Nalika and Shyiama are the best daycare providers in the west valley. They are attentive and care for your child like their own. I highly recommend them and their daycare.

    DISCOVERY WORLD
Absolutely the best infant center and preschool in the area! Fantastic teacher-student ratios, beautiful and clean facilities, experienced qualified teachers, excellence in education and care, innovative curriculum, engaging experiences. I have worked at this school for over ten years as a teacher and administrator, and I just enrolled my first child, starting at 3 months old. Here's the scoop from behind the scenes - First, the owners are committed to the utmost in quality. They work tirelessly to ensure the children are provided with the highest level of education and care. The owners are onsite every day, unlike many schools where they are absentee or spread across multiple centers. Second, the culture is one of honesty and trust. I have never asked or been asked to be dishonest about anything to a child, parent, or co-worker. My co-workers, who have worked at other centers, have told me that the school would tell them to lie to a parent when a mistake was made. I am glad that is not the case at Discovery World because I would not want to enroll my children where honesty was not valued. If someone makes a mistake at Discovery World, the expectation is to figure out why so it does not happen again; there is no effort made to cover it up. Trust and quality are the most important values to me in early education and care. Third, the teachers and families are wonderful. Discovery World has a great community, and I love being a part of it. Discovery World almost exclusively hires teachers, not teaching assistants. Discovery World has made this decision based on the value it puts on quality. Teachers are paid more, but their education and experience are worth it! The ratios are also excellent, so teachers have more time to interact with children, and their stress level is much lower than schools with 12:1 ratios, which means they interact with children with intention and patience instead of becoming short and irritated with behaviors. Fourth, the school is dedicated to continuous improvement. The school works to improve curriculum, facilities, opportunities, and regularly evaluates teacher performance. The philosophy it takes is to expose children to a breadth of knowledge and experiences, balancing individual versus small group versus large group times, different subjects, child-directed versus teacher directed times, etc. This means your child will be getting the best education because the school is not set in an older philosophy like Montessori, Reggio, etc. It is free to adapt and evolve as it receives feedback and new research in early education becomes available. Fifth, Discovery World provides year-round care with very few days off. It is structured to provide working families with a high-quality option. The curriculum runs throughout the day. For example, in the morning, the preschool has circle time discussions and enrichment classes, while in the afternoon, they have more circle time discussion and small group projects. The discussions tend to be abstract and open-ended, and the projects are meant to give children the opportunity to practice teamwork and try new things. For example, the project might be cooking and trying food from different countries, finding treasure hidden in the school using a map, or foot painting a mural. The unique opportunities the children have are spread throughout every day. The enrichment opportunities are run by professionals in their field, so Discovery World hires real yoga teachers, foreign language teachers, music and movement teachers, STEM teachers and engineers, and a group that brings animals and specimens. Enrichment classes are provided within the tuition every day. I would highly recommend this school, both as an early educator and a parent.

Little Bloomers Fun Home Day Care
Both teachers are amazing and they know how to teach a child with giving them the ability to not give up and always try their hardest. They are good with re directing a child when needed and making sure that they are doing the best. Each child is different and I noticed that they manage to Incorporate different technics to meet the child’s needs. With children it’s highly important to know that their teacher has the ability to push them to succeed.

Little Bloomers Fun Home Day Care
Hands down two of the best teachers I have ever met! As a protective mother, I am extreamly careful and particular of who I leave my child with. From the fist day I met this dynamic duo I was inspired with confidence that my child was in great hands. They welcomed and included us as part of their family. Their creativity, kindness and diligence are simply admirable. They go above and beyond to make sure all children succeed in their program. My child and I were lucky to have met them and been a part of their program. My daughter still thinks of them fondly and with love. Thank you

What I really like about Ms. Julie is that she used to work at a school and her room is always decorated so nicely for the children. She's very pleasant and nice to the kids. She can answer questions about the kids at the end of the day as if she were their mom. She very personable.

    Gem Educare
I have known the owner of Gem Educare, Eileen, for a number of years. My older daughter first started attending her preschool and she loved the way she was treated. Eileen's style of caregiving and teaching are unique, in the sense that she uses play and games to get children ready for kindergarten. This approach to teaching creates curiosity, creativity and the joy of learning in children. She has very creative ways of getting children engaged and happy. Her field trips, picnic days, bring your grandparent to school day, art and music classes are some examples of the fun activities. My daughter did not want to go home from school. She has a very clean, safe , and greatly decorated place for kids. She only provides organic, homemade food and snacks. She is a great communicator with parents. She takes time not only to spend one on one with children, but also with parents too. I especially enjoyed her monthly very informative meetings. She would cover many essential topics for parents; she would invite experts to the meetings. My older daughter graduated from her preschool. I never considered another place for my younger daughter. She is also in love with her preschool. She especially loves holiday events and the outdoor play. I personally love everything about Eileen's daycare/preschool. She has unique ways of managing and satisfying the parent's and children's needs. Parent social hours are my favorite.
