  • I have been working with FTR for over 10 years. They have done ground up construction for me on over 15 new homes, remodeled multiple existing homes, installed new roofs and replaced old ones, redone electrical and plumbing on rental homes. They take pride in their work and do an excellent job. Great workmanship and will address any issue that comes up before and after the work. Their prices are very fair and have the experience to do the job.

  • Kobi was the project manager and he was very knowledgeable, professional and responsive.  Go Pavers was vary detail oriented which made the job go very smoothly.  They allowed themselves a week to complete the job and finished in four days.  Go Pavers provides a high quality finished result for a reasonable cost.

Kobi was very good with suggesting small changes that made a large difference in the end.  The biggest suggestion was to use a second type of stone for borders and walkway to make the designs stand out.  The overall pavers were a varied light grey while the boarder and walkway pavers were a solid and slightly darker gray.  This was subtle but really made the end result nice.  There was no additional cost to us for this.  Kobi's focus was giving us a great end result.

The crew came every day by 8am and immediately got to work.  It was impressive how fast and hard they worked!  They were all very professional and a pleasure to work with.  The corner of our driveway leading to the backyard was already cracked off and when they drove their bobcat into the backyard for the demo the corner broke a little more.  Without us ever even asking they fixed the corner and it looks better than it ever has before.  They leveled all of the areas to be paved, compacted and put down an aggregate base for the pavers.  You know you're dealing with a professional when the prep work is precise, clean and looks good.  All of the stones are tightly fitted together and the walkway and planters look fantastic.  The work looks great and it's obvious that a lot of attention was paid to the details.  I'm really happy we went with Go Pavers and will definitely use them again.

  • Overall it went great. Mark the owner came out and took a look at what I needed along with my reference. He came up with some good ideas along with sound financial compromises. I really like that they use hidden steel posts rather than the dinky anchor posts I usually see. The fence will last longer and be far safer than what other installers were offering. It took three days to install. The workers were prompt, courteous and skilled. The foreman was outstanding, he really knows what he's doing. He asked key questions along the way usually with one or two choices lined up for me to choose from. He also worked with me when I saw something I wanted changed or modified. They cleaned up after themselves each night.
After they were almost complete when I noticed that one area of fence that switched sides (the nice side faced inward with my property but outward for the street view) would look much better double sided. It was the weekend and they couldn't pick up the extra boards until Monday. This ended up taking weeks to complete which would have been fine if there was a scheduled date but due to do irregular communication I did not know when this was going to happen. I sent emails and left phone messages about when they could return, this was important since I needed to schedule the stainers. In the end they came and completed the work to my satisfaction.
Things to know: they don't stain or provide/install gate locks and handles. I purchased the locks and handles before they came so they could weld the appropriate lock box to the frame. Then I had a locksmith install the hardware. As for the stain I used Teak Master's, who did an excellent job.
I continuously receive compliments on both the pergola and the fence from both neighbors and people driving by.

  • They completed all of this work in two days and were very willing to make changes on work that I felt did not look or work right. They also made suggestions which proved to be better than my plans and added some additional fencing trim and wood spacers to enhance the appearance, without additional charges. This job involved a lot of different fencing issues and it proved to be very helpful for me to be at home during the installation as numerous unexpected issues and decisions were needed as the work proceeded. I am very pleased with the finished work and have received many compliments on the fencing and gates. I would recommend Finest Fence anytime.

  • The service went well. They did some remodeling for the deck. The staff did a pretty good job, but we no longer live at that residence. They were punctual, thorough and had some other options for us if we wanted additional work. Scheduling was not an issue and their end.

  • Miguel and his team did exceptional work.  They repaired a leaking upper deck and I was pleasantly surprised they were able to match the exterior and interior paint...I wasn't able to tell where they replaced the drywall and exterior stucco.  Miguel went out of his way to meet our needs and his team exceeded my expectations.  I will recommend Absolute to all my friends.

  • This is an unscrupulous builder, please save yourself the trouble and move on to another service provider.
His name is Norbert Santner, he had done a small job on our house and based on that we felt he was qualified for more extensive work which included building a storage shed, installing a small bathroom and an outdoor deck, about 20K worth of work. I was out-of-town when he started the job and unable to oversee the layout of the deck, so we gave him a deposit check and had him start on a smaller portion of the job which was to widen our bedroom closet doorway and build the shed. Though these were his instructions my wife called from home to say that he had gone ahead and started digging up the backyard to begin work on the decking and purchasing deck supplies. I called and told him to stop the deck work immediately and only do the closet and shed as he had been instructed.
With the plaster done on the closet Norbert left for five days to go work on another job, ignoring the shed. When I returned home I found the house a mess, dust and plaster everywhere, filthy shop vac in the bedroom, etc. - this is how he left it though the closet was basically done. (My wife works long production hours and was not available to clean up after him.) The backyard had 900 lbs of bagged concrete and an assorted lumber including 4x4 redwood beams. None of these purchases were approved by us and in fact he had been instructed not to get these supplies.
At this point I wasn't sure if he was the guy for the rest of the work so asked if he would just build the shed and we would see about the rest. His response was to say that he was stopping the job all together. When he came to pick-up his tools he stood in our backyard and gave a rambling, self-righteous speech about how we didn't know what we wanted and he couldn't work with us. I bit my tongue and asked what he was charging for the closet, to which he presented a cashier's check for the balance of our deposit, minus labor on the closet, deck materials and time for purchasing deck materials. When I pointed out that he had not been instructed to start on the deck he changed his tune and said the materials were actually for the shed. A flat out lie.
We took the bad deal just to get him off our property and be done with it. I could go on about how he put a light switch in the wrong place and was ignorant about contemporary deck materials and construction, but I'm sure by now you get the point, leave this guy out.

  • Overall, the workers did a good job on the resurfacing, and they were very polite. They were happy to explain their process.
    Few things:
It could have been less confusion if Bruce and his team from their office communicated more often.
The texture of the surface didn't turn out the way i expected. We asked for a smoother surface instead they gave us a knockout surface like a interior wall which traps a lot of dust and dirt and it is harder to clean.
And they didn't create any additional slope, so there is always a long pond of water sitting on the edge.

  • Tony kept us informed about the status of the project, promised us a beautiful deck and we got one. You'll see these comments from others on Angies List - but Nexxus is not cheap. But, if you want beautiful work done without the headache of worrying if it will be done right - you should hire them. You get what you pay for.
