AWonderful job! Jose and his team did a really great job cleaning up my garden and yard after I had not had weekly maintenance done in a little while and my yard/garden had overgrown a bit. His team worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Everything looks really tidy and nice, they were also great at listening to any special requests that I had. I will definitely keep them in mind for future maintenance and also recommend them to friends and family!

AArtemio did an excellent job on all his work. He is very talented and hard working. He removed all of the old ivy, huge tree roots and replaced it with beautiful St. Augustine sod. He also installed a new sprinkler system. We highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

AWe had a storage room off the garage converted to a studio apartment. The project managers Dorel Zander and Lior Lazrovich, their architect, designers, and work crews were friendly and excellent at what they do. Even with the issues that the City raised about the property and physical challenges, they were willing to work with us, within our budget, to get the job completed within the time frame we were working with. Dorel and Lior stayed in constant contact with us throughout the project, particularly with the stages of the remodel and the city inspections. They were always very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and addressed them fully. The bathroom and kitchenette look terrific. Very pleased with the overall experience.

AI found Wayne on here a couple days ago & when I contacted him, he responded very quickly! I sent him pictures of what we needed removed & gave me a couple price quotes on what I was looking at price wise. We agreed on for Friday, 3 days after I first reached out to him. Wayne & his guys were great! He told me he would arrive between 1:45 & 2:00PM on 8/24 & arrived at 2:20 with communication letting me know he would arrive late due to traffic. No problem! They showed up, got straight to work & hauled heavy, dirty, rusted old junk into a huge moving van. Wayne was very very nice & his guys worked hard in the hot sun! They were in & out in about an hour & a half having filled up a 20-foot truck filled with junk! Very patient & accommodating. We will be contacting Wayne & his guys in the future for our next cleaning phase. Thanks Wayne!

AWell, after fighting these gophers 4 times, Catch came out and gassed and poisoned them again. I'm hoping for a good result this time. I think the trick is constant monitoring of this lawn, which will be done. I was unaware that these gophers can migrate through freeways from the neighbors.
