This is exactly what Kerry's Tree Service offers the customer. Mike Gallagher, arborist, came out, viewed my tree situation, then told me his recommendations and gave me an estimate within within 48 hours. after i talked to several other companies, I hired Kerry's with confidence the job would be done best if I used their services. I was correct. It took a crew of 5 men plus Mike Gallagher 4 hours to finish the job. They were professional all the way including final cleanup of my property at the end. AThrifty Tree Services IncWent as well as can be. About 7 guys came with all kinds of equipment (tree grinder, wood chipper ) both manual and heavy duty tractors. They protected my and my neighbor's windows with plywood. They used manual tools where the roots were near the gas meter being careful to ensure no damage was done to pipes. After the job was done, they did a great job cleaning the yard and made sure there were no dead branches and trimmings around. They filled the ground where the tree used to be with tree chips that one cannot tell that there used to be a tree there. Great job, Dave.- Vida B.

AMike Guttman Design & ConstructionMike is hands down the best contractor we have ever hired. The previous owners of our house had done some beautiful and expensive hardscaping and landscaping probably 40 years ago, but it was all badly in need of renovation when we bought the house a few years ago. We wanted to restore it all and make a few improvements rather than start over, and Mike was fully on board with that approach from the moment he arrived. All I had to do was show him what needed to be addressed, and he immediately knew the right way to handle everything, including how to address all our concerns about pitch and drainage, since our property slopes down from the street. He restored our property and made it even more beautiful that we imagined it could be. In particular, he had the idea of covering our existing concrete walkways and steps with blue stone instead of demolishing and pouring new concrete--it cost about the same, is gorgeous, and goes perfectly with house and front yard area. But everything he did looks like it was meant to be here--nothing looks like an add-on. In addition to his great design ideas, Mike was very engaged and responsive. Not only does he have a great crew, but he was at our house almost every day checking their work, having them fix details that weren't to his standards, and walking me through what was done and what would be done next. And he always responded quickly to calls and texts to address any questions or concerns we had. This was a huge investment for us and needed to be done right, and Mike did exactly that. AIvory Coast Landscape & TreeINCREDIBLE! This was the first time that my trees have be pruned and shaped correctly in over 40 years. I am so happy with the work. One tree was next to my pond; the crew put a large tarp over the pond so no debris fell into it, so I didn't have any pond clean up work to do. My yard was left in better shape than when the crew got here. I am planning on asking them to come back in the spring to get my winter garden in shape for the growing season.- Carolyn D.

AWonderful job! Jose and his team did a really great job cleaning up my garden and yard after I had not had weekly maintenance done in a little while and my yard/garden had overgrown a bit. His team worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Everything looks really tidy and nice, they were also great at listening to any special requests that I had. I will definitely keep them in mind for future maintenance and also recommend them to friends and family!

AAndre fully appreciated the scope of this job; he remained and worked with his crew throughout the three-day job and actually used two crews: seven men plus two grinders and a crane operator. It was amazing to watch this crew at work in the trees and on the house. At the end, there was absolutely no damage to our roof, and the crew cleaned up completely. The service included testing all the sprinklers and full repair to any broken sprinkler heads as well as seeding/fertilizing any lawn patches affected by the massive logs sitting on them during the removal process; this was done without us even requesting it. The stumps were ground to below ground level to allow for future planting. When Andre noticed that the grinding was not as deep as he knew we wanted it to be, he re-called his grinders before we ever knew there was a problem. Andre and his crew worked during a period of extreme heat, yet remained friendly and gave full effort throughout. His bid for this job was not the lowest; however we were impressed with his experience and ratings, which were well deserved. Andre even repaired a sprinkler valve totally unrelated to the tree removal because he had the part needed and "didn't want me to have to worry about it". We are so pleased that we chose Andre for this job.

AFantastic service! More than fair pricing. Professional work through and through. The yard at my rental property was littered with oversized waste and unmaintained landscape in 2hrs they had leveled the whole yard taking all the junk and leaving the backyard like it existed again. AWork was done for our HOA. The original estimate was for pruning, fertilizing, and spraying to inhibit olive growth. Since we know little about how to maintain those trees, we were prepared to pay the original quote that included the spraying. We were impressed that he was honest and let us know that spraying should not be done at this time of year and that we would only need to pay half of what we were quoted. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up completely when they were done. We will definitely use them again to spray (at the right time of year!) and to maintain those trees.

AI am in property management so I deal with contractors on a regular basis. When doing any major project I always get a minimum of 3 bids, first to make sure pricing is in line and most important to insure I am dealing with a contractor that appears to know what they are talking about. Once I receive the bids I ask for a minimum of 3 references. I have found that one of the most important things to do is look at a contractors work and interview people they have worked for. I actually visited 6 jobs Seth Pompey Landscaping did and personally visited with 3 of his customers. One thing they all had in common was how happy they were with Seth and his crew. My job consisted of a major remodel of my front and rear yards. This included removing my front and rear yards grass and all shrubbery, landscaping, water lines, sprinkler systems, gas lines and drains. After removal everything was replaced with fresh new plants, trees and sod. Seth was very engaging, walking me thru the process steep by steep. Not only was he extremely helpful, he and his crew were very flexible, allowing me to make changes along the way and in some cases not creating any additional cost. Seth even made recommendations along the way which proved to be helpful as well. Seth has surrounded himself with true craftsmen, artist's that know masonry inside and out. They created mow strips, planters faced with small stones, a fire-pit with large natural rock benches and a large cascading waterfall. All of which put the finishing touches on the landscaping he provided. In addition Seth personally took me to 4 nurseries walking isle by isle hand picking each plant, shrub and tree to be used in my yard. While doing so he made sure I was picking the right plant for the right area. I can't say enough about Seth and his staff, they are a class act, one I HIGHLY recommend.
