    L G Garcia Electric
I think he's excellent. He's very thorough, thoughtful, and methodical. He also has his sons that work with him and they're also very good. I like the way he thinks through things. He takes his time which I like as well.

    The Ivy Builders
The Ivy Builders remodeled two bathrooms for me . They finished everything within a month a the job looks fantastic. Tal was great, he gave us great prices and the communication with him was most of the time easy. Nick came to visit us every other day to make sure the job running smoothly. The workers - Jose Ricardo and the team always cleaned after they finished the work and I felt very comfortable to have them inside my house. My friend is about to use them as well soon for her kitchen

    The Ivy Builders
I heard about The Ivy Builders through my neigbour who used them and had great experience. I gave them a call and Tal came to give me a free estimate. I was very impressed with his expertise and attention to details. I signed with them on a contract to break my old (very old) house and rebuild it as a two story house. The entire prjoect took 18 months, Tal or Nick (the quality checker) came to give me update every week (I rented a place during this time), and kept on update me with every thing that going on. The house now is a work of art, and the best investment I made in my life. If I will sell it I'll have a profit of about 500k (Tal explained me that when we first met and that was one of the main reasons I decided to do that).

    BK Electric
Bk electric was super fast and did great work. The biggest problem we had was getting it finally approval from Culver City building inspection dept, which took about 3 months in the end because of poor communication.

    The Electric Connection
Very grateful to the Electric Connection for its professionalism, excellent work and cost-saving information. Hugo gave a very clear estimate, complete with pictures. Technician Manny is a true expert in his field. He has a great depth of understanding on each project and his workmanship is superior, often above and beyond what is required. With the help of hard-working assistant Adam they can be counted on to arrive on time and get the work done to the highest standards. At the office, Fabio has handled phone requests with grace. So glad to have found the Electric Connection, many thanks!

    Felipe Handyman Services
It went well and while the work was expected to take 7-8 days, it was completed ahead of schedule. Felipe explained in detail what needed to be done, which is not well described above. The garage wall repair involved bracing the ceiling and removing a section of the wall which had sustained water and termite damage. The existing stucco was also removed. The wall was rebuilt (without an unneeded window) and the stucco redone and repainted. Then, they worked on the gas and water lines. Rather than simply securing them externally, we agreed that for safety to reroute the lines underground to bring them to current code. In both cases a trench was dug and new supply lines were installed. They took the excess dirt from the trenching to level a section of the yard. They demolished a wooden shed and hauled away the old material and painted the stucco of the adjacent building to blend in the with current color. The painting was done and cracks in the stucco were addressed. I have worked with Felipe before and have been extremely satisfied with the workmanship and the advice given to make the work last. Lastly, there was an issue not directly related to the work done, some wires that were exposed and live that they helped with (one of the crew stopped by to check), even though I found it a few days after they had finished. It is clear Felipe and the people he works with care about the people they do work for and take pride in the work they do.

    Brius Maintenance Services
I purchased a deal for 2 hours of handyman services thru Angie's List. The scheduling took a few different calls without getting a proper response. I had scheduled to have 2 lights hung in the kitchen. He did about 1 hour of work before trying to leave. It was obvious that they were not hung evenly, one was visibly lower than the other and the cable was not straight. I asked him to fix it, which took another 20 minutes. So I didn't even get my full 2 hours and the workmanship was shoddy. I've had a few friends come and comment on how bad it looks and they have offered to help me fix it so it looks better.

    Max Power Electric
vick came the very next day. over the years i've hired lots of trades people; vick came across as very competent. i had ordered a new identical fan and vick had it installed and running in an hour. vick even found an exposed live wire in the switch box that he fixed and even though it was a difficult job he still stuck to his over the phone price quote. great job done!

    BRYDEN ELECTRICAL INC
The work was done quickly and neatly. The electrician even cleaned the glass on the lamp for me as the stairwell has a high pitched ceiling that requires a very tall ladder. I plan to call Bryden again soon to install another ceiling light and recommended them to my son for his electrical work.

    Gil's Electrical Service Inc
They were rude and difficult to schedule with, and didn't show up as promised causing me to miss work and an afternoon waiting for a confirmed appointment that didn't happen... The latest they have available for the deal was 1-3pm. I arranged to be off work and called them the day of to confirm that I was on the schedule. They said yes, but it would be closer to 3. At 3 I hadn't heard anything and called again and they said it was unlikely they would come- but would let me know. At 430 I hadn't heard anything and I called again and they said they couldn't come. They never tried to call and update me as this was going along. No apologies for not making the appointment. No attempt to help make things right by scheduling a follow up appointment where I wouldn't miss work. AWFUL. Shame on Angie's list for having them as a provider.
