  • Dr. Bratman is an excellent dentist.  I've seen him several times over the past few years for routine dental cleanings and have always been happy with his work.  He is professional, thorough, honest, and friendly - you really could not ask for more in a dentist. His wife runs the administrative side of the office and is always super friendly and helpful.

  • Excellent.  All the procedures went very smoothly and he follows up as well the same evening.  He has an excellent staff as well.  He has a good way of communicating the reality of each procedure and has a lot of experience dealing with really challenging procedures.  One of my procedures involved a sinus lift, and those can be very painful.  He gives very clear post op directions and doesn't sugar coat how post op is going to go re: pain level, etc.  None of the actual procedures were painful and he has a cheerful manner about him that helps! I would recommend him to anyone needing a skilled Periodontist.

  • They've always been pretty good about matching good frames. If for some reason, they don't feel right or it's not working for you, they ask that. They've been pretty helpful. I found a pair that I like and they ordered them from a different location. They were good and professional. A pair did not com exactly right and they expect that. They don't have the lens that I wanted at that time.

  • This dentist is very good, the staff is excellent, and now they have wifi for the waiting room, :-)

The dentist gets all As. They are great a communications, great staff, great doctor who communicates well, and billing is clearly explained.

I recommend this dentist for dental work, especially for the kids, but caution those that prefer not to have multiple visits per year, and multiple xrays performed.

  • I love my doctor. He is the most thorough doctor I have ever met in my life. He practices integrated medicine and he is a certified nutritionist, which is very rare. There are really on a few around. He is extraordinarily thorough and provides so many services at his location including some unusual treatments. I know my mom has used him for arthritis and stuff like that and they have been very effective. He integrates traditional western medicine with supplements like fish oil for bones and certain vitamins. He also uses specific supplements for cholesterol, high blood pressure or whatever your issue is. He has kept us very healthy. He is a sole practitioner and has an insanely busy practice. I can get stuck waiting sometimes, but he is worth waiting for, honestly. I think they are just a little overworked; you can wait quite a while to get test results.

  • They are very department oriented sometimes hard to get an appointment and sometimes easy.  I like the fact they are low cost.  The nurses are friendly but some of the clerical people are hard to get along with.  The treatment for my psoriasis has been very helpful.  Some departments are great and some of them could use some improvements.

  • They have all kinds of doctors so if I needed to see someone specific, I go to my primary care physician and they give me a referral. It is a big company. They have a couple of hospitals and medical outlets all over the place. They take care of my needs. They are pretty organised.

  • I needed a crown…I wanted it to be metal freeze put it on quickly so that I couldn't see it…it fell off and there it was a metal crown…there prices change and vary…the front lady doesn't communicate with doctor and charge u for one price but really I got a cheaper crown. I ended up eating the crown and purchased ANOTHER crown from someone else!!1 Out another 800 dollars because his glue was suppose to last 5 years. And it lasted SIX WEEKS…!!! I got no money back and no replacement crown from him and could not even dispute the charge because and quot;these things happenand quot; Well It never happened before!! So yep…not honest…not competent.

  • My mom got a referral from her PCP for an ophthalmologist for cataracts and consultation for lens surgery replacement. My mom does not drive and does not speak English well so I'm her chauffeur and translator. We got an appointment for a Saturday morning which is very convenient since my mom and I both work. The office was really nice, well-decorated and clean. They were prompt in seeing us. Dr. Gross' bedside manner leaves something to be desired. We went in to discuss the possibility of lens replacement surgery because my mom does not like wearing frames and has a terribly hard time with contacts. He did not think the surgery was a good idea but instead of explaining the reasons against it, he tested her eyes with the phoropter and gave her a prescription for glasses-- which is what she did not want to begin with. We didn't need to see an ophthalmologist for that. We could have gone to any optometrist office on any corner block to get this done. I understand and respect when physicians discourage something that a patient wants but, it needs to come with a professional opinion and explanation. I felt he wasn't the greatest listener. I have since heard that Dr Gross has retired from practice, which is probably for the best. He is quite elderly. The billing department also has room for improvement. They did not collect my copay while I was there and later mailed an invoice for the copay. I tried contacting them to pay via credit card by phone but after several attempts to call them that goes straight to voicemail, I still have not received a call back.

  • The removal of the tooth and the installation of the implant device have involved two separate appontments. The name of the offfice, Serentiy Dental is very apt. I could not be more satisfied with the treatment thus far. Highlights of this practice are the cooperative and complimentarity of the two sister dentists, Dr. JenniferWong and Dr. Janet Wong. I moved to Culver City a year ago and all of my associations with the office have been posiitve.
They are very good about explaining what they are doing. They work in a timely manner. They explain when there might be some discomfort in the process. In the case of the implant they checked to see how I was doing after both major procedures. The office staff is warm, welcoming and provssional.
I have been a dental patient for 65 years and these are the best dentists that I have experienced. I highly recommend them.
