, and in particular, Amir (project manager) was responsive and helpful when we had questions or concerns.  I will say that on a couple of occasions, we were annoyed with workers not showing up when they said they would, or working late hours with the electricity shut off when the worker showed up late in the first place.  Obviously, you have to put up with lot of inconvenience when doing a project like this, but in these situations, they could have minimized it more than they did.
The cost was a little more than what we thought it would be initially, but that is not necessarily IND's fault - sometimes you just find things during the process that are unexpected.  I would be shocked if you ever had a big project like this were everything costed exactly as much as was forecast.
Overall, we would give IND Construction a strong recommendation!

  • They buffed our kitchen counters. Just one employee came out and they noted some damage to our counters. We asked for them to provide an estimate to the repair they said they would turn that around right away. We never heard from them and when they did give us a quote and it was really high. The company had a great office person, with setting up the appointment and following through. It was just the estimate that fell through.

  • We called them and they came out right away, within a day. We went with this company, because their estimate was significantly lower than a previous quote we got from another company. Two employees came out at first and then one employee finished the job; it took him about 4 hours. It was a really reasonable price and the work was good.

  • Although, Shay Ram, the owner of Oran Inc. was courteous and professional in his demeanor as well as 2 hours early for the appointment we set, he was unable to provide the services that were advertised in Angie's List Big Deal. I believe that consumers as well as contractors would save time and effort, as well as express more good will by being clear about what is really offered in the deals they offer. Nowhere in the large or fine print, did it list that the area could be no more than 2' wide. It simply listed that up to 40 square feet would be installed for the given price. This holding back of necessary information ended up wasting both of our time. I suggest that a call line or a Q and A online could help to avoid future errors such as this one.

  • Everything went very smoothly and effortlessly and the entire process only took a couple of weeks. Eddie was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and came out to our house to give an estimate right away. We were able to pick out some very nice pieces of marble at their shop so it was very easy and the results are beautiful. Both Eddie and Shelley were professional, responsive and easy to work with. I wish every project went this well!

  • I was worried that this problem might be hard to solve, but Jeff proposed a very sensible solution whereby he inset a rebar connector from the porch to the new corner he planned to pour.  He was able to match the porch's overhang and even reuse the existing slate tile, so it all blends together perfectly.   The price seemed appropriate and reasonable to the time the job took, and Jeff (and his wife Carol who runs the office) were very easy to talk to and make arrangement with.

  • I bought a slab of granite and they cut a fire place surround for me. I did not use the entire slab. They stored it there for me for free. They said they would try to sell it and split it with me. I ended up having them cut a little entry top for me. They installed for me as well.
